原因如下:开户需要携带护照，coe（电子版就可以）和一个澳洲联系手机号直接去银行柜台办理开户。一般留学生办的都是commonwealth的卡，在city的atm和银行网点都比较多。常见的central，bourke，墨大里面都是有柜台的。开户的时候会给你开通两个账户，一个是smartaccess，一个是netbanksaver。同时开通网上银行和手机银行。办好之后会给你一张卡片，名片大小，记录的是你的网上银行和手机银行的登录信息，和一张a4纸，上面有转账的信息，拍给爸妈就好，有中文。银行卡需要大概一周才能寄到，但是在你开户之后转账和取钱都是可以进行的了，app可以无卡取款。日常使用——两个账户smart和net的区别在于，日常消费都是通过smartaccess来进行的，你银行卡上的余额也就是smartaccess里的余额。但是只有netbank才有利息，存上六七千刀，大概每月的利息有5刀左右，我自己的账户一直都在变动，也就是个估算。所以之后无论你是刷卡，取钱还是绑定水电网手机费账户，设置自动缴费，都是要绑定smart账户的号。——取钱commonwealth可以有卡取款和无卡取款，都没有手续费。有卡就和国内的是一样的，随便找个atm就行。但是墨大校园里atm经常排队，大家如果需要的话就直接在校外central什么取好。取款的时候一定注意安全。——刷卡一定在刷卡之前将确保smartaccess里有足够余额，要不然就会交易失败。我一般smart里面都没多少钱，每次买东西吃饭都大致算好价格，现场从netbank里转过去。——境外汇款commonwealth的境外汇率入账手续费是按笔来收，费用可能会有轻微差异，我自己拿支付宝汇入账的时候银行会扣10刀手续费（不含国内银行的手续费）。所以理论上来讲一次汇的金额大一些会更划算，但是考虑到安全性什么的，大家要自己掌握好一次汇款的数额哦。国内银行一般都是三天左右到账，我用支付宝基本上就是今天早上转，明天下午到账，今天下午转，后天到账的速度。（绝对不是广告！支付宝相比银行来说，按笔收费，每笔50还是挺划算的）——境内转账日常大家出去吃饭aa都会涉及到的转账问题。有账号转账，手机号转账和扫码转账三种形式。在这里墙裂建议一定要用账号转账，这样除了第一次转账其他都是实时到账的！！！手机号转账是个谜，我朋友临时填了我的手机号，开户时，然后之后的钱都进了我账户233333.。。二维码转账千万不要尝试，根本就不是国内的扫码转钱，我之前在给朋友转账之后，大概过了一周都没收到，才知道，原来我在转账之后还需要提供一个code给朋友，她才能收钱入账，否则那个钱就是从我这里扣掉，然而并没有进入她的账户。大家千万不要嫌麻烦，第一次懒得输那么多信息，一定要用账号转账。
