这是QQmail也就是QQ邮箱的一个Plugin(插件)，是可以删除的，删除方法如下：1、双击鼠标左键，选择C盘中的Users文件夹。2、在Users文件夹中找到自己的用户名，双击打开。3、可以看到有个AppData的隐藏文件夹，双击打开它。4、打开之后，在出现的三个文件夹中选择“local（本地）”文件夹。5、在本地文件夹中找到一个叫做“temp”的文件夹，里边的文件都可以删除，删除完可以查看一下C盘的空间变大了。

QQ邮箱插件大概是用于支持邮箱附件拖拽/快速上传的吧...如果你基本不用邮箱应该可以删掉...控制面板里应该可以删掉

将要欲创建的控件，放在窗体上，选中控件，按F1,帮助中会显示要引用的单元，如 Button1,选择它，按F1,帮助中会显示要引用的单元是QStdCtrls；再如 BitBtn1,选择它，按F1,帮助中会显示要引用的单元是QStdCtrls等等。这样我们就能知道要引用那个单元，再在程序中动态创建控件.
