CPA（注册会计师）、CTA（注册税务师）、CPV（注册评估师）三种资格考试是国家三大权威资格考试，全国范围全部通过的人也是廖廖，据说在深圳同时拥有这三个证书的人在一般职员的位置年薪可达三十万元以上。转此文以作抛砖引玉，不知大家有没有战胜这三大证书勇气。 　　从2004年到2007年，四年间参加了CPA、CTA、CPV三种执业资格考试，也在会计师事务所工作了近一年。从考试到实践历经四年，感触较多，就我的体验对三种资格考试作了一个比较，供大家参考。当然，比较主要从应试角度出发，结合实际工作中的差异谈谈自己的看法；至于多证能否同时执业、取得执业资格后的职业前景等，不多考虑，如果有那份精力，考多几个证又何妨，艺多不压身嘛：) 　　一、考试基本情况： 　　1、成绩有效期：CPA要求五年内通过全部科目；CTA、CPV要求三年内通过全部科目。 　　2、考试科目与时间：CPA：会计3.5小时，审计、财管3小时，经济法、税法2.5小时；CTA：(税法I、税法II、税务代理实务、税收相关法律、财务与会计)五科均为2.5小时；CPV：资产评估3小时，其他四科均为2.5小时。 　　3、合格标准：CPA各科满分均为100分，合格分数均为60分(官方表示不会人为控制合格率)；CTA税代满分100分，其他四科均为140分，合格标准为60%即60分与84分，个别年份个别科目会视情况适当下调合格标准；CPV各科满分均为100分，合格标准60分，个别年份个别科目会视情况适当下调合格标准。 　　4、考试题型：CPA考试部分科目中有一种变态题型—判断题，变态是因为答错了会倒扣分，CPA的多选题要求也比较高，少选不得分；CTA除了税代有主观题，其他四科全部为客观题，90道选择题，题量超大；不过，CTA的多选题有一个特点，少选可以得分，按每个选项0.5分给分；CPV的考试题型各科相同，客观题、主观题各50分，30个单选，10个多选(评分标准与CTA相同，少选可得分)，5道主观题。 　　二、CPA、CTA、CPV相关科目的比较： 　　1、审计VS税务代理实务VS资产评估 审计与税代分别是两种考试中最难的科目之一，审计教材系统介绍了审计执业标准，系统性好，但理解应用很难，同时，还必须有会计的知识作为基础才可能通过考试。税代的特点则完全不同，没有系统的执业标准体系，整本教材给人的感觉就一个字“乱”，近乎杂乱无章，而要想应对考试，还必须学好税法I、税法II以及相关会计知识。资产评估虽然是CPV的核心科目，但难度较其他两个核心科目会简单一些，更多地方与财管相通。 　　2、税法VS税法I、税法IIVS 　　注会的税法与注税的两税比较如下： 　　联系：1.都是税法，似乎是废话，但这是说两者的应试范围是一致的，所考核的内容实质是相同的；这是共同的基础所在。2.在各自的资格考试中都是有一定难度的科目。也就是说不论是CPA的税法还是CTA的税法一和税法二，在各自的五科中还是有难度的，并非背一背就可以，需要下一定的工夫；3.税法是为了执行的，所以也不会是很高深的东西，不论是注册税务师考试，还是注册会计师考试，都是职业资格考试，所以不会有理论上的难度，故而只要努力多看、多记、多想就会有很大的进步，在学习的时候还要多总结。 　　区别：1.两者侧重点不同。在CTA的教材中含有一些税收理论知识，其税法理论也比CPA的多，这是学习的CTA教材的一个优点。一些朋友学习税法有困难，就在于不能理解税收和税法的一些基本问题，CTA中有了讲解，理解起来方便多了。CPA在税法中含有一些实务的问题，这是因为在CTA中是单独有一门叫“税务代理实务”的科目讲解，所以税法一、二中重点是讲解税种，对于程序方面很少涉及。2.两者行文风格不同。个人感觉CTA教材写得容易让人理解，而CPA教材有时让人读来很费解。3.两者难度不同。尽管两者在各自的五科中占有很重的分量，但就税法自身在两者中比较，CTA难度略低于CPA。4.两者在一些具体内容方面存在不同。这主要是由于两者是不同的编写者，在引述法规的时候，更新程度不同，有的部分CPA已经更新，但CTA还没有；有的部分CTA已经更新，但CPA却还没有。另外，两者在讲解的内容上具体范围也略有不同，有的CTA讲了，CPA不讲；有的则刚好相反。 　　3、机电VS建筑 　　机电与建筑，是CPV的两门专业课。机电，就教材而言，相当难（仅限于我这种门外汉），包罗万象，什么破东东都有，什么机械传动呀、液压系统呀、电动机呀、车床呀、锅炉呀，整到后面连数控机床、机器人都搬出来了，岂一个晕字了得；简直就一本天书，不反复个三五遍，是很难搞明白的。得下大力气才行。好在今年机电考试难度较低，否则能否及格就难讲了。还有一个问题，自己看教材是很难找到重点的，必须得听课件，找到重难点，然后有针对的学习方可事半功倍。建筑，也是一本天书，但较机电简单那么一点点，从另一角度来讲，机电更注重理论的理解，建筑更注重知识点的记忆，记忆量也是令人头痛的。怎么办？多看书，反复看书；多练习，反复练习；有条件听听卢汝丽的课，这个老师讲课相当有激情，比机电老师好（个人观点）。

D.O.D,即Dream Of Doll，应该是现今国内娃友的最佳选择，也是中国BJD队伍的主干力量（据我估计DOD占国内BJD总数的80%）。 这种BJD的价钱最低，娃的质量又很好，不用磨侧线，一买回就可自立，对化妆不精通的娃友还可以在买的时候选择官方给化妆，当然要加一部分钱 DOD人型的年龄设定一般在7-9岁之间，男娃身高约43cm左右，女娃身高约41cm左右。 D.O.D分为普通版(DOD)，限定版（Limited DOD），珍藏版(DOD Collection)三种。其中限定版主要是将下图几种类型的普通版娃改变肤色（美白，如White Leya；黑色皮肤，如Black Yen），或出成闭眼娃（如Sleeping Pitts）,并且限量生产，所以比普通版贵很多；而珍藏版主要是由DOD公司的专署大师级别的化妆师为娃化妆，并配以专门制作的服装出售，所以价钱也很贵。这两种版本的娃一般在出新娃的几天内便会售空。 普通版DOD单娃 1.睁眼娃：价钱都是261美元（没有加税费，邮费，化装费） (1)男娃：Yen, Zen. (2)女娃：Mir, Leya, Pitts, Twingkey. 2.半闭眼娃：价钱都是256美元（没有加税费，邮费，化装费） Tender Yen, Tender Zen 买来时一般包括： 娃本体一个（头+身子），16mm玻璃眼珠一对（颜色由官方随机给），假发一个（一般是官网图上的那个），一对手（除身体上带得多附赠一对），一件首饰（戒指或其他，当然是给娃戴的^-^）,垫子2个，娃的携带袋一个。（PS.没有化妆，要想加官方的化妆需要再付给官方31美元。） 普通版DOD对娃 1.睁眼娃：一对的价格都是356美元（没有加税费，邮费，化装费） 2.半闭眼娃：一对的价格都是356美元（没有加税费，邮费，化装费） 买来时一般包括： 娃娃本体一对（2个头+2个身子），16mm压克力眼珠2对（不能换成球形玻璃眼珠），垫子3个，娃的携带袋一个。（PS.没有假发，没有化妆，没有附赠的手，没有首饰，要是想要官方的妆，每个娃的妆加31美元，两个就是62美元） DOD官网的化妆： 有六种选择粉色系(Pink)，桃红色系(peach)，橘色系（orange）, 棕色系(Brown)，浅棕色系(Light Brown)，还有Default(就是和官网上的妆一样，但因为是不同的化妆师手化，所以不会完全相同。) DOD官网的配件： 衣服一出新品，就会很快卖完，但不定期会再出，要是真的有很喜欢的就只能碰运气，没事多去官网看看了^o^ 鞋子，除了视觉系的凉鞋外，其他运动鞋国内都有卖的，几乎和官网一模一样（怀疑是在中国生产后运到韩国买），在国内买便宜一半，淘宝上就有，先进淘宝网，后搜索dod可看到！ 假发，最好一次多买一些，这样邮费比较划算，可以团购！ 据说只买配件很快，付款后一周内就能到，不像娃娃还要等一个多月！真是痛苦的回忆啊！ 买DOD的方法： 只有在官方网站上能买到，在韩国本地也没有实体店面，也是要提前一个月左右预定才能在一个月之后拿到娃娃！只要在DOD网站的英文版上注册后，直接下单，最后结单的时候填自己的姓名、地址、电话、MAIL，然后选信用卡支付的话就会弹出WorldPay窗口。在里面填上自己信用卡号码、安全码（就是信用卡背面签名处的那3个数字）、姓名、帐单地址（其实就是自己住址）、电话、MAIL，最后确认。 WorldPay支付完毕后，是会立刻冻结你的信用卡中支付金额的，而且在DOD网站上找不到自己的定单。应该会立刻收到WorldPay的系统自动信件，说明虽然他们把信用卡冻结了，但定单是尚未建立的，需要DOD那里确认后定单方能成立。直到收到DOD的确认信，直接就说明定单已经成立、他们也收到钱了，会在DOLL寄出的时候再发通知信给买方。登陆到DOD网站，在买方的帐号中会出现定单详细情况。非常方便呢，而且他们用EMS寄，不会被扣关税，网上也可以跟踪EMS货物的发送情况及状态。 一、分类 Volks是最早推出球型关节人偶的厂商，Dollfie是他们的注册名称。其产品种类亦是丰富多样，Super Dollfie作为Volks的招牌更是魅惑了全世界的爱好者。从分类上来看，Volks的球型关节人偶总共分几大类别，而大类别中又有小类别之分： ⑴、Super Dollfie——MSD、SD Cute、SD、SD13 ⑵、1/6 Dollfie——EB Model、EB Beauty、Dollfie Plus、NEO-EB、Elegant Collection、12in Action Figure ⑶、Dollfie Dream ⑷、Lost Angels ⑸、Who"s that Girl? ⑹、Century Model ⑴与⑵的可定制范围很大，身为主人的你可以自由为娃娃更换头发、眼睛、化妆，高手还能修改娃娃的脸形、制作出完全属于自己的独一无二的娃娃。特别是第⑵类1/6 Dollfie，在这分类中有些品种的娃头等于一张白纸，娃友可以自己描绘娃娃的容貌、自己开挖眼洞。 ⑶～⑹则是Volks在1/6 Dollfie的基础上，分别开发的系列成品娃娃，每个系列都有自己的一套设定，娃娃的容貌、发型、眼睛都是固定的（当然硬要改装也可以，不过这样就失去意义了）。甚至还有些是限定生产数量，娃友们购买到的便是一只有配套衣服打扮的成品娃了。 下面就来按照大分类来详细介绍吧！ 二、Super Dollfie Super Dollfie简称SD，是Volks的著名造型师圆句昭浩最先创作出来的。起因是他给妻子做了一只娃娃作为生日礼物，结果被Volks的老板看到了，立刻激发了一个念头——为某个人制作特别的娃娃，并且倾注了无限感情，那娃娃也会随之越来越漂亮。于是，在1999年2月28日，第一批SD诞生了。 SD倾注了造型师们的热情，被精心打扮后送入娃友们的手中，娃友们用自己的感情灌溉滋润，将属于自己的SD打扮得更为美丽。正如Volks的广告：SD如另一个自己、隐藏着的真实的自己，伴随你一起成长。 最先推出的只有SD系列女娃：奇拉、萨拉、梅格、娜娜，全部为圆句昭浩的作品，他的妻子也成为了SD的化妆师。随着SD的大受欢迎与市场的逐渐扩大，越来越多有才干的造型师与化妆师加入了这一行列，近年来最受欢迎的著名造型师有MIKEY（橘四郎、近卫司、南条勋的创作者，天使系列的化妆师）、Kyon（鲁卡、克里斯等的创作者）等。 现在单说SD的话，一般就是指10SD系列。身高在57cm左右，年龄设定为10岁。截止2004年7月为止，一共有19款普通版（又称店头版，即直接可以在Volks各分店中预订到的娃娃）、39款限定版（只在一段时间内或是特定场合特定条件下贩卖，因为稀有及入手比较困难，所以限定版的价格通常都被炒高）。 2001年9月30日，新的系列诞生了，那就是Mini SD（简称为MSD）。身高在43cm左右，年龄设定为7岁，相当于SD的弟妹。截止2004年7月为止，一共有10款普通版、14款限定版。 紧接着在同年12月9日，SD13系列公布。顾名思义，SD13年龄设定为13岁，更为成熟，身高在60cm左右。截止2004年7月为止，一共有7款普通版、18款限定版。 同月份，FULL CHOICE SYSTEM（简称FCS）与SD ONE OF MODEL启动。FCS是提供各种型号的光头、肢体部件，让娃友自由组合出属于自己的SD娃娃。ONE OF MODEL则是征集有名的造型师及业余娃娃CUSTOM高手们，改造出世界上独一无二的一款娃娃来参加DOLL PARTY，然后该娃娃会在活动中进行抽奖，再卖给有幸抽到的娃友。 从1999年到2002年，SD一直是女娃们的天下，到了02年5月5日，在广大女性娃友的期盼中，Volks公布了4款男子SD：SD的米迦勒与凌、SD13的鲁卡与克里斯以及翔。随后每次限定版的男娃都是销路奇佳（同人女的力量？），特别难入手的展会限定版更是被爆炒至翻倍价格，造成有钱也买不到的奇观。 2004年8月1日，在DollParty11上则将公布最新的SD Cute系列，第一作为“枫”。Cute的身高在42cm左右，容貌比SD要幼小些、但比MSD则成熟些。 三、1/6 Dollfie 1/6 Dollfie的身高在22cm～27cm，可动性及自由组合度非常高，完全由娃友自己随意定制。因此其分类也非常多，总共有EB Model、EB Beauty、Dollfie Plus、NEO-EB、Elegant Collection、12in Action Figure六种，每一种里又有不同型号。且让我们一一道来： ⑴、EB Model 关节可动性极高，体形非常纤瘦（女娃也有胸部异常丰满型号的），总共有3个类别——NEW EB（6女1男总7种）、EB（6女1男总7种）、EB mini（4女1男总5种）。目前能购买到的是NEW EB与EB mini，特别是前者最常见，而EB则作为老型号基本已淘汰了。 ⑵、EB Beauty 体形更加优美，关节部位做了特殊处理，要么有所隐藏要么细小化了，因此身体看上去更加自然些，不过因此可动性也有所降低。该类别只有8种型号，且全为女性素体。 ⑶、Dollfie Plus 简称为DP，只有4个型号，全部为女性素体，且带有已开眼洞的脑袋。这个型号恐怕是国内最为常见的了，在易趣等拍卖网上也能时常见到。因为是已开好眼洞的，是初心者最容易上手的型号。 ⑷、NEO-EB 共6种型号，全部为女性素体，可动性非常好。几乎可以做出“人”所能做到的所有动作。 ⑸、Elegant Collection 看不到关节，皮肤更为拟真化，一共有7个型号，全部为女性。相对可动性低，与芭比、珍妮娃娃的素体类似。 ⑹、12in Action Figure 男性专用分类，一共有3个型号：NEO GUY、NEO EB 刚（新肌色、专用肤色）。可动性极高，而且非常富有男性刚健气息。EB刚相对比较东方化，GUY则为肌肉型。 以下为其它的Dollfie系列，身材与1/6 Dollfie差不多，全部是经由名师设计的完成品。自由组合度较低，可以视为芭比、珍妮娃娃的限定版之类。 四、Dream Dollfie Dream系列的特征为眼睛部分采用了绘画而非玻璃眼睛，而且有不少为著名游戏动漫作品人物，比如绫波丽。 五、Lost Angel Lost Angel是VOLKS自己开发创作的原创角色世界，其DOLL是基于VOLKS创作的小说而来，随着小说的剧情展开，DOLL也跟随着不断推出新品。 六、Who"s that Girl 该系列自2003年3月推出，以可爱型的整套洋服+脸形化妆设计为主。 七、Century Model Century Model的脸部设计为大名鼎鼎的Kyon（SD13限定版的Chris、Lucas都是她的作品）。这一系列全部为限定数量生产，体现了各时期服装与模特儿潮流。
