　　　　钻孔灌注桩　　钻孔灌注桩通常为一种非挤土桩，也有的为部分挤土桩。钻孔灌注桩的类型可以分为：　　A. 按桩径大小分，可分为如下几种：　　小桩 ； 中桩 ；大桩 。　　B. 按成桩工艺，钻孔灌注桩可以分为：　　干作业法钻孔灌注桩；　　泥浆护壁法钻孔灌注桩；　　套管护壁法钻孔灌注桩。　　　　冲孔灌注桩是一种桩施工的成孔方式，利用重锤反复冲击岩土成孔后浇注混凝土，一般用在有水和岩石有夹层的地方，但造价较高且施工周期长。主要有钢绳成孔（施工机械有：CZ系列、WKC系列）和冲击反循环成孔两种。　　下完钢筋笼后，下导管，然后还得继续清孔呀（二清），此时泥浆比重应维持在1.25左右，这样便于清掉孔底沉渣，待孔底沉渣清理好后灌注混凝土前应进行换浆处理，将泥浆比重控制在1.15左右，这样基本就满足灌注的条件了。二清的时候泥浆比重不能过小，否则不利于沉渣的清除。 对于旋挖钻来说一清是捞渣，但效果不是很好，下好导管后清空效果也不理想，旋挖钻的沉渣控制相对来说比较困难。　　对于回旋钻一清最好采用反循环，效果明显，二清的时候也就相对容易控制的多。钻孔及清空中泥浆比重的控制得参考规范并根据现场地质情况来控制。钻孔灌注桩目前在沿海城市和市区改造中的使用已相当普及，但因属隐蔽工程，成桩后质量检查比较困难。本文根据笔者十几年来参与几十个钻孔桩工程施工的经验，就如何在各个施工环节中充分重视、精心施工、加强质量管理等问题进行探讨，期望通过与同行们相互交流，达到提高施工水平的目的。　　钻孔灌注桩的施工大部分是在水下进行的，其施工过程无法观察，成桩后也不能进行开挖验收。施工中任何一个环节出现问题，都将直接影响到整个工程的质量和进度，甚至给投资者造成巨大的经济损失和不良的社会影响。因此，要求基础施工队伍在施工技术措施上要落实，并加强施工质量管理，密切注意抓好施工过程中每一个环节的质量，力争将隐患消除在成桩之前。因此在施工前要认真熟悉设计图纸及有关施工、验收规范，核查地质和有关灌注桩方面的资料，对灌注桩在施工过程中可能会发生的一些问题进行分析后制订出施工质量标准、验收实施方案和每根桩的施工记录，以便有效地对桩基施工质量加以控制。　　1 成孔质量的控制　　成孔是混凝土灌注桩施工中的一个重要部分，其质量如控制得不好，则可能会发生塌孔、缩径、桩孔偏斜及桩端达不到设计持力层要求等，还将直接影响桩身质量和造成桩承载力下降。因此，在成孔的施工技术和施工质量控制方面应着重做好以下几项工作。　　1．1 采取隔孔施工程序。　　钻孔混凝土灌注桩和打入桩不同，打人桩是将周围土体挤开，桩身具有很高的强度，土体对桩产生被动土压力。钻孔混凝土灌注桩则是先成孔，然后在孔内成桩，周围土移向桩身土体对桩产生动压力。尤其是在成桩初始，桩身混凝土的强度很低，且混凝土灌注桩的成孔是依靠泥浆来平衡的，故采取较适应的桩距对防止坍孔和缩径是一项稳妥的技术措施。　　1．2 确保桩身成孔垂直精度　　这是灌注桩顺利施工的一个重要条件，否则钢筋笼和导管将无法沉放。为了保证成孔垂直精度满足设计要求，应采取扩大桩机支承面积使桩机稳固，经常校核钻架及钻杆的垂直度　　等措施，并于成孔后下放钢筋前作井径、井斜超声波测试。　　1．3 确保桩位、桩顶标高和成孔深度。　　在护筒定位后及时复核护筒的位臵，严格控制护筒中心与桩位中心线偏差不大于50mm，并认真检查回填土是否密实，以防钻孔过程中发生漏浆的现象。在施工过程中自然地坪的标高会发生一些变化，为准确地控制钻孔深度，在桩架就位后及时复核底梁的水平和桩具的总长度并作好记录，以便在成孔后根据钻杆在钻机上的留出长度来校验成孔达到深度。　　虽然钻杆到达的深度已反映了成孔深度，但是如在第一次清孔时泥浆比重控制不当，或在提钻具时碰撞了孔壁，就可能会发生坍孔、沉渣过厚等现象，这将给第二次清孔带来很大的困难，有的甚至通过第二次清孔也无法清除坍落的沉渣。因此，在提出钻具后用测绳复核成孔深度，如测绳的测深比钻杆的钻探小，就要重新下钻杆复钻并清孔。同时还要考虑在施工中常用的测绳遇水后缩水的问题，因其最大收缩率达　　1．2％，为提高测绳的测量精度，在使用前要预湿后重新标定，并在使用中经常复核。　　为有效地防止塌孔、缩径及桩孔偏斜等现象，除了在复核钻　　具长度时注意检查钻杆是否弯曲外，还根据不同土层情况对比地质资料，随时调整钻进速度，并描绘出钻进成孔时间曲线。当钻进粉砂层进尺明显下降，在软粘土钻进最快0．2m／min左右，在细粉砂层钻进都是O．015m／min左右，两者进尺速度相差很大。钻头直径的大小将直接影响孔径的大小，在施工过程中要经常复核钻头直径，如发现其磨损超过10mm就要及时调换钻头。　　1．4 钢筋笼制作质量和吊放　　钢筋笼制作前首先要检查钢材的质保资料，检查合格后再按设计和施工规范要求验收钢筋的直径、长度、规格、数量和制作质量。在验收中还要特别注意钢筋笼吊环长度能否使钢筋准确地吊放在设计标高上，这是由于钢筋吊笼放后是暂时固定在钻架底梁上的，因此，吊环长度是根据底梁标高的变化而改变，所以应根据底梁标高逐根复核吊环长度，以确保钢筋的埋入标高满足设计要求。在钢筋笼吊放过程中，应逐节验收钢筋笼的连接焊缝质量，对质量不符合规范要求的焊缝、焊口则要进行补焊。同时，要注意钢筋笼能否顺利下放，沉放时不能碰撞孔壁；当吊放受阻时，不能加压强行下放，因为这将会造成坍孔、钢筋笼变形等现象，应停止吊放并寻找原因，如因钢筋笼没有垂直吊放而造成的，应提出后重新吊放

(2.8Ghz，L2=6MB，800FSB)以上是比较正规的型号，其他型号的版本，可能就是所谓的阉割版本，就是原本是800外频变667外频，或是L2本来是2M变1，在生产出现瑕疵修正后的产品。或者是针对量大的合作伙伴特别生产的特规CPU，让合作伙伴降低成本，这些跟正规CPU还是会有些差别，从Santa Rosa的时代开始，CPU型号就开始多到连我们这些专业的都没有办法全都记的住。Socket P时代1066FSB，GM45/PM45晶片组Montevina架构这个时代的CPU插槽并没有改变，使用跟Santa Rosa架构一样的 Socket P，CPU也是使用Santa Rosa架构后期的45nm制程(Penryn核心)，外部时脉拉高到1066FSB，主流效能产品增加了热功耗和整体功耗都较低的P系列CPU，还有后续会推出维持高效能，和P系列相同TDP=25W但是整体功耗更低的SP系列，超低功耗的产品则分成TDP=17W的SL系列，TDP=10W的SU9000系列，TDP=5W的SU3300，当然主流效能级的T系列和极致版的X系列CPU也都依旧活跃在这个时代，当然最值得一提的是笔记本电脑的CPU在这个时代首次进入了4核心的时代，GM45跟PM45晶片组的Montevina架构有部份笔记本电脑厂商设计依旧可以使用Santa Rosa，但是那是为了降低成本兼有一点欺蒙消费者的做法，不过这样也没有甚麼不好，这让想换CPU的人可以用更低的价格取得机器，更换成自己理想的规格，GM45或是PM45晶片组虽然原本都是支援4核心CPU的，但是会因为笔记本电脑主机板的电路规划分为有支援和没有支援，因此不是GM45或是PM45晶片就可以使用4核心的CPU，且不是更新BIOS就可解决，另外4核心的CPU热功耗也较高TDP=45W，也不见得散热器的热功耗足够，如果散热器不够力，可能会发过热的状况，因此较小台的笔记本电脑就算有支援可能也不适更换，建议15吋以上的机种才考虑更换4核心的处理器，且要留意散热问题，以下我就列出主流型号的规格和说明:4核心系列:QX9300 (1.2Ghz，L2=3MB，TDP=5W，800FSB)2009年1月1日增加笔记本电脑散热贴片说明，更换cpu时请留意，笔记本电脑的CPU和散热贴器中间的接合物通常是石墨散热贴片而非是一般桌机用的散热膏，这种石墨散热贴片是一次型的产品，拆装散热器时都应该要换新，旧的最好清掉，笔记本电脑的CPU石墨散热贴片(颜色会比其他非cpu用的深)，其他晶片组用的是有弹性的导热片，cpu用的石墨散热贴片导热系数较好，但是缺点是会硬化，且是一次性的产品，拆卸过就应该换掉，用途跟桌机的是一样的就是帮助密合增加导热速度，完全硬化之后会降低导热能力，桌机用的通常都是泥状的为主，除了涂料控制较容易外也较不容易硬化，笔记本电脑并不是不能使用桌机用的散热膏，事实上效果还会更好，问题是出在生产线，笔记本电脑的cpu散热模组安装还是人工为主，加上cpu是裸晶设计，使用桌机的散热膏不但品管困难，还有容易损坏cpu的风险，石墨散热贴片可以缓冲散热器锁螺丝时的边角压力，工人可能单颗螺丝旋紧过度就会有裂晶的风险，因此笔记本电脑才会都使用石墨散热贴片而非散热膏，但是我们自己在更换的时候可以特别留意螺丝的旋力，使用桌机的散热膏取代原本的贴片，在锁螺丝的时候分段平均旋紧(勿转太紧)，笔记本电脑的螺丝都有弹簧或是弹片加压，因此不用转太紧就可以有足够的密合度，至於非cpu的散热贴片是有弹性的矽导热贴片，也是有原因的(不要用桌机散热膏代替)，因为笔记本电脑的散热器通常固定都是以cpu端为主，晶片组或是其他部份通常没有螺丝固定，靠的是散热模组在cpu端螺丝产生的压合力，且晶片组通常也不需要那么高的导热效率。因此用有弹性的矽导热贴片，这种贴片不但可以达到散热的目的，还可以底消风扇产生的震动，避免晶片组或其他原件受到伤害或是干扰，对减低噪音也有帮助，另外它也不需要因为拆装就要更换，以上是笔记本电脑cpu更换要特别留意的地方，也是一般人比较不了解的地方。GL-40
