摘要：电流互感器有哪些型号？电流互感器的分类有哪些？电流互感器的方式分类有很多，按安装地点可分为屋内和屋外式。20kv及以下屋内式；35kv及以上屋外式。按安装方式可分为穿墙式、支持式和装入式。按绝缘可分为干式、浇注式、油浸式等。按一次绕组匝数可分为单匝式和多匝式。单匝式分为贯穿型和母线型两种。按电流互感器的工作原理，可分为电磁式、电容式、光电式和无线电式。下面一起详细了解一下电流互感器的种类吧。电流互感器的分类有哪些（一）按用途分类按照用途不同，电流互感器大致可分为两类：测量用电流互感器（或电流互感器的测量绕组）：在正常工作电流范围内，向测量、计量等装置提供电网的电流信息。保护用电流互感器（或电流互感器的保护绕组）：在电网故障状态下，向继电保护等装置提供电网故障电流信息。1、测量用电流互感器在测量交变电流的大电流时，为便于二次仪表测量需要转换为比较统一的电流（中国规定电流互感器的二次额定为5A或1A），另外线路上的电压都比较高如直接测量是非常危险的。电流互感器就起到变流和电气隔离作用。它是电力系统中测量仪表、继电保护等二次设备获取电气一次回路电流信息的传感器，电流互感器将高电流按比例转换成低电流，电流互感器一次侧接在一次系统，二次侧接测量仪表、继电保护等。正常工作时互感器二次侧处于近似短路状态，输出电压很低。在运行中如果二次绕组开路或一次绕组流过异常电流（如雷电流、谐振过电流、电容充电电流、电感启动电流等），都会在二次侧产生数千伏甚至上万伏的过电压。这不仅给二次系统绝缘造成危害，还会使互感器过激而烧损，甚至危及运行人员的生命安全。1次侧只有1到几匝，导线截面积大，串入被测电路。2次侧匝数多，导线细，与阻抗较小的仪表(电流表/功率表的电流线圈）构成闭路。电流互感器的运行情况相当于2次侧短路的变压器，忽略励磁电流，安匝数相等I1N1=I2N2电流互感器一次绕组电流I1与二次绕组I2的电流比，叫实际电流比I1/I2=N2/N1=k。励磁电流是误差的主要根源。测量用电流互感器的精度等级0.2/0.5/1/3,1表示变比误差不超过±1%，另外还有0.2S和0.5S级。2、保护用电流互感器保护用电流互感器分为：1.过负荷保护电流互感器，2.差动保护电流互感器，3.接地保护电流互感器（零序电流互感器）保护用电流互感器主要与继电装置配合，在线路发生短路过载等故障时，向继电装置提供信号切断故障电路，以保护供电系统的安全。保护用电流互感器的工作条件与测量用电流互感器完全不同，保护用互感器只是在比正常电流大几倍几十倍的电流时才开始有效的工作。保护用互感器主要要求：1.绝缘可靠，2.足够大的准确限值系数，3.足够的热稳定性和动稳定性。保护用互感器在额定负荷下能够满足准确级的要求最大一次电流叫额定准确限值一次电流。准确限值系数就是额定准确限值一次电流与额定一次电流比。当一次电流足够大时铁芯就会饱和起不到反映一次电流的作用，准确限值系数就是表示这种特性。保护用互感器准确等级5P、10P，表示在额定准确限值一次电流时的允许电流误差为1%、3%，其复合误差分别为5%、10%线路发生故障时的冲击电流产生热和电磁力，保护用电流互感器必须承受。二次绕组短路情况下，电流互感器在一秒内能承受而无损伤的一次电流有效值，称额定短时热电流。二次绕组短路情况下，电流互感器能承受而无损伤的一次电流峰值，称额定动稳定电流。保护用电流互感器的精度等级5P/10P，10P标示复合误差不超过10%。（二）按绝缘介质分类1、干式电流互感器：由普通绝缘材料经浸漆处理作为绝缘。2、浇注式电流互感器：用环氧树脂或其他树脂混合材料浇注成型的电流互感器。3、油浸式电流互感器：由绝缘纸和绝缘油作为绝缘，一般为户外型。4、气体绝缘电流互感器：主绝缘由气体构成。（三）按安装方式分类1、贯穿式电流互感器：用来穿过屏板或墙壁的电流互感器。2、支柱式电流互感器：安装在平面或支柱上，兼做一次电路导体支柱用的电流互感器。3、套管式电流互感器：没有一次导体和一次绝缘，直接套装在绝缘的套管上的一种电流互感器。4：母线式电流互感器：没有一次导体但有一次绝缘，直接套装在母线上使用的一种电流互感器。（四）按原理分类1、电磁式电流互感器：根据电磁感应原理实现电流变换的电流互感器。2、电子式电流互感器：例如（1）光学电流互感器是指采用光学器件作被测电流传感器，光学器件由光学玻璃、全光纤等构成。（2）空心线圈电流互感器。又称为Rogowski线圈式电流互感器。空心线圈往往由漆包线均匀绕制在环形骨架上制成，骨架采用塑料、陶瓷等非铁磁材料，其相对磁导率与空气的相对磁导率相同，这是空心线圈有别于带铁心的电流互感器的一个显著特征。（3）铁心线圈式低功率电流互感器（LPCT）。它是传统电磁式电流互感器的一种发展。其按照高阻抗电阻设计，在非常高的一次电流下，饱和特性得到改善，扩大了测量范围，降低了功率消耗，可以无饱和的高准确度测量高达短路电流的过电流、全偏移短路电流，测量和保护可共用一个铁心线圈式低功率电流互感器，其输出为电压信号。两者的使用发展方向由于电磁式电流互感器存在的易饱和、非线性及频带窄等问题，电子式电流互感器逐渐兴起。电子式电流互感器一般具有抗磁饱和、低功耗、宽频带等优点。国内具有代表性的电子式互感器有AnyWay变频电压传感器、AnyWay变频电流传感器和AnyWay变频功率传感器，其中，AnyWay变频功率传感器属于电压、电流组合式互感器。该互感器的主要特点如下：1、采用前端数字化技术，光纤传输，电磁兼容性好。2、幅频特性和相频特性好，在宽幅值、频率、相位范围内均可获得较高的测量精度。3、属于数字式传感器，二次仪表不会引入误差，传感器误差就是系统误差。电流互感器有哪些型号电流互感器的型号有LMZ1-0.5、LMZ1-0.66、LMZJ1-0.5、LMK-0.66、BH-0.66、SDH-0.66等等。还有些企业型号比较特殊，如ALH-0.66、AKH-0.66等等。电流互感器的选型依据1、额定绝缘电压：-0.5的互感器绝缘电压是500V，一般用于穿电缆；-0.66的绝缘电压是660V，适用于穿裸铜排/铝排。2、LMZ1、LMZJ1等尺寸较大，可固定安装，一般用于安装间距较大的固定柜场合；LMK、BH、SDH尺寸较小，可直接固定在母排或电缆上，一般用于大电流回路或抽屉柜中。3、根据母排或电缆的大小，需要选择不同的内孔样式和尺寸。电流与选型基本无关。高压互感器型号更多，包括支柱式、穿芯式、套管式三大类。常见型号有LZZBJ9、LZJC等等。
