2021未来商业生态链接大会暨第六届金陀螺奖颁奖典礼（简称“FBEC2021”）于2021年12月10日在深圳市大中华喜来登酒店盛大召开，本次大会由广东省游戏产业协会、广东省虚拟现实产业技术创新联盟、深圳市科学技术协会、深圳市互联网文化市场协会指导，陀螺科技主办，以“迎风破局?守正创新”为主题，聚焦游戏、电竞、XR、元宇宙等互联网前沿领域，探讨行业热门话题。岁末年关，聚锦鹏城，我们与无数互联网从业者同舟，共同探讨未来商业生态链接的创新和变革！FBEC2021“下个十年?2021全球游戏及数字文创峰会”邀请到阿里巴巴云游戏事业部/元境副总经理龙志勇带来主题为“云游戏时代的新体验、新场景和新营销”的精彩分享。以下为演讲实录：大家上午好。我来自阿里巴巴云游戏事业部/元境，近两年我们服务了许多游戏客户，服务过程中我们发现了游戏领域的几个现象。第一个现象是“品质为王”。无论国内还是国外，越来越多的游戏因品质好、体验佳，快速赢得用户口碑，登顶各大应用商店Top榜。以《原神》为例，不仅在国内受到玩家追捧，在国外也广受好评。《原神》在国外简称GI（GenshinImpact），因其具有超高品质而受到国外众多玩家和主播的喜爱。国外的游戏咨询公司Naavik也对这款游戏给出了极高的评价：visuallystunning(视觉效果惊艳)，experientiallysatisfying(内容体验深度足够)，technologydefying(技术上达到了巅峰),acrossallplatforms(跨平台)，andforfree(免费下载)。Naavik还认为，GI这款游戏标志着品质为王时代的开始，东西方都将走向跨平台提供高品质免费游戏的道路。第二个现象是“跨端发行”。从游戏工委上半年的数据来看，中国游戏用户规模增速只有1.38%，用户红利已经变缓，要开始深挖用户场景了。而且用户本来就有很多的终端，手机、电脑、主机、电视等等，有54.3%的玩家表示有跨平台玩某一款游戏的需求，其中又有49.6%的玩家想跟朋友一起玩（数源：伽马数据）。一个案例是，Switch版《amongus》发售半个月就卖出了320万份，1600万美元，很重要的因素就是它支持跨端联机，包括手机、pcsteam/pcepic、主机ps/ns都可以在一起联机。另外两个数据，2021年上半年国内游戏大盘增长7.89%（数源：游戏工委），而跨端、跨平台的收入增长超过15%（数源：伽马数据），增速是大盘的两倍。因此，游戏跨端移植和发行，增长趋势是很明显的。第三个现象是“内容和社区营销”。在游戏的营销方面，我们看到，除了传统的买量和联运之外，基于内容社区的营销作用越来越突出了。数据统计，42%的用户表示如果刷到感兴趣的游戏视频或直播，会希望马上体验这款游戏（数源：巨量引擎）。单纯的内容是不是就够了呢？不够。因为玩家对于游戏的诉求已经从单纯的好玩变成了寻找兴趣认同，这个认同需要跳出游戏去获得。因此，KOL粉丝互动、社群讨论、社交分享等结合社区关系的内容传播，在这两年也是看到了许多的成功案例。那么，在这样的行业趋势下，元境作为领先的云游戏研运一体化服务平台，能给行业带来哪些帮助呢？首先，我们会为响应精品化趋势的游戏开发者，从游戏的研发策划期、上线推广期和长线运营期来帮助解决高品质所带来的一系列问题。比如说，高品质往往是要适当超前于主流终端硬件配置，也就是游戏性能预算做得比较高，这时候，你所设计的顶级品质能覆盖到多少玩家的终端呢？高品质会不会带来手机发热和耗电等负向体验呢？云游戏就是解决这个问题的钥匙，与此同时，为了保证游戏的高品质在云游戏上面不打折扣，我们还提供了云化开发工具，让游戏开发者能打开云游戏的黑盒子，深入到串流、性能和操控的调优里面来。比如说，在宏大华丽的大景别画面里，或者，在快速激烈的boss战场景下，你用什么码率和帧率，你对shaderLOD做什么样的限制，能在既定的云端算力成本和网络条件下获得最优的品质。元境的云化开发工具提供了各种网络、算力、参数的调试环境，让开发者参与进来，针对自家游戏的特点调优，获得最佳的云游戏品质。在上线推广期，高品质游戏也会遇到新的问题，很多高分辨率的贴图，安装包特别大。这就导致买量的转化率降低，动不动就上G的安装包，用户的下载意愿，以及产生下载行为后的激活成功率，都会很低。元境针对这种情况，提供了云游戏微端买量的解决方案，不管原来的包体有多大，微端统一都在20M以下，半分钟之内就能完成下载、安装、打开进入游戏环节，用户不用等待，边玩边在后台下载完整的包，下完之后，从云游戏无缝切换到本地游戏。这对用户是完美的体验，对发行方则能够降低CPA成本，同时，由于CPA不同了，也会触达到一群新的用户，做好LTV和CPA的平衡就好了。到了长线运营期，高品质游戏的大包体仍然会导致一些问题。例如版本更新太大，有些用户不愿意等待了；例如流失用户的召回，也会有下载意愿度的问题。通过云游戏，可以打造更轻量级的老用户召回方案，提高召回的转化率。在高品质游戏这方面，我们服务了一些典型客户，一个是某大型二次元开放世界游戏，通过云游戏让手机用户体验到了顶级的端游品质，社区里有许多用户反馈说“玩了云游戏之后，跟原来相比，简直是两个不同的游戏”，或者是，“跟换了台新手机似的”。还有一个是《三国志?战略版》，使用我们的云游戏微端技术，实现了营销效率的大幅提高。在跨端发行方面，元境推出了跨端移植发行方案。我们上线一年半以来，支持了三大类游戏移植到七大终端平台的能力，目前已经有上千款游戏的跨端移植经验。跨端的价值，是在市场失去用户红利的时候，深挖用户的新场景。在我们服务的客户中，有这么几类成功的新场景：一是端游移植到手机，吃到最大的移动碎片化场景和用户时间，这里面难点在于端游操控到触摸屏操控的适配。二是Windows端游移植到Mac，吃到非硬核但比较高端的白领办公场景。三是端游、手游移植到电视机，吃到家庭客厅的娱乐场景。最后，也是新出现的机会，通过小程序的跨端移植，吃到社交互动营销的红利。跨端移植方面，我也想重点介绍两个典型案例。一个是网易的逆水寒，通过云游戏跨端到Mac，用极低的开发移植成本，满足了更多的玩家的武侠梦。另外是一个动感单车运动品牌，通过云游戏模拟了在世界各地各种赛道骑车的感受，然后又通过微信小程序来跨端社交联机，让好友远程的一起骑行和互动。这也是通过元境对跨端的赋能，拓展用户新场景的例子。在内容社区营销的新趋势方面，我们提出了场景化互动营销的方案。无论是内容还是社区，都有他特定的上下文，前面提过的42%的用户在看到感兴趣的内容时有意愿体验游戏，那如果这一次游戏体验，能跟上下文更密切的挂钩，跟上下文形成互动，一定会大大提高这次体验的差异化感受，也能提高用户继续玩下去的转化率。这里也列举出来适合云游戏互动营销的典型场景，观众可以在KOL直播的时候跳进去一起玩；社交分享给好友时，好友可以直接试玩你所分享的那一段精彩体验；有些社区的帖子和评论现在支持发布你自己玩的游戏视频，有了云游戏，你可以发布游戏挑战，让其他人来完成你设定的挑战等。我们服务的一个云试玩客户是B站，通过云游戏即点即玩的特性，帮助B站提供了更好的用户体验，也提高了平台运营效率。以上这三方面就是元境通过云游戏赋能行业更好的迎接三个新的趋势，品质为王创造新体验，跨端移植发行拓展新场景，还有跟内容社区场景强结合的新营销。我们是如何做到这三点的呢？去年9月云栖大会我们发布了云游戏PaaS平台，今年9月在BIGC大会上发布了新品牌——元境，定位为面向云游戏时代的研运一体化服务平台。所谓研运一体，就是在原有的PaaS服务之上，提供了面向开发者的工具，一方面把云游戏这个神秘的黑盒子打开，让开发者做出最佳体验和成本的云游戏，另一方面，也希望跟开发者共同探索出云游戏特有的功能和应用来。基于元境平台，在这一年多我们服务了上百家客户，覆盖终端数超过千万，游戏时长超过两千万。通过大规模的服务，磨炼出元境平台的稳定性，也证明我们有能力帮助行业在云游戏时代更进一步。能服务这么大规模的业务量，敢于揽这个瓷器活，我们当然也有一些金刚钻。这里只挑两个来介绍。首先，我们基于阿里巴巴的中心+边缘云计算，覆盖了2800多节点，可下沉到距离用户的最后10公里位置，通过智能调度，实现云边协同，始终能为玩家选到最佳节点来服务。其次，在串流体验方面，我们跟达摩院成立了5G网络实验室，针对网络情况，模拟出35种网络模型，基于模型进行调优，并且专门为云游戏定向优化了元境自己的WebRTC协议和自适应码率的算法。基于这样强大而智能的基础设施、完备的网络模型、定向优化的算法，我们才有信心，从底层开始支持好云游戏时代的各种创新。最后，我们欢迎游戏行业的朋友们跟元境一起探索，一起创新，我们会给出资金、技术和市场PR资源的支持。可以面向游戏的云化跨端移植开发、云游戏微端买量、场景化互动营销这三部分的创新项目。当然也可以扩展到更大的范围。说到云游戏可以赋能的范围，我儿时的偶像卡马克，Doom的主程，现在是Oculus的CTO，他前不久做了一次videotalk，说很希望在他们家的Horizon虚拟现实会议里做这次talk，但因为终端算力不足，会议超过16个人就要被迫降低avatar的画质，设置为lowfidelity。明年他要用Cloudrendering来做到这一点。这说明什么呢？云游戏的技术可以从游戏扩展到更大的领域，社交、办公、运动、商业等等。欢迎来找我们，跟元境一起探索云游戏的边界，让创造专注，让未来加速！谢谢大家！
