breaking基本动作有这些：三角撑（baby freeze）：最基础的招式；1990s：即单手倒立快速旋转，俗称单手转；2000s：双手倒立旋转，比90s看起来速度会更快，世界纪录27圈；AIRPLANES：风车加上双手向两旁尽量伸展高到你可以抓住它们；AIRSWIPES：即360，双手交替使身体旋转，俗称小回环，和大回环不同之处是一只脚是碰地的；BACKSPIN：背转，用背部上方，双脚蜷缩进行快速旋转；BACK SWIPE：和airswipe是相同的即转到一半定住又转回去；BARRELS：风车，双手环抱在前。即环抱风车；BLLYMILL：用肚皮转的风车；BHUDDA：和UFO类似，除了膝盖是在伸直的双手中，然后双脚是离开地面的；BOOMERANG：开始时坐在地上，双脚在身前形成V字形。然后手撑在双脚间，接下来撑起身体，只有手能碰地。然后转圈；BRONCO：先从脚开始，然后是只有一只手向下，脚往后踢然后脚又再次放下，重复所有的动作。CRICKETS：飞机跳，双手飞机撑连续旋转跳跃。FLARE：托马斯，是基础powermove之一。对腰力要求较高。HEADSPIN：用你的头转。要用手和脚去开始旋转Breaking是以托马斯、风车、头转、倒立等各种高难度技巧配合，再融合舞蹈律动和节奏的一种舞蹈。基本动作一、Top RockTop Rock分解一的动作方法(如下图)1、双手于胸前交叉，收腹，左腿抬起，身体右倾，中心在右腿;2、双臂向上张开，腹部向前顶出，同时带动左腿向斜前方踏出，此时身体由于惯性左倾;3、保持身体左倾状态，环抱手臂于胸前，收腹，右腿抬起;4、双臂再次张开，反方向重复步骤2，此动作为左右对称动作，课反复做。Top Rock分解二的动作方法(如下图)1、踢出右腿，手臂自然挥动;2、换腿，右腿落地，左腿抬起，同时身体重心移向右腿;3、挥动上臂，提胯，带动左腿空中划半圆落地，同时右腿抬起，此时身体右倾，重心落于左腿;4、挥动手臂，换腿，右腿落地，踢左腿，同时把身体调整到正面;5、换腿，左腿落地，右腿抬起，同时身体重心移向左腿，手臂自然挥动;6、挥动上臂，提胯，带动右腿空中划半圆落地，同时左腿抬起，身体左倾，重心落于右腿。二、Up RockUp Rock的动作方法(如下图)1、双手环抱于头顶斜上方，腰部向前顶出，左腿向前迈一步;2、李勇收腹的力量，把右腿拉起(尽量高)，同时左手环抱右腿，右手可扶头;3、挺腰，右腿向后方踏下，双手自然放回腰间;4、收腹，使身体前倾，此过程为过渡动作，占半拍;5、下蹲，同时双腿并拢，双手可放于膝盖上，动作结束。三、Foot WorkFoot Work的动作方法(如下图)1、起势，双手(用手指支撑)与双脚(前脚掌)撑地，腹部收紧，双腿弯曲，膝盖内收;2、左腿向身体右侧迈出，带动腰部一起运动，右腿不动，变为左手撑地;3、保持身体姿势不变，左脚位置不动，右腿跟上左腿，迫使左腿弯曲;4、右脚位置不变，左腿带动腰部一起运动，划半圆到身体正前方，同时右手接触地面，编成双手撑地;5、左脚位置不变，右腿带动腰部一起划半圆到身体左前方，左手抬起;6、身体姿势及右脚位置不变，左腿带动腰部一起运动，滑向斜后方;7、右腿滑向身体斜后方，左手触底，还原呈起势。

breaking是一种以个人风格为主的技巧性街舞舞种，也是北美街舞中最早的舞种。Breaking起源于美国70年代的布朗克斯区。比较值得注意的是，早期跳Breaking的舞者多为西班牙语裔美国人，非裔美国人，然而他们当初偏好的音乐风格却大大影响的嘻哈和节奏蓝调音乐。Breaking在大量吸收来源于Capoeira（巴西战舞）、体操、中国武术（来自香港邵氏电影）等不同体育及艺术形式的元素和动作后形成了如今的Breaking，分为TopRock（摇滚步）、Footwork（腿部动作）、Freeze（空中定格）、Power Move（整体移动）四大内容。大量手撑地的快速脚步移动、各种倒立定格动作，以及在地板上或者空中匪夷所思的高难度旋转使这种舞蹈充满了视觉冲击力。舞蹈关系由于美国东西海岸独立发展的历史原因，嘻哈文化中的舞蹈没有共同的名称，通常我们称作Hip-Hop Dance。而随着嘻哈音乐的发展，20世纪80年代纽约出现了新的舞蹈风格，人们称之为嘻哈（Hip-Hop），与以前出现的霹雳舞（B-Boying或Breaking）相区别。在美国西海岸加州地区（主要是在洛杉矶），在灵歌（Soul）和疯克（Funk）音乐的基础上有自己的舞蹈风格，人们称之为疯克风格舞蹈（Funk Style Dance）。因为嘻哈的舞蹈分成了这两大派系，所以许多舞者或媒体就不再统称Hip-Hop Dance，他们称纽约的舞蹈为新派（New School），或者干脆就叫嘻哈；而称洛杉矶的舞蹈为Street Dance，中文直译为街舞。

breaking一般分为4大类第一就是toprock，就是摇滚步，它的特点是随意，走toprock一般是为了熟悉音乐，调节每个地板动作之间的节奏，得到休息或预热，uprock就是战斗舞，跟krumping有点像，可是breaking的uprock多用于衔接，battle的时候可以增加气氛，在动作方面更有张力和力量感第二是freeze，freeze指的是你在某些音乐的特效中定住，一般都是倒立的freeze，常见的freeze有nike，大v，hello back等等，freeze也是battle时互相比拼难度的一个项目，但也不是说谁定的久谁就更厉害，关键在于和音乐，有视觉张力，和技巧的运用第三就是footwork，又叫排腿，扫堂腿，常见的是6步，还有3步，12步之类的，footwork讲究快，越快越好，但是出腿要跟音乐，也要准确，到位第四是power，就是thomas，风车（superman windmill，baby windmill，no hand windmill），手转1990.2000，头转，hand spins，airswipes,airfly这些，他们也是breaking里最为酷炫的动作前三个叫stylemove，后面的叫powermove

街舞 Hip－Hop街舞是美国黑人由一种发泄情绪的运动演绎成的街边文化，特色是爆发力强，在舞动时，肢体所做的动作亦较其他舞蹈夸张。最吸引人之处，是以全身的活力带来热情澎湃的感觉。 跳街舞使人注意力集中，兴趣浓厚，动作优美、随意。同时，跳街舞还有瘦身功效，因为街舞是一种中低强度的有氧运动，在一个小时的运动中，消耗全身脂肪的作用是相当强的。此外，街舞是一种小肌肉运动，经常练习能增加你全身的协调性，让你的身材比例更趋标准。当然，学会了街舞，你还可以在迪厅里露一手呢！ 它从舞蹈方面来看可以分为两大类，就是NEW SCHOOL和OLD SCHOOL。我们可以从年代和音乐的感觉来区分它们。其实HIP-HOP就是各种街舞的总称。 事实上,我们所谓的BREAKING DANCE或是OLD SCHOOL正也是属于HIP-HOP的一种。这种OLD SCHOOL的舞蹈包含着LOCKING(锁舞)、POPING(机械舞)、BREAKING(霹雳舞)、WAVE(电流)这些东西(这种霹雳舞式的舞蹈风格著名的团体是Rock Steady Crew)。他起源于美国街头的舞者的即兴舞蹈动作，这些街头舞者多半是以黑人或是墨西哥人为主，或许正是所谓的"穷人的娱乐"，这些流行的街舞多半发源自美国纽约的布鲁克林区(这一区住的全是一些穷困的黑人或墨西哥人。)这些黑人及墨西哥人的孩子们成天在街上混、跳舞，自然而然的行成各种的派系，也很自然的在他们所跳的舞蹈上发展出不一样的风格。 Hip hop 是人们最常接触的一种舞蹈，它有着幅度大而简单的舞步，能够表现出复杂的舞感。因为容易学习，跳起来也相当好看，所以很受大众喜爱 Poping 机械舞，运用身体各部位的肌肉和关节，随着音乐的节拍，加上自己丰富的想像力，创造出令人惊讶的舞步。属于难度较高的街舞类型 Breaking霹雳舞，也是一种难度较高的舞步，大体上可以分为两种类型：用手、头、身体在地上旋转，称为大地板；用肢体在地上踩出复杂变化的脚步动作，加上刁钻的倒立，称为小地板。当然，跳舞的同时也可以随意去搭配你所想表现的动作 Free style 这是一种出神入化的舞步，它将各种类型的舞蹈混合在一起，随心所欲地表现，没有舞蹈风格的限定，脱离一般舞蹈的规范，可以说是一种个性化的街舞 House 随着House音乐，运用复杂而神奇的步伐表现的一种舞步，它可以加上拉丁舞的扭腰、武术的空翻、踢踏舞的基本步以及芭蕾的转圈，跳起来既可以十分优雅，也可以相当狂野

BREAKING动作名词介绍记号（*）将标示出动作的困难度。五个（*）是最高难度的，一个（*）则是最简单的。B-BOYBreaking Boy， Boogie Boy，只要是跳Breaking的都叫B-Boy。CREWB-Boy的团体。BATTLE个人或B-Boy团体间的挑战（俗称尬舞）。BURNED专门用来指称在尬舞时被打败的团体或个人。ROUTINES由几个舞者一起连结或执行舞蹈动作。PERFECTIONS指的是一个B-Boy最好的动作。

Breaking的历史 在1969年，那个年代还在流行跳Hustle的时候 James Brown成功的做出了他的招牌动作"Get on the Good Foot"如果你从来没有在现场演唱会或是在电视上看过James Brown做这个演出的话，那麼你应该知道它确实做到了。当他在表演他的拿手绝活儿的时候，他所做的绝对是你会预期他去表演的。在那个时候，the Good Foot成为当时最新的舞蹈风格，尬舞的传统也在那个时候建立起来，那时的舞者会聚集在第116街的Harlem World中的Harlem and Battle-dance wise中。那时的尬舞相当重视尬舞中的细节挑战和比赛的部分在Breaking的历史中被认为最重要的一件事就是Breaking是非常适合用来尬舞的。不只是只有Good Foot才适合用来做竞技，就连参加尬舞的年轻人都很像是运动员，Good Foot不久之后就被称做是B-Boy再过不久又被称为Breaking那个时候还没有头转、风车或是背转这些动作而现在就称那时Breaking为old-style Breaking。old-styleBreaking只有地板的动作或称之为地板摇滚换句话说那时的old-style Breaking比现在的Breaking要复杂，现在的Breaking或许有头转和背转，但是所谓的头转，指的就是用头下去转，背转就是用背下去转，但是地板摇滚的动作却包含了相当复杂的腿部动作，而且速度是很快的。在有很多尬舞的情形发生之前，这种情形并没有持续很久。在那个时候，old-style Breaking在很多青少年和帮派分子之间相当受欢迎，而Breaking也就是在街上开始的。通常在敌对的团体中最好的舞者是要表现出尬舞时的智慧，而非打架。他们都会在地盘外的地方尬舞。如果有人不小心闯进别人的地盘中，他们也会用尬舞的方法来证明自己这一边比另外一边的团体更行。有时候他们也会立下约定，输的一方将永远不得靠近赢的一方附近的区域有时候他们尬舞只是想赢的对手的尊敬罢了。不幸的是这些Breaking的尬舞并不是每一次都能阻止打斗的情形发生。事实上，尬舞反而常引发打架事件，让这些舞者的身体因此而受伤，而他们并不能因此而得到跳舞的智慧。没有人喜欢输，现在Breaking尬舞的情形还是有，但是范围更加广泛，他们不在打架，而是这些Breaking团体一起集合起来练习、表演，接下来正式的团体成立了，这些团体不单单是练习、表演而已，还开始有了自己独特的舞步。在这些团体中，其中有一些团体为他们的舞蹈奉献心力，这可能跟他们那时候没有别的嗜好做，只好整天练习，发展更多复杂的动作，改进他们的形式，和增加他们的速度。然后Afrika Bambaataa出现了， Afrika Bambaataa是一个传奇的著名的DJ，Breaking能够成功的成长，大部分都要归功於这个人，他是一个唱片制作人，还是the Soul Sonic Force的一员，the Soul Sonic Force的 "Looking For The Perfect Beat"还被选为1983年最佳Jazz and pop Critics" Poll的第四名， Afrika Bambaataa还是Bronx的Zulu Nation的领导人。1969年时，Afrika Bambaataa发现Breaking不只是舞蹈而已。他发现跳Breaking似乎是要去完成某一样东西，他看见了Breaking的潜力，并且鼓励舞者继续保持下去。辛勤运作之后，他相信只要他们坚持下去，一定会有好事发生。然后Bambaataa成立了第一个Breaking的团体，the Zulu Kings。the Zulu Kings赢了很多场的尬舞，参加了很多秀的演出，还在纽约的很多俱乐部里表演，在同时，他们也未为Zulu Nation赢得了多的支持者，Old-style Breaking 一值流行到了大约1977年的时候，直到Freak出现，他出了一张相当畅销的专辑由Shieks 制作，名叫 "Freak Out"。然后到了大约1979年、1980年初，一个新的Breaking团体诞生了，这个团体就是 Rock Steady Crew，虽然Rock Steady Crew有特别的天份，但是很多人还是认为他们是老式的流行。但是Bambataa鼓励他们，他告诉他们，只要他们持续下去，终究可以守得云开见月明，他帮助他们继续走下去，很快的，他们开始在纽约的一些摇滚俱乐部中作演出，像是Mudd Club，the Ritz…等等。当Rock Steady开始在Ritz为Malcom McLaren 和 Bow Wow Wow表演时，大家开始很认真的看待他们，Breaking又再度的流行了起来，但是新型态的Breaking和旧型态的Breaking是不一样的，Rock Steady 加进了很多特技般的动作，Breaking现在不单单只有Floor Rock，还有风车、手转、头转这些动作 了。 现在的Breaking 一种是注重在强调power moves和他们的合并上而另一种则是注重在强调 footwork和freeze上面。Rock Steady Crew是强调footwork来显示舞者的个人风格。即使power moves有一种很冲的感觉并且相当充满活力，但要将个人 风格融入这些动作是很困难的。而在spinning的时候，power moves实在无法和节拍一起融入。反而有点类似体操的动作，而不像在跳舞因为这些因素Rock Steady Crew便提出强调footwork型式的是倾向於九○年的breaking。 Breaking是hip hop dancing中最广受欢迎的型式，而正当new school dancing 如hip hop和house有限的传至美国和日本一些大城市的同时，它已经蔓延至全世界。
