　　对于婴儿，大人应该掌握一些育儿知识。下面书的我为大家我的育儿知识，欢迎大家阅读。 育儿知识( 母乳喂养方法 ) 　　1、应尽早开始喂奶 　　经常会有人问，婴儿出生后多长时间开始母乳喂养?母婴刚刚渡过一个艰辛的历程，都很疲劳，应稍作休息，休息时间长短各不相同。恢复快的孩子仅过2小时，就哭着要奶，此时如母亲身体状况允许，应开始喂奶。但某些婴儿过了12小时才想要奶，此时开始喂奶也不是不可以。人生漫长，开始何必太急。 　　重要的是不能着急。着急可使母乳分泌减少，乳头皲裂。乳头皲裂时疼痛，使母乳喂养不能继续。 　　乳汁分泌好与不好不容易判断，外观乳房大者并不一定泌乳就好。初产妇第1周大部分都是“母乳不足”，此期婴儿体重有所下降。用精密的体重计称量母亲哺乳前后体重，可计算出泌乳量。第1周每次泌乳量多在50毫升左右，2周后分泌70～80毫升。 　 　2、促进乳汁分泌的方法 　　促进乳房泌乳的最好方法是让婴儿用力吸奶。所有的母亲都不是一开始就能分泌很多的乳汁，多是在婴儿吸奶的过程中，逐渐增多。婴儿吸吮能力很弱时(未成熟儿)，可让别的孩子或对育儿热心的爸爸吸吮刺激乳房，这也是促进乳汁分泌的方法之一。 　　产后第三四天，乳房明显发胀变硬，这是泌乳的前兆。这个时期乳房中某些部位可形成硬结，但这不是乳腺炎。此时可让按摩师做乳房按摩，同时用温度适宜的湿毛巾热敷，每次2～3分钟。然后，避开硬结，从其周围向乳头方向轻揉5～10分钟。按摩时主要用拇指和食指指腹按压乳房，手法要像制作肉丸一样。力度要适当，不能让产妇产生疼痛的感觉，闲为疼痛可抑制乳汁分泌。按摩师给产妇按摩可使其元气恢复，情绪稳定，泌乳增加。对产妇来说，足够的睡眠是非常重要的。这个时期乳汁分泌不多也不必担心。 　　3、喂奶时间不必固定 　　多数产院的护士会告诉要回家的母亲每3小时喂1次奶，但不要认为喂奶时间不规则将使婴儿长大后变成没出息的人。因为母亲每次分泌的母乳量并非总是一样的，而且哺乳初期婴儿吃奶的方式也不是固定不变，所以，每次进入婴儿胃中的乳量并不相同。其次，婴儿因饥饿而哭闹的时间也不相同，有时为1小时，有时为3小时，这是很自然的事情。生后1个月内，白天不妨2小时喂1次奶。在人们不懂得用牛奶喂养的时代，祖先就是每2小时给婴儿喂1次奶，故很早以前出版的育儿书中记载，婴儿2个月前应每2小时给1次奶。 　　如果母亲的奶量逐渐增多，婴儿的胃中也能存食了，1个月后婴儿吃奶的时间自然而然会延长到3个小时1次。当然夜里也应该喂奶，生后1个月内，婴儿至少醒来两次要奶吃，此时一定要满足其要求。 　　　喂奶次数及间隔时间不固定，不等于说婴儿一哭就给他喂奶。如因尿布湿了不舒服而啼哭时，只要换了尿布，孩子可能就不哭了。此外，有特别爱哭的小孩，就是肚子不饿也哭。这样的孩子只要抱抱即可使哭闹停止。这可能会养成要人抱的毛病(见100养成抱的毛病)，但如果没有其他方法使其哭闹停止的话，与其让婴儿哭着，还不如抱起来为好。 　　除上述两种情况外，生后1周左右的婴儿如果哭闹，一般只能考虑是肚子饿了。此时婴儿一哭就给喂奶，而不必担心喂多了，因为母乳的量不可能使婴儿过食。如果母乳的量的确很多，小孩儿也就不会老是哭闹不安。如果母乳很充足，婴儿一哭就给喂奶，实际上是很自然的事情。吃奶的时间和量应让婴儿自己来决定。婴儿肚子饿了就会睁开眼睛哭叫，肚子饱了又会安静入睡。这比起那种不管婴儿睡得多么香甜，只要到了3个小时就一定要把婴儿抱起来弄醒喂奶的“规律性哺乳”要好得多。如果母乳充足，婴儿的胃能存住食，生后1周的孩子也可以每天只喂5次奶。 　　婴儿一哭就给喂奶，在母乳不十分充足时，存在两个问题。其一，如果每隔1小时或1.5小时喂1次奶的话，母亲不能好好休息。母亲心神不定、忙忙碌碌，会导致泌乳不足。奶量不足，婴儿吃的奶就少，肚子饿得快，就会引起啼哭，这样就形成了恶性循环。其二，过度频繁地让婴儿吃奶(每日10次以上)，可使乳头破裂，最终因疼痛而导致授乳不能继续。 　　母乳的确不足的母亲大多因为上述两种原因而改喂牛奶。但母乳充足的母亲也有的在生产后两周内，不得不停止给婴儿喂奶的情况。这主要出现在乳头出现小的裂口时。这时不要婴儿一哭就喂奶，可先喂30~50毫升加糖的温开水(100毫升水加5克糖)，让婴儿多坚持一会儿。这样可使两次喂奶的间隔时间达到2个小时以上。 　　间隔超过两个小时后喂1次奶，如果婴儿每隔20分钟或30分钟就哭1次，即使抱起来也哭闹不止，并且总是这样，甚至夜里也哭个不停。几乎不怎么睡觉，这也许是真正的母乳量不足。但在生后两周内，母乳稍缺一点也无关紧要。母亲可在婴儿生后第15天称一称体重，只要比出生时增加了200克就可以算作泌乳正常。如果此时的体重与婴儿刚出生后相同，则应加用牛奶(并不是换成牛奶)。 　　啼哭是婴儿惟一的表达思想的方式。婴儿啼哭时，尽早做出应答可使其获得一种安全感，这是不使婴儿长时间哭闹的办法之一。无论婴儿怎么哭都置之不理的话，啼哭就会变成愤怒的表现。有报道说，如果让婴儿啼哭1分半钟以上不加以理睬，则哭闹的时间可延长10倍。 　 　5、母乳喂养方法 　　母亲应采用最舒服的体位抱着婴儿。剖腹产或会阴切开者卧位时舒适，此时可躺着给婴儿喂奶。不管采用什么体位，母亲喂奶都应看着婴儿的表情。初次给婴儿喂奶的母亲共同的特点是，为了便于婴儿含住乳头，只将乳头塞进婴儿嘴里。用母乳喂养过两三个孩子的母亲却大都不这样做，她们不仅把乳头塞进婴儿嘴里，连乳头下面的乳晕部也都塞人嘴中，把婴儿的嘴塞得满满的。从两侧观察，好像婴儿不是在用舌头吸吮，而是用两颊在吸吮。所以要想把婴儿的嘴塞满，母亲不能只把乳头塞人嘴里，同时还必须用手指夹住乳房的前部，在婴儿张嘴时，把乳房深深地放入婴儿口中。因为母亲要用手指夹住乳房，所以喂奶前应将手洗净。既可用酒精棉球消毒，也可用热毛巾将手擦干净。这个时期母亲一般不能人浴，所以也可用毛巾擦洗乳房。到了能洗澡的时候，乳房也就不用每次都消毒了，而且不要用酒精或消毒剂浸湿的脱脂棉用力擦洗，不然容易使乳头受伤破裂。 　　一般母亲可盘腿坐着或坐在椅子上给婴儿喂奶。婴儿在3个月前采用过去所采用卧位哺乳方式是不安全的。这是因为婴儿吸吮母亲乳房时，母亲会感到很舒适，一旦迷迷糊糊睡着了的话，乳房就有可能堵住婴儿的鼻或嘴，造成婴儿窒息。婴儿4个月以后，才会出现抵抗动作，而使母亲醒来。 　　上述个性出现的时候，不要马上考虑为疾病，可以认为：正常的婴儿，这一时期是不会患病的，当然没有治疗的必要。另外，不提倡每天给婴儿量体温，每天抱几次婴儿贴贴脸颊，自然会感受到婴儿的体温。 　　这一时期还会发现，“足位”分娩的婴儿，在颈部的左侧或右侧，可以触到质硬的、活动的肿物，而且婴儿躺着的时候，颈部总是朝向一侧(见92斜颈)。 　　出院回家之后，婴儿有时会出现少量的眼眵，一侧较重，另一侧较轻或几乎没有，睫毛没有被粘上，白眼球也没有变红。仔细观察，就会发现，靠近外眼角的部位，睫毛粘在眼球上，这就是轻度的倒睫，用消毒棉擦拭就可以了(见160出眼眵)。 　　不论是男婴还是女婴，有时都会出现乳房肿胀，中间有肿块，一按就会流出白色的乳汁，在2个月内会自然消退，所以不要去碰。 　　育儿配图5-6个月的婴儿体操，与4个月到5个月提到的体操相同，但是各种运动的次数可稍微加些。让婴儿练习站的运动时，如果婴儿的脚好像往前迈了，就应接着让婴儿向前走二三步。 　　很多母亲都想在婴儿过周岁生日前，好好地对婴儿进行一番排便方面的训练。但是，一般婴儿能告诉大人排便是从1岁半到2岁。即使是看准了婴儿小便的时间，婴儿尿到便盆中了，也不能说是婴儿能告诉大人排便了。可能你常能听到婴儿在满1周岁前，能告诉大人大便这样的话吧，其实那不是真的能告诉母亲大便了。大便硬的婴儿“嗯一、嗯一”地用劲，做着排便的准备，母亲发现了，就取下尿布把孩子放在便盆上了。因为大便硬，需要一些时间才能排出来，可是母亲却把它解释为婴儿在忍着等便盆。即使是这样的婴儿，如果吃多了或患感冒时，便的次数增多，也不再发出“嗯一、嗯一”声就便出来了，因而母亲也就来不及让他蹲便盆，不知不觉间婴儿就便在尿布上了。 　　因此，即使婴儿就要满周岁了，也不能急于对他进行排便训练。并且在气温偏低的时候，尿的次数多，婴儿又讨厌换尿布，所以定时地让婴儿小便是近乎不可能的。每天中能有两次用好便盆就算是成功的了。 　　虽然母亲很想让婴儿坐便盆，但是在寒冷的季节里，这也是做不到的。因为便器的边儿很凉，所以婴儿不愿意坐，不能用强制的办法训练他做不喜欢做的事，这样婴儿会只要一看到便器，就会哭闹着抵抗。在炎热的夏季，体内的水分以汗的形式排出，所以尿量减少，尿的次数也就减少了。勤快的母亲每隔1小时或1个半小时，就把婴儿1次尿，也有时整天都不湿1块尿布。但一般的婴儿，一让他蹲便盆。
