当今社会中知识焦虑越来越普遍，我自己一直是处于知识焦虑中无法自拔， 总有学不完的知识 ； 不论工作还是生活上总感觉自己的知识不够用，自己有的知识却又用不上 ； 再加上互联网上每天都会出现茫茫多的新知识感觉需要学 ； 看着其他人大步向前，自己却在原地踏步 ； 总感觉自己学的不如其他人快，学的不如其他人好 。这些都是知识焦虑所带来的直观感受。这篇内容就是讲述我如何通过复利思维模型来应对知识焦虑的。 对于复利的概念，大家或多或少都有所了解，这里稍微提一些基本的概念。公式： FV = PV(1 + i)u1d3a ，其中 FV代表未来的价值，也指期望值 ； PV代表现现值，通常是指本金 ， i代表周期内的固定利率或回报率 ， n代表累计的周期 。 稍微记住这条符合复利增长的曲线走势，接下来3个复利的特点，对比图形会更容易理解。 根据复利的增长曲线可以看出， 复利的增长在刚开始的时候是非常缓慢的 ，对于现实中的我们来说， 这个增长我们很难察觉到以至于会让我们产生出在原地踏步的感觉 ，但如果坚持过了拐点，就会呈现爆发式的增长，这就类似于一些互联网产品在爆发前谁都不认识，一夜之后变成了所有人都知道的产品，这种从默默无闻突然爆发的过程，总有一种这产品是刚出来就这么火的错觉，但实际上这些产品 在拐点来临之前已经累积了足够多的势能，这期间很长时间都是在花精力去打磨产品直到拐点的来临，才能有这样的爆发 。 拐点指的是系统发生巨大变化的临界点 。我们可以看出在起初斜率没有太大的变化，导致增长的非常缓慢，但是直到某一时间点后，斜率就会快速上升，这就是拐点，对于大部分人来说学习也好，理财也好，没有显著的结果很多情况都是 因为在拐点来临前就放弃了，这个点通常不在整个过程的中间部分，而是接近后半段将要结束的位置。 结合复利增长趋势曲线和池塘、睡莲、青蛙的故事来看， 睡莲覆盖池塘一半的时间是49天，而不是在25天，如果青蛙在49天才发现危机开始行动的话，已经来不及了。 符合复利增长趋势曲线的事物通常包含投资财富积累，网站流量，公众号增长，业务利润增长等。 不是所有的事物都符合复利增长趋势曲线，还有一类事物的增长趋势曲线符合对数函数 。对数函数的曲线与复利增长趋势曲线有点相似，这两条曲线有点像一个镜面的对称，下面这个图就是对数函数增长曲线。 与复利增长趋势曲线最为显著的不同点就是， 对数函数增长趋势曲线的初期阶段增长率很高，但随着时间的推移，斜率越来越小。反映在现实就是这些事情比较容易上手，刚开始进步速度快，但是程度的加深，要提高一点水平，则要花费之前几倍的努力才行 。举个例子可能刚开始付出了1分努力，就能获得10分的成果，但是水平高了，付出了10分的努力，才能带来1分的提高。 生活中符合对数函数增长趋势曲线的事物举例如健身，读写能力，外语学习，减肥，乐器等。这里关于对数函数内容的增加，是为了让大家不要认为所有的增长都符合复利增长趋势曲线，只有认清事情的本质，才能找到更好的办法。 复利思维是指做事情A会产生B的效果，同时B反过来会增强A效果的强度 。这样说可能有点难理解，这里拿我自己学习写作流程来举例，首先从网上获取思维模型的知识进行学习，然后通过写作进行知识的输出，而在输出的过程中会加强我对知识本身的理解，变相的提高了学习的效果。而且写出来之后，发布到某些平台上可以与其他人讨论交流，也能加强我对知识的理解。这就形成了一个学习 -> 输出 -> 反馈 -> 学习这样一个循环，所以我认为输出才是学习中最重要的一环。 根据复利思维的内容理解， 影响最终的效果的因素有2个，第一是 A 产生 B 的效果的多少 ，还是用我写作的例子来说，这个效果就是写作的过程中对知识的运用的占比，写作的内容运用的知识点越多，写得越明白，效果也就越大，当然反过来也是成立的。 第二是执行周期，指的是多长时间A产生一次B，从公式可以看出，周期越短效果就会越强 ；还是拿我写作来举例，其它条件不变的情况下，使用思维模型以每天的频率输出和以每周的频率输出，效果肯定是按周不如按天输出好。关于这点还有一点要说的就是， 并不是越快越好，频率是要在效果的基础上增加才有效果 ，如果一天输出了100篇内容，但实际上很难保证每篇内容的都对该思维模型的知识点全面的利用，没有质量的重复，实际上也是做无用功。 很多人都知道符合复利增长趋势的有财富，但忽略了知识的增长也是符合复利增长曲线。这里需要强调一点， 并不是所有的知识具能产生复利效果，具创造力的知识，才具能产生复利效果，这些识可以生成新知识产生新创意，并且能够迁移到多个领域中，这类知识占所有知识比例很小的一部分 ，例如思维模型就是典型具有创造力的知识。这也是为什么查理芒格如此推崇多元思维的原因所在当然。 因为符合复利增长趋势曲线，所以 这些有创造力的知识在刚开始学习的时候会非常的缓慢，需要进行一定的积累 ，这就像财富的原始积累一样，你想要用10万本金去创造100万的前提是你要有10万。 对于知识来说，想要享受复利，这步是必不可少的，只有积攒了一定的原始积累，才能逐渐产生复利效果。只要过了拐点，就能越来越明显地感受到复利的力量在思维认知上所带来的改变 。 相比于具有创造力的知识， 另外一类则是没有创造力的知识，这类知识无法生成新知识，学习这类知识只能获得线性增长 。市面上绝大部分的知识都属于这类，例如，工具类教程，冷知识等。 非创造性知识会越来越多，而且更新非常快，如果盲目的追求这类知识，只会造成要学的课程越来越多，跟不上行业内的知识更新，产生了知识焦虑。 复利公式为 FV = PV(1 + i)u1d3a，符合复利增长的事物刚开始增长的非常缓慢，直到某一”时间点“会出现爆发式的增长；拐点的来临通常比预想的还要晚； 不是所有的事物都符合复利增长曲线，还有一些事物符合对数函数，其特点是见效快，但后劲不足，对待这两种情况不能一视同仁，而是要区别对待 。 复利思维是指做 A 能产生 B ，B 又反作用增强 A。影响效果的因素有两点，第一是产生 B 的效率，第二重复次数。效果一定的时候，频率越快复利的效果就越强，但 不能盲目的追求频率，而是要在效果和频率之间找到一个平衡 。 时间是复利的催化剂，在知识焦虑极为普遍的今天，应该将绝大部分精力投入到一些具有创新能力的知识上，不要因为内容多提升慢而放弃；完成了知识的初始资本积累后，让这部分知识产生复利效应；而剩下的20%的精力投入到那些不具有创新性的知识上，不要追求这类知识的数量。 在微薄的本金也能通过复利的力量变成一个极为庞大的财富，但如果你的本金变成了0，复利是一点用都没有的。 永远要保留本金，这样你才有翻盘的可能性 ，这里除了指金钱之外，我认为更重要的是健康的身体，这才是我们奋斗的本金，如果人都没了，再精彩的故事也是别人的。 我们总会高估自己短时间内能做到的事情，而低估自己长时间内能做到的事情，当失去信心的时候，不要放弃而是要持续行动，等待拐点的来临 。
