Feeling Good本身是一首相当棒的曲子，之前我最喜欢的是Muse的摇滚版本，如果没听过的可以来这里试听一下：网易云音乐 听见好时光，不仅不难听而且非常具有冲击力，尤其是00:41秒之后架子鼓一出来，简直忍不住跟着晃头~~~当然，这首歌的原创并不是Muse，传播最广的版本也是最受瞩目的版本就是Nina Simone，相当典型的爵士乐味道（当然我对这个流派区分也不清楚，轻喷哈），总之是这两个版本都表现出了自己的风格，然而却有着一个相同点——就是歌曲越到后面情绪越激昂高涨，让人听着感到通体舒畅。具体的发声技巧我也不会描述，留给大神们吧。然而即使是作为李健路人粉的我，也还是想说，他的版本的Feeling Good实在太让我失望了。首先是填词的问题。填词想要表达出的那种励志气氛和英文原版的气氛完全不合，我个人认为可能是我们一般认知中的励志向中文歌从没有开头开这么安静（且还有种找不着调的感觉，节奏也不准），另外一点是李健的版本和我刚才说的两个版本比，削去了太多太多太多转音，原来歌曲的韵味完全没了。还有就是，原曲中It"s a new dawn，It"s a new day，It"s a new life，For me的部分，李健把For me的这句完全缩减成了只有两个音高——我的天哪巨大的败笔——来对比一下Nina Simone的版本，她在第二段副歌的位置唱到For me时，总共是五个音啊旁友们，Muse的版本里，前两段副歌也全都是五个音构成，而我个人认为这正是这首歌的精华所在，也是连接上句It"s a new life和后面的And I"m feeling good的重要部分。最后，李健的版本在结尾的时候把It"s a new dawn，It"s a new day，It"s a new life这三句的最高音完全拉平了，而不是像前面那样逐步推高（然而可悲的是，即使前面的副歌李健是按原版唱的，依旧没有任何要渐进到高潮的感觉），结果就是这六句（因为还重复了一遍）听得人极其乏味，我真的想砸手机……为什么会出现这种情况呢？我想了想觉得是李健的整体气场和他自己的作曲作词风格都跟这首Feeling Good不合。根据现场的那个编曲来看……前半部分李健是想把它往自己的柔情+空灵方向拖，然而可惜的是由于前面少了一大堆的转音又没有较为明白的节奏，李健也并不想（或并不会）在声音上面加什么修饰，看起来就像是快乐男声海选现场……【金馆长熊猫捂脸.jpgx3总之吧，也说不上来为什么，或许是什么调式的原因blabla我也不太懂，这首歌就是不适合李健这种改编法。虽然这么说有点怪怪的，可是有句话是“听音乐就像做爱”这我从某种角度上是同意的啊……不是说所有曲风都这样，但是大多人还是倾向于这样的歌曲，不论是流行还是摇滚，你总得有那么一两句让听者爽爽吧？不光燃向歌曲是这样的，悲伤的情歌也是这样的，二段副歌结束了，往往有个过渡句最后再上一遍副歌，这才舒服，李健这版Feeling Good说俗点就是没让人爽到啊。

　　近日，西华大学食品与生物工程学院食品营养与安全团队在国际著名期刊《Foods》（IF=4.35）上发表了题为“Regulation Mechanism of ssDNA Aptamer in Nanozymes and Application of Nanozyme-Based Aptasensors in Food Safety”的综述期刊（Front Cover文章）。文章通讯作者为西华大学陈祥贵教授和马里兰大学王芹教授，第一作者为王力均副教授。 　　食品安全问题是一个世界性的问题。病原菌、毒素、杀虫剂、兽药、重金属和非法添加剂等频繁被报道污染各种各样食品，对人类 健康 构成了严重威胁。传统的检测方法难以满足现代 社会 的发展要求。为了实现对大量食品样本进行现场和快速筛选目的，亟需建立新的快速检测方法。结合纳米酶和核酸适配体的优越性能，以它们为元件构建的纳米酶-适体传感方法在灵敏度、特异性、重复性和准确性方面得到显著提高，被认为是极具应用前景的一类快速检测方法。 　　近年来，我们目睹了一系列基于纳米酶-适配体的食品污染物分析检测策略，特别是基于ssDNA调控纳米酶活性的新型检测方法。因此，本文对纳米酶-适体传感器在食品安全的应用做全面综述。首先，系统地探讨了不同因素对ssDNA调控纳米酶活性的影响，以期实现精确调控各种检测方法中纳米酶活性。在此基础上，依据纳米酶和适配体的互作模式，将纳米酶-适体传感方法分为四种模式进行了讨论（基于ssDNA提高纳米酶活性的检测模式；基于ssDNA抑制纳米酶活性的检测模式；纳米酶作为信号标记的检测模式和其他模式）。最后，文章对纳米酶-适体传感方法当前面临的挑战和前景进行了探讨。 　　ssDNA既可以抑制纳米酶活性，也可以增加纳米酶活性。提高或抑制纳米酶活性主要取决于引入的ssDNA是增加或抑制纳米酶与底物的亲和力，与内在因素（ssDNA结构、碱基种类、浓度和长度，纳米酶形状和种类）、外在因素（底物种类、pH、温度、离子强度和种类等）有关系。虽然已有大量文献报道ssDNA对纳米酶活性的调控，但是这些文献存在相互矛盾的地方，ssDNA调控纳米酶活性的机理还有待进一步研究。 　　和其他检测模式相比，基于适配体调控纳米酶活性的检测模式具有简单、方便和普适性等优点，受到科学家们的亲睐。但由于食品基质的复杂性，需要繁琐的样品前处理步骤才能避免食品基质对纳米酶-适体传感方法的干扰。因此，亟需研发不需要繁琐样品前处理的纳米酶-适体传感方法。 　　陈祥贵，西华大学食品与生物工程学院教授，硕士生导师。主要研究领域为食品营养保健与安全、食品生物技术、农产品精深加工。先后主持国家级项目3项、省级项目7项、企业委托项目20余项，发表论文100余篇，其中SCI论文30余篇，获省级 科技 成果奖4项、省级教学成果奖2项。先后获国务院特殊津贴专家、四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家、四川省教书育人名师、四川省劳动模范等荣誉；兼任四川省委省政府决策咨询委员会委员，四川省营养学会副理事长，四川省食品安全学会副理事长，四川省食品安全专家委员会决策咨询分委副主任，四川省食品质量与安全“2011”协同创新中心常务副主任。 　　王芹，现任美国马里兰大学营养与食品科学系教授，主要研究领域为食品生物高分子以及食品安全，涵盖了食品科学、材料科学与工程，纳米技术以及生物物理学等交叉学科；主要研究内容为通过对食品中天然高分子的微米和纳米级结构特性进行表征及评价，进一步开发和拓展食品蛋白质和多糖的创新应用，包括对抗菌剂进行可食性涂膜、对生物活性物质的包埋及缓释、有序排列的纳米复合物的食品包装材料等。先后在ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Food Chemistry, Food Hydrocolloids, Biomacromolecules, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等国际一流食品期刊发表SCI论文130多篇，多次在重要国际学术会议上做学术报告，担任十余家著名学术期刊的审稿人。在2019和2021年被评为高被引专家。 　　王力均，博士、西华大学食品与生物工程学院副教授、硕士生导师。2017年1月毕业于南昌大学食品科学与工程专业。2014年11月-2016年11月，前往美国阿肯色大学进行联合博士培养。主要研究方向为食品中有毒有害物质的快速检测（基于分子生物学的检测方法和基于纳米材料的检测方法）。在Food chemistry， Food control， LWT-Food Science and Technology，Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical等国外期刊发表学术论文20余篇，授权发明专利7项。主持和参与多项国家级和省部级项目。获得省级教学成果奖1项。（通讯员：西华大学林洪斌）
