最近20多年,国家似乎比世界任何其他地方都更关注这个概念."翻两番","再翻两番"的描述被作为国家战略目标加以确定.中央把GDP作为考核地方政绩的指标,在此种"数字论英雄"的考核体制下,一些地方官员不惜大搞政绩工程,形象工程,并且想方设法把这种政绩工程重复折算成数字符号,以迎合上级考核的需要,取得升迁的资本. 法国诺贝尔经济学奖得主史提格里曾说:"当今世界GDP愈来愈成为衡量社会福祉与经济结构变革的唯一标准.但实际上对人类生活品质而言,GDP是一个糟糕的衡量标准." 很多历史事实也证明,以GDP为综合指标,只适用于经济总量增长为主要矛盾的经济增长前期,而不适用于已注意兼顾全面发展的后期,更不适用于实施科学发展观.我们应当反思的是,经济发展的目的,是为了追求GDP,还是为了追求幸福生活 著名经济学家吴敬琏教授在一次经济论坛年会上就给出过这样的答案,"是不是大国和GDP增长其实关系都不大,我想最重要的是怎么能够满足人民幸福和民族富强的要求." 对于中国来说,在现阶段,GDP仅仅只是发展速度的一种象征,其背后的弊端也不断暴露.不少专家提议用幸福指数来取代GDP.所谓幸福指数,即人们幸福感的度量值,它是反映民众主观生活质量的核心指标. 事实上,越来越多的发达国家已将GDP在国家发展评价体系中的权重逐渐下降.例如,法国目前已将"幸福指数"加入到衡量国家发展的体系中来,而且权重与国内生产总值相当.分析者认为,这才是成熟的国家心态,才是以人为本的政策追求. 不可否定,如今国际上还没有哪个国家找到可完全替代GDP的更好的经济指标.作为发展中国家的中国,整体发展任务也并不轻松.但有观察者指出,对于中国来说,经济实力的增强,无疑将被用来更好地解决国内社会和谐发展的问题,提高国民幸福感才是GDP最大的价值所在.因此,中央或应将"幸福指数"纳入考核范围,各级政府也应将其纳入统计内容,以督促和鞭策自己,用务实的精神增强国人幸福感. 美国《人格与社会心理学杂志》（Journal of Personality and Social Psychology）7月号发表“盖洛普世界民意调查（Gallup World Poll）”的资深科学家、美国伊利诺伊大学心理学名誉教授埃德·迪纳（Ed Diener）牵头撰写的全球幸福感报告。新加坡管理学院的卫廷（Weiting Ng）和盖洛普公司的詹姆斯·哈特（James Harter）、纳哈·阿罗拉（Raksha Arora）为联合作者。该报告指出，一个国家并不是人均GDP越高，其国民的幸福感就越高，比如美国的GDP比新西兰要高，但它的国民的幸福感却比新西兰要低。 盖洛普全球幸福感调查将幸福感切分为两部分，带有很强烈的咨询公司特色。从国家角度做的调查，对幸福感的切分很不一样。无论不丹的GNH指数，还是“美国现状”的300余项指标，还是法国经济绩效与社会进步评估委员会所提出的测量幸福的要素，有一个共同特点，它们首先覆盖收入、教育、医疗、环境、家庭等等宏观层面。

OTA最早是由VanderMerwe等（1965）从赭曲霉菌（Aspergillusochraccus）（据Marquardt和Frohlich，1992，报道该菌现在称为A．alutaceus）培养物中提纯得到的。魏润蕴等（1981）和孙惠兰等（1989）也分别从粮食和配合饲料中提出OTA纯品。分析表明OTA由7-羧-5-氯-8-羟-3，4-二氢-R-甲基异香豆素（简称Oa下同）和L-β-苯丙氨酸通过肽键连接而成（见图赭曲霉毒素A的化学结构），分子式：C20H18CINO6，分子量403。OTB是OTA的脱氯衍生物，OTC是OTA的乙基酯。OTA为无色晶体，溶于有机溶剂（氯仿和甲醇）和稀碳酸氢钠溶液，微溶于水。在紫外线照射下OTA和OTB分别呈绿色和蓝色荧光，最大吸收峰分别为333nm和318nm。 赭曲霉毒素A对动物和人类的毒性主要有肾脏毒、肝毒、致畸、致癌、致突变和免疫抑制作用。赭曲霉毒素A进入体内后在肝微粒体混合功能氧化酶的作用下，转化为4一羟基赭曲霉毒素A和8一羟甚赭曲霍毒素A，其中以4一羟基赭曲霉毒素A为主 。赭曲霉毒素的毒性强弱顺序是：OTA>OTC>OTB。这在很大程度上取决于分子中第八位羟基的电离常数大小。OTB和OTC在被污染饲料中的含量一般较低，对大多数动物的毒性较OTA小。因此，饲料检测时可以不考虑，主要分析OTA含量。近来Creppy等（1983）和Hadidane等（1992）用色氨酸、缬氨酸、赖氨酸等氨基酸取代OTA分子中的苯丙氨酸，获得了一系列OTA类似物，其中酪氨酸、缬氨酸、苏氨酸和丙氨酸取代类似物的毒性最强，蛋氨酸、色氨酸和谷氨酸取代类似物次之，谷酰胺和脯氨酸取代类似物的毒性最低。Hadidane等（1991）报道，自然界也存在OTA的苏氨酸、羟脯氨酸和赖氨酸取代类似物。Marquardt等（1992）调查表明，饲料中OTA含量在0.3～16mg/kg时可引起畜禽中毒，使死亡率上升2%～58%。Madsen等（1982）报道，连续饲喂含OTA200μg/kg的饲料4个月，对猪的影响不大，而当OTA含量大于1400μg/kg时，显著降低猪的采食量和生长速度，饮水量增加。Huff等（1974）报道，连续饲喂含0.5～1.0mg/kgOTA的饲料3周，对肉仔鸡的增重无影响，而含0.5mg/kgOTA的饲料连续饲喂6周，可降低蛋鸡的产蛋性能和饲料转化率。Dwivedi和Burns（1985）报道，OTA可引起畜禽免疫器官变化，使多种动物胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏和淋巴结中的白细胞数量降低，巨噬细胞和单核细胞的迁移能力下降。从Lee等（1989）的资料看，似乎还可以抑制细胞免疫（T细胞和B细胞）的活性。Appelgren和Arora（1983），Kovasf和Vanyl（1994）报道，OTA可以透过胎盘对胎儿具有致畸作用，但猪对其不太敏感。对OTA致癌作用的研究目前尚停留在试验动物阶段，未见有关畜禽方面的报道。Krogh（1991）报道，血液总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量，以及肾脏磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶（PEPCK）活性都可作为OTA中毒的敏感指标。对OTA的中毒机理研究得较多，Endou等（1984）报道，OTA可抑制肾脏近曲小管上皮细胞的阴离子运输系统，使尿中丙氨酸氨基肽酶（alanineaminopeptidase）和亮氨酸氨基肽酶（1euineaminopeptidase）浓度升高。Meisner等（1983，1986）先后证明，OTA可抑制肾脏PEPCK的活性，进而抑制肾脏葡萄糖生成，然而对OTA的抑制方式尚无定论。Creppy等（1983）报道，OTA还是苯丙氨酸-tRNA合成酶的竞争性抑制剂，该酶对OTA的亲和力大于苯丙氨酸，因而可抑制细胞内蛋白质的合成。 ①、赭曲霉毒素A阻断氨基酸tRNA合成酶的作用而影响蛋白质合成，使得IgA、IgG和IgM减少，抗体效价降低。②、损伤禽类法氏囊和畜禽肠道淋巴组织，降低抗体的产量，影响体液免疫，这和赭曲霉毒素的致癌作用有关。③、引起粒细胞吞噬能力降低，从而影响吞噬作用和细胞免疫。④、赭曲霉毒素A能通过胎盘影响胎儿组织器官的发育和成熟。
