世事渐杂，心智渐开。当我还是个孩子的时候，我也看不明白人类这种生物。人类可以说是，这个世界上最复杂，也是最简单的生物。想要看清人类，需要发出宇宙三问：我是谁？从哪里来？要到哪里去？人是什么？人的本质就是：欲望。人类的婴儿自呱呱坠地开始，伴随时间的推移，肉身一天天长大，便是欲望无限增大的过程。小时候我们哭闹，因为我们需要母亲的乳汁哺育成长，这是基本的生理欲望；我们上学读书识字，因为我们需要通过学习获得生存的本领技能，这是求知生存欲；长大后我们交友，我们工作，因为我们需要友情的陪伴，社会对我们的认可，这是精神欲望；我们买房买车，这是人类物质欲望，等等。人类的欲望，可以说是无穷无尽。人活着，皆为欲。再来，什么是隐性动机隐性动机，就是潜藏在人脑里，不容易被发现的，但是当事人在决定去做一件事情的时候，是有经过自主心智计算的。每个人做每件事，都是带有目的性的。都是为满足自己的需求。人有一点区别于动物，就是人有计算心智。人的计算心智，分为数字清晰计算和潜意识模糊计算。数字清晰计算，这心智能力可以在金融，财会，统计，计算机，出纳等领域实实在在感受到，而另一种模糊计算存在于我们的潜意识里。我们的大脑有自己的价值判断方式，存在于我们的潜意识里的模糊计算会影响我们的行为，我们的判断，我们的选择，我们的决策，这里面有人的行为隐性动机。每个人都是在自己的认识的世界里，在自己的固有的认知下作出对自己最大利益化的选择与决策。带着人的隐性动机去理解生活中一些事。1，人为什么谈恋爱，结婚生子人为什么恋爱结婚生子，在谈恋爱的我们谈的是什么，里面也有人的隐性动机。人类生命的意义，直指：生存和繁衍。我们谈恋爱，目的就是为了结婚搞生殖。达到个人生命利益最大化。没有别的，这是根植在人类身体里最深最强的欲望，也是人类的终极目标。让自己的基因得到传承，是每个人在恋爱结婚的目的。恋爱结婚只是手段。所以，爱情是门伪科学。在恋爱里，我们会关心对方的一切。对方的所说的每一句话，每一个眼神，每一个动作，什么“你笑了，我的世界就亮，”这些都是在乎对方的表现。我们将之称为爱的表现。而我们为甚么会爱，会在乎呢？所有的在乎都源于“爱”，而“爱”源于“企图”。只要他（她）对你还有深深的企图，那么自利就会被爱给包裹住；如果他（她）对你没有企图了，自利就会破茧而出。这恋爱里就有人的隐性动机在里面。深深的爱就是深深的企图。每个人来到这个世界都是有所求的。一个人对另一个人有爱，就是一个人身上有另一个人想要的东西。才会产生“爱”这种东西。深究下去，就是人的欲望。我们爱一个人，爱什么?自然是这个人身上，有你想要的东西。比如，帅气的外貌，美丽的容颜，健康的气质，这些都是有利于你后代繁衍的生殖价值；比如，世俗的金钱权力，这些有利于都是有利于你生存繁衍的物资资源；再比如，亲和，睿智，幽默，善良等良好的性格优点，都是有利于你个人成长的情绪价值。所以深爱里必有自利。这是人的本性。2，慈善是怎么回事几千年的人类的文明发展成果虽说灿烂，经济文化政治高度发展，但还不足以完全驯化磨灭掉人的本性。人的本性是自利的。都是为了满足自己欲望的。几万年皆如此，无一幸免。否则存活不到至今。在社会上，我们会看到一些超级大富豪之类的人做慈善，通常社会媒体都会给他们冠以慈善家的社会名誉之类的，给他们人格好评，道德高尚之类的。这里，我们不谈道德。道德是统治者方便统治人类的所制定的人行为准则。这世界没有所谓的好人坏人，也没有所谓的对与错，也没有所谓的黑与白，有的只是需求，有的只是欲望的满足。为甚么这些超级大富豪要把钱捐出来呢？这分两种情形，一类是为减税，反正钱都要上缴国家，那还不如自己主动捐出来，既可减免税收，又可以获得社会名誉，两全其美，何乐而不为？这是一种聪明的富人做法。再有一类就是，钱多到好几辈子孙都花不完，把钱留给子孙，最多收获的是那一点点亲情，虽然这也很重要，但是远不如获得全世界人民的崇拜和拯救全人类的带来的满足感大。一比较计算，当然是捐出来获得的效益比较大，无论是捐给攻克癌症疾病的科研所，还是设立奖学金，都比留给子孙的效益大。这是富人的精神需求，精神欲望。在某种程度上，这类超级大富豪获得了内心的满足感和Inner peace .。不打道德标签，他们只是更聪明。这两类都是满足自己内心精神需求的。所以，好人有私欲。3，父母对我们真的是无私的吗一直以来，我们都在歌颂父爱母爱的伟大。 父母也确实是这世界上对我们既出钱，又出力的。但是他们真的不求回报吗？没有，他们还是有所求的。求什么？比如年老时的亲情关怀（儿女给予的情绪价值），年老病痛时所消耗的养儿恩（生病时的医疗费用保障）等等。还有人会说，我们回报父母比父母给予我们的少。即使回报少，但是他们还是对我们会对我们付出，为什么？前面说过，生命的意义就是生存和繁衍。我们身上携带者他们的基因，他们爱我们，就像爱他们自己的生命，是因为血脉，是为种族繁衍，是为个人生命的延续。孩子就是他们生命的目的。这就是生物的繁衍欲。他们在养育我们的时候也获得他们内心想要的东西，比如亲情，比如幸福感，等等。这是精神上的满足欲。这是一类父母，还有一类父母是这样的。生孩子就是他们改善生活的手段。他们生女儿就是来卖的，生儿子就是为来当种猪的。最后希望自己老的时候，能有儿女侍奉。这就是很纯粹的生物改善生活的手段。当然，他们在他们的认知里做出利益最大化的选择，带着他们的隐性动机养育儿女。这种父母一般存在在教育不开化，贫穷落后的地区。他们卖女养儿，会被我们一般人认为是坏。但是呢，我们是不谈道德，不做道德宣判的。一切都因为经济学。因为生活拮据，不得不做出这种选择。以便达到他们家庭个人利益的最大化。所以，坏人有苦衷。为生存。所以，每个人行为有其隐性动机，即都是为满足自己的欲望，做出利益最大化的选择。嘻嘻，看完有收获，点赞分享哦，就是对作者最大的支持了。爱你们的Baby黄。笔芯。如此喜欢有眼光的你，不关注一下吗？我的公众号二维码，长按关注哦(⊙o⊙)哦。

1 前言 虾青素(astaxanthin)，3，3"- 二羟基-4，4"-二酮基-beta，beta-胡萝卜素，是一种酮式类胡萝卜素，色泽为粉红色，具脂溶性，不溶于水，易溶于氯仿、丙酮、苯和二硫化碳等有机溶剂。它广泛存在于生物界中，特别是水生动物的虾、蟹、鱼和鸟类的羽毛中，起显色的作用。其可调节色素的沉积，不同于黄体素。在饲料中添加虾青素，家禽食用后沉积在蛋黄中，可使颜色加深。虾青素是一种非维生素A源的类胡萝卜素，在动物体内不能转变为维生素A，但虾青素是一种断链抗氧化剂，有极强的抗氧化能力。动物实验表明，虾青素可以清除N02、硫化物、二硫化物，也可降低脂质过氧化作用，有效的抑制自由基引发的脂质过氧化。另外，虾青素还具有很强的抑制肿瘤发生、增强免疫功能等生理作用。因而在食品添加剂、水产养殖、化妆品、保健品和医药工业方面有广阔的应用前景。随着高档水产养殖的迅猛发展，自20世纪80年代中期出现了对虾青素的巨大市场需求，并于近年有急剧增加的趋势。2 虾青素的来源2．1 化学合成 虾青素是类胡萝卜素合成的终点，由brta-胡萝卜素转变为虾青素需加上2个酮基和羟基。人工化学合成比较困难，而且大多为J顷式结构。美国FDA(食品和药品管理局)仅批准反式结构的虾青素用作水产养殖的添加剂。因此，人工合成的反式虾青素价格昂贵(现国际市场价约2 000美元／kg)，限制了其广泛应用。目前，由于生物来源的虾青素含量还不够高，化学合成的虾青素仍具有一定的竞争优势。瑞士F．Hoffmann-latoche已完成了全反式虾青素的合成，并被批准用于大麻哈鱼的饲料添加剂。虽然如此，一些含虾青素的微生物因具有生长速度快，发酵周期短，以及虾青素提取后菌体单细胞蛋白可作为饵料、饲料添加剂等优点，随着全天然食品在全球的兴起，它将逐渐成为目前的研究重点。2．2 生物来源 相比而言，从生物体内提取的虾青素大多为反式结构，使用安全并具有环境友好性，有广阔的发展前景。当前虾青素的生物来源主要是：从水产品加工工业的废弃物中提取以及用微生物发酵生产。 2．2．1 从水产品加工工业的废弃物中提取虾青素 当前，国外螯虾加工工业每年有1 000万t的甲壳纲水产品废弃物，用聚合剂提取系统可从中提取虾青素、虾青素酯和虾红素，其产率可达153ug(g废弃物)。据分析，虾青素约占提取的类胡萝卜素的90％以上。近来，挪威海洋渔业工业采用青贮法处理废弃物的技术，经过青贮处理后，回收率提高了10％，虾青素的纯度也大大的提高了。 由于水产品废弃物中虾青素含量低，提取费用较高，而且由于资源限制，这种方法不适合作为虾青素的大规模来源，且发展潜力不大。但由于目前还没有找到更好的方法，国外这种方法仍然存在。 2．2．2微生物发酵生产 虾青素在微生物界中的分布与斑蝥黄(canthaxanthin)有点类似。研究发现，能产虾青素的微生物有：真菌担子菌纲的一个属(发夫酵母属)，两株同化烃类的细菌和许多在氮缺乏环境下的绿藻类。 (1)培养藻类生产虾青素 在许多能产虾青素的藻类中，雨生红球藻(Haematococcus pluvialis)是很重要的虾青素产生菌，曾被认为是一种很有虾青素商业生产前景的微藻该藻类既能进行自养，也能够进行异养生活。在培养过程中，若氮源缺乏，则在藻体内积累虾青素。目前，国外优良的雨生红球藻体中虾青素含量高达0．2％-2％，一般约占类胡萝卜素总量的90％以上。另外，Chlorooccum sp．具有耐高温，极端pH值，较快的生长速率和易在户外培养等优点，被认为是一种极具潜力的用于虾青素大规模生产的藻类。但藻类的自养周期长，由于需要光照，生产场所在一定程度上受到限制，并且藻类破壁释放虾青素困难。因此进行大规模生产也比较困难。 (2)利用细菌生产虾青素 已知有2株能产生虾青素的细菌：乳酸分支杆菌(Mycobacterium lacticola)，只在烃类培养基上产生虾青素，而在营养琼脂上不产虾青素；另一菌株短杆菌103(Bevibacterium)在石油里生长，发酵终了时生物量为3 g／L，色素量仅有0．03mg／g。考虑到烃类发酵的不利之处和其较低的产量以及发夫酵母的可用性，未来上述2种细菌在生物技术上的应用看来是不可能的。 (3)利用发夫酵母生产虾青素 1976年，An&ewes和Phaff等人在发夫酵母中发现了虾青素，这引起了人们的极大关注。之后，许多生物技术公司在对发夫酵母的研究上作了相当的努力，并取得了一定的进展。3 利用发夫酵母生产虾青素的研究进展 发夫酵母于1970在美国的阿拉斯加的高山和日本北海道一带山区落叶树的渗出液中分离得到。后经鉴定为担子菌纲的一个新属并命名为发夫酵母属。发夫酵母在担子菌纲的酵母中显得比较特别，主要表现在它能够发酵糖类，并且含有虾青素，这不同于其他红酵母的严格好氧性，色素主要是beta-胡萝卜素或是单环胡萝卜素。发夫酵母中发现虾青素不久，人们开始研究把它作为饲料添加剂用于鱼和禽饲料的可行性及其对生物体色素形成的影响，并获得良好的效果。在其后20余年的研究中，人们的研究精力主要放在了如下3个方面：(1)菌种的改良；(2)发酵工艺的优化；(3)细胞内虾青素的提取。3．1 高产虾青素菌株的选育 现在人们已把注意力集中到虾青素过量合成突变株的选育上。近年来国内外学者在这方面已取得了一定的进展。如获得的红发夫酵母突变株虾青素含量增加232％，达到了1 500nv,／(kg干细胞)。利用酒精废液培养基筛选到发夫酵母NRRLY-17269的突变株JB2，在5L发酵罐试验中每1 kg干细胞得到(2 010+170)mg的类胡萝卜素的产量。此外，应用DNA重组技术构建高产虾青素基因工程菌的研究已经展开，并在发夫酵母的转化系统、生物合成虾青素途径中的关键酶及酶的编码基因等方面取得一定的进展。3．2 生产工艺研究进展3．2．1 发酵最佳条件的控制 虾青素的产量除了与菌种有关外，还与培养条件有关。用发夫酵母UCD67-210作为实验菌株，研究了影响发酵的几个重要的参数，如pH值、温度、碳源的种类和浓度、溶氧和光照。得到发酵的最佳参数为：pH值5．0；温度20-22℃；最佳碳源、纤维二糖，糖质量浓度超过1．5％会降低单位重量细胞中虾青素的含量；但由于生物量的增加，单位体积所含的虾青素还会提高；溶氧3．6～108 rmnol／(L．h)；光照对虾青素的影响不大。在研究连续培养发夫酵母的pH值在线控制时，发现所加葡萄糖液的pH值(5．02)高于培养基的pH值(5．00)，发夫酵母生长比较缓慢(0．055 h-1)；而加糖pH值控制在4．98时，生长速度达到0．095h-1。同时还发现加糖的时间间隔对酵母的生长有重要影响。当用发夫酵母NCHU-FS501研究葡萄糖质量浓度对虾青素产量的影响时发现，当葡萄糖的质量浓度达到35g／L时，虾青素产量达到16．33mg／L；当葡萄糖质量浓度达到或超过45 g／L时，虾青素形成受到抑制[刨。最近，法国学者用甘油作为碳源培养发夫酵母PRl90，使虾青素的产量从0．78mg／(g干细胞)提高到0．97mg／(g干细胞)。并得出当酵母的生长速率为0．075h-1时，虾青素的产率最高；发酵168h后虾青素产量可达33．7 mg／L(1 800 t,g／(g干细胞))。而墨西哥学者用丝兰枣的汁液作为唯一碳源，当还原糖质量浓度为22．5e／I时，虾青素产量达6．170mg／L，比用YM培养基提高了2．5倍。而值得一提的是，当添加番茄汁时，其中可能含有虾青素的前体物质，会使色素含量增加。国内学者对发夫酵母产虾青素的摇瓶条件进行了优化，所获最高虾青素产量达11．63 mg／L(1 770 ug／(g干细胞))。总体来说，单从发酵培养基的优化来提高虾青素的含量，直至目前还未有突破性进展。3．2．2降低发酵成本 除了虾青素的低产量，另一个影响发夫酵母商业应用的不利因素就是发夫酵母生长所需的培养基成本相对偏高(酵母氮基础培养基加糖)。一些廉价的食品加工废弃物，如紫花苜蓿残液，会有效地促进酵母增殖，但同时又会抑制虾青素的形成，这种抑制作用是由于皂苷的存在。利用淀粉、酒精废液筛选到发夫酵母NRRLY-17269的突变株JB2，在酒糟中培养类胡萝卜素1 330-1 750mg／(kg干物质)，这使得培养基成本也大大降低。另据报道，糖蜜作为一种廉价的发酵原料，代替葡萄糖作为碳源培养发夫酵母，可使虾青素的产量提高约3倍，达到15．3mg/L。此外，木糖可以通过水解木料或工农业固体废弃物大量得到，也是一种廉价的碳源。有学者用木糖作为碳源，经工艺优化可得虾青素产量为5．2mg／L。3．3 虾青素的提取 目前虾青素的提取主要是先用各种方法破壁，然后再用有机溶剂提取。研究表明：用乙醇比用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)提取率低。国内学者用酸热处理细胞后，再用丙酮提取，效果也不错。最近，日本的学者选育出一株罗氏链霉菌(Streptomyces rochei)DB-34能够产生高活性的组成型裂解酶，此酶表现出水解beta-1，"6-葡聚糖的活性，还发现在发夫酵母培养后期加入这种酶可以有效地提取虾青素。 发夫酵母用作饲料添加剂时，须先经破壁才能使虾青素沉积在鱼或鸡蛋黄内。为使色素易于释放出来，在蒸馏水或柠檬酸缓冲液中进行预先自动水解是被看好的方法，或者可用圆形芽孢杆菌(Bacil-Jmcirculans)分泌的酶来酶解坚韧的细胞壁。在添加芽胞杆菌之前，发夫酵母需要加热灭活，然后，调整其pH值。所以，比较方便的方法是把这两种微生物混合培养，这样做的另一个好处是无细胞的培养液可以被重复利用。因为在发酵用去一些营养物质之后，它仍能支持发夫酵母的生长，并含有一定的裂解酶可以修饰细胞壁。一个混种发酵培养液过滤后循环的工艺方案已被提出，旨在满足大规模生产中的环保要求。不幸的是，混种发酵在某种程度上会抑制虾青素的产量。4开发应用前景 虾青素目前已被广泛开发应用于食品、医药、化妆品及饲料等的生产。虾青素虽是一种类胡萝卜素，但其某些生物学作用远比其他类胡萝卜素强。虾青素为脂溶性，具有艳丽的颜色和强的抗氧化性能。在食品上，不仅可以着色，还可以有效地起到保鲜、防止变色、变味、变质的作用。含虾青素的红色油剂既可用于蔬菜、海带和水果的腌渍，也可用于饮料、面条、调料的着色，亦有专利报道。虾青素的抗光敏作用较beta-胡萝卜素更强，国外有含虾青素的化妆品专利。医药及食品工业利用虾青素的抗氧化作用、抗炎症作用及免疫促进作用来作为药物预防氧化性组织损伤和配制保健食品。同时由于虾青素有艳丽颜色，并可与肌动蛋白非特异结合，将其加入水产饲料中，可以改善养殖鱼类的皮肤和肌肉色泽，增加鱼类的抗病能力。另外，虾青素对鱼类的生长繁殖具有很重要的作用，可作为激素促进鱼卵受精，减少胚胎发育的死亡率，促进个体的生长，增加成熟速度和生殖力，虾青素还可作为营养物质促进家禽的生长和提高产蛋率。毫无疑问，虾青素的生理功能强大，而且应用也广泛，近年来国内外对虾青素的需求量也越来越大。除了水产品加工业的废弃物中提取获得虾青素外，利用酵母、藻类等微生物工业化发酵生产虾青素，生产周期短，前景广阔。但同其他成熟的发酵产物相比，利用微生物工业化生产虾青素的规模相差甚远，主要问题仍是产量低、发酵成本高。因此筛选高产菌株，改进发酵工艺，适时引人基因改良技术，提高产量，降低成本，有助于虾青素的进一步开发应用。
