2023年师德师风工作个人总结（精选篇4） 为切实加强我校教师队伍建设，提升广大教师师德师风水平和业务素质，树立教师的良好形象，按照大方县教育局和兴隆乡教育管理中心的安排部署，我校先后开展了两次关于师德师风的学习活动。先后经历了学习提高、检查评议、整改总结等几个阶段。我们自感活动形式多样，过程充实，效果显著。现将本期的主要工作及效果总结如下： 一、建立活动领导小组 为了确保每项师德师风教育活动深入实施，学校高度重视，成立了上坝小学师德师风教育活动领导小组，王校长亲自挂帅，担任组长，教导主任郝家彬负责该项工作的具体开展，并收集好相关的活动资料。 二、抓学习，统一思想，提高认识 1、切实开好学校师德师风集中教育动员大会。每次接到师德师风教育活动通知后，学校经过精心准备，召开师德师风教育动员大会，在动员大会上王军校长作出了重要讲话，他肯定了学校在办学中所取得的辉煌成绩，同时强调在教师中开展师德师风教育活动的意义，向学校教职工提出了加强师德师风修养，不断学习，不断创新，完善自我，追求卓越的殷切希望。校长对学校的师德师风教育作出周密的安排。动员大会统一了全校教职工的思想，认识到师德师风教育的必要性与紧迫性。 2、搞好集中学习活动。学校根据上级有关规定和学校实际，明确了集中学习时间：每周一集中例会时间。明确了集中学习内容：《教师法》、《义务教育法》、《中小学教师职业道德规范》、《公民道德建设纲要》、《毕节地区教师从教十不准》等相关政策法规。明确了学习要求：认真学习，深刻领会，结合自己的工作实际谈体会，谈感想。 3、抓好自学的落实检查，仅有集中学习是不够的。为此，学校要求教职工充分利用课余时间加强自我学习，学习内容侧重经典，侧重提高教育的理想和人生境界。如何检查?一查，每位教师(特别是青年教师)背诵《毕节地区教师从教十不准》及《中小学教师职业道德规范》;二写，写学习体会，在学习期间，每位教师撰写学习记录心得体会。 4、向优秀事例学习。学校复印教育在线提供的全国先进事迹典型，组织教师集中学习。教职工看完后，进行分组讨论，谈体会。 5、向身边的典型学习。其实，在我们身边就有无数值得学习的典型，关键是有否学习的态度，博大的胸怀，谦逊的品格，关键是发现没有、挖掘没有、塑造没有、弘扬没有。 三、抓活动，充实载体，走向自觉 1、开展“师德师风集中学习”的活动，激励全体教职工“爱岗敬业、团结奉献”的精神。在检查评议阶段，学校开展师德师风“对照检查”活动，就我校教师在教育教学活动中经常遇到的一些问题，一些困惑，进行思考、讨论、交流，在平等民主交流中以求明晰，达成共识，形成规范。譬如： ①《教师行为十不准》中明确规定：严禁体罚和变相体罚学生。如何克服? ②请分析自己在以下方面的特点：学历、知识、能力、特长、气质、经济基础，社会基础等。作为教师这些方面你各有什么优势?如果从事其它行业，你又有什么优势? ③你如何与家长交往，调动他们关心学校、关心班级的积极性?诸如此类的问题，学校在广泛征求意见的基础罗列出来，老师结合自己的实际进行剖析、畅谈，推心置腹，各报己见。既交流看法，又沟通心灵，既解剖自己，又倾听他人，达到真正从内心深处反思、自悟。在交流中一些老同志诚挚地谈到了自己从教经历和心路历程，使年轻教师受到了极大地启发。 2、开展“师德师风建设回头看”活动。师德师风学习教育、整改提高的最佳效果应该体现在教师各自的工作岗位中，体现在自己教书育人的工作实际中。因此，学校根据上级部门的要求，开展了师德回头看活动。通过回头看的活动，有效促进教职工良好师德的巩固形成与持久深入。 四、抓整改，抓落实，效果显著 整改总结阶段，我们依据相关法规，结合实际，根据查摆问题，认真进行纠正。通过学习，许多老师进一步提高认识，从不同角度找到自己工作的不足，并在教育教学实践活动中落实整改，效果显著。 首先，学校领导班子团结协作，认识观点上求大同存小异，班子成员坚决执行班子会议作出的决定，并创造性地开展工作。 开展师德师风学习活动后，中层干部责任心更强了。孙飞卫总务主任工作任劳任怨，顾全大局牺牲小我风格高。王军校长起早贪黑，一心扑在工作上。申庆薇、张正琼服从学校分工，愿当语文教师的“排头兵”，虚心好学，大胆工作，克服了许多困难取得了成绩。郝家彬、梅坤等老师经常加班加点。 开展师德师风建设回头看活动后，敬业爱岗的的教师更多了。在教师中，责任心强，工作效率高，关心、热爱学生的老师更加突出了，像张正琼、申庆薇等班主任。 总的来说，我校在本学期的师德师风建设工作中，取得了预期效果，公而忘私的教师多了，爱生如子的教师多了，紧张的师生关系少了，简单粗暴的教育方法少了……良好的师德师风正在形成，它将成为我校教师努力工作，提高课堂教学质量，推动学校前进的动力。实践让我们更加保持清醒的认识，“师德师风教育”是教师队伍建设永恒的主题。 2023年师德师风工作个人总结（精选篇5） 教师在我心中是一个崇高的职业我个人觉得师德是一种职业道德，它是教师和一切教育工作者在从事教育活动中必须遵守的道德规范和行为准则，以及与之相适应的道德观念、情操和品质。我们所认为的教师的道德素质并不是指规范、准则本身，而是教师把这些规范、准则逐步内化，成为教师从事教育事业的准则。教师所从事的职业是教育人、塑造人的事业，因此，教师道德素质比教师文化素质更为重要。而教师道德是教师的灵魂，也就是我们通常所说的“师魂”。师德是教师人格特征的直接体现。 在教育中，一切师德要求都基于教师的人格，因为师德的魅力主要从人格特征中显示出来，历代的教育家提出的“为人师表”、“以身作则”、“循循善诱”、“诲人不倦”、“躬行实践”等，既是师德的规范，又是教师良好人格的品格特征的体现。在学生心目中，教师是社会的规范、道德的化身、人类的楷模、父母的替身。他们都把师德高尚的教师作为学习的榜样，模仿其态度、情趣品行、乃至行为举止、板书笔迹等。而师爱则是师德的灵魂。教师对学生的爱，简称为“师爱”，是师德的核心，即“师魂”。在一定程度上，热爱学生就是热爱教育事业。热爱学生并不是一件容易的事，让学生体会到教师的爱就更困难了。 教师对学生的爱在性质上是一种只讲付出不记回报的、无私的、广泛的且没有血缘关系的爱，在原则上是一种严慈相济的爱。这种爱是神圣的。这种爱是教师教育学生的感情基础，学生一旦体会到这种感情，就会“亲其师”，从而“信其道”，也正是在这个过程中，教育实现了其根本的功能。因此，师爱就是师魂。热爱教师的职业是做好教学工作的前提。每天与学生接触我深深地感到同学们的纯真，即使是最顽皮的学生，他们的可塑性仍是非常大的，只要多关心，从爱护他们的角度去教育他们，他们都会变成很有出息的人材。问题是我对他们关心太少了，作为一个专业课专职教师，要在完成教学任务的同时，感受到教师的爱心，的确有些困难，因为我要面对的是四个班级的学生，精力较为分散。而在学生眼里，教师是完美的化身，是榜样，教师的一言一行都受到学生的关注。教师与学生的沟通是十分重要的，它可以使教学双方互相了解、互相配合，更好地搞好教学工作，并有利于帮助学生解决一些思想认识问题，使他们健康地成长。也就是说，课堂不仅是教师教书的场所，也是教师育人的场所。教学过程本身是师生交流的重要途径。教师在接触学生的过程中，如果发现学生有不良习惯或行为，应该及时加以制止并正确引导，指出其错误之处和危害;如果学生在生活方面有什么因难，也应该多加以关心和帮助。从我的亲身经历来看，坦诚对待学生，真心面对学生，是教师受学生欢迎的重要法宝之一。 教师职业的本质任务决定了我们要有更多的奉献精神，奉献要付出代价，并作出一定的自我牺牲。学高为师，身正为范。教师的行为就是学生的活生生的课本。时代向教师提出了廉洁自律的挑战，今后我一定要加强学习和自我修养，自律自爱，以高尚的师德去奉献自己所热爱的教育事业!
