　　随着季节的转换，许多制热的家电开始热销，比如电暖器、空调等。这类家电在将房间温度提升的同时，也使得房间内的空气更为干燥，室内室外的温差变大，人就会觉得不舒适，从而引发各种毛病。 　　为了防止诸多毛病的产生，许多细心的朋友都会想出各种各样的方法来提高空气的湿度。日常生活中有很多简单易行的室内保湿方法：打扫卫生时可以做“湿式扫除”，用湿拖布和湿抹布来拖地和擦家具等，或者将纯棉的湿毛巾搭在室内;也可以在家里养一些绿色植物，如吊兰、绿萝等，这些植物不仅能增加室内湿度，植物的光合作用，还能增加空气中氧的含量;或者养观赏鱼，这也是一种很好的增加空气湿度的方法。 　　不过作为最省时又费心的方法，还是直接购买一个加湿器来得好，加湿器不仅可以科学驱除干燥滋润空气，还可以过滤空气中的有害颗粒尘埃，在加湿的同时还净化空气、防止细菌和病毒传播，提高人体免疫力。这不，在我的办公室总就增添了一位新成员。 　　天冷了，在加衣保暖的同时，大家也感受到了空气中的干燥气氛。特别是在开着空调的办公室中，室内外温差很大，虽然暖和，但是却感受到闷热以及昏昏欲睡。就在大家都感受到不舒适的时候，我的办公室中，出现了“救星”成员。 　　这位“救星”成员就是亚都加湿器水公主，它一来，整个办公室似乎活跃了起来。不是因为这款加湿器长得多漂亮，而是它给整个办公室注入了水分，让大家不用再在沉闷干燥的环境下工作。 　　不过，随着新成员的到来，问题也随之而来了。或许是因为加湿器这一家电太过于渺小了，以至于大家平日里对于其的类型、使用注意事项、副作用等等情况都不甚了解。很显然，盲目使用是不对的，因此，我就特意搜罗来了许多关于冬季使用加湿器使用的内容整理成了攻略，并且在此分享给大家，相信对冬季使用加湿器的朋友们会有所帮助。 　　加湿器的作用就是在家中室内这个小环境内增加空气的相对湿度，使得人们的生活更为舒适。 　　俗话说的湿度是指相对湿度，每次大家从天气预报中得到的数字说相对湿度百分之多少到百分之多少就是一个空气湿度的衡量表示方法。这个数字越低，表明空气越干燥，低到一定程度，人就感觉不舒服了。通俗一点，可以把相对湿度理解为空气中所含水份的多少;夏天时，家用空调器工作过程中会向外排水，实际上，就是在进行抽湿工作，把空气中的“水份”减低，因为在夏天，空气太“潮湿”了，如果不启动制冷，仅仅启动“抽湿功能”就会使人感到凉爽，因为湿度降低时，人身上的汗液排出更为顺畅，当然会觉得凉爽，这也是为什么空调上都有“抽湿”这个功能。只可惜这是为夏天做准备的，冬季只能另想别的办法。 　　目前市面上常见的加湿器有以下三种工作方式： 　　亚都加湿器水公主就属于超声波加湿型 　　1、 热加湿型： 　　这种加湿器的工作原理简单，说白了，就是把水烧开，使水变为蒸汽散发到室内，从而达到加湿的目的。这类加湿器有个最大优点，就是肯定是无菌加湿，纯净度极高，确实是“纯净加湿器”。由于这种加湿方式的原理决定，产生的水蒸气也能够在室内上升到足够高度，使得受次种加湿器的“益”的范围更为扩大。另外，水蒸气实际上是人看不到的，我们以往能看到的白色“水蒸汽”不过是在空中扩散的水雾而已。 　　这类加湿器的主要缺点是耗电量大。 　　这类加湿器的另外一个优点是保养较为容易，也容易做到大加湿量。 　　2、 超声波加湿型： 　　超声波是指频率超出人耳可听范围的“声”波，仍然是一种机械波，以纵波方式在物体中传播。超声波加湿器的工作原理是使用一个换能器把电能转换为机械能，在水中以一种很快的震荡使水雾化，散布到空气中来，通过这种方式达到加湿的目的。这类加湿器的主要优点是较为省电，由于换能器和电路的高效率，这种加湿器的耗电量仅为三、四十瓦，一夜也用不了半度电，确实很节省，它的加湿工作也很直观，白色的水雾让人看起来很舒服。但是这种加湿器的加湿量不是太大，一般适合于小型卧室使用，由于工作原理的限制，水雾虽然很好看，但受益范围不大。 　　这类加湿器的主要缺点是保养频繁，一般每用四、五天就要进行一次保养工作，。 　　3、 风机加湿型： 　　这类加湿器的一个典型特点就是在加湿器内部使用一台低噪音风机，它的工作原理是使用一个类似毛巾(当然不会是毛巾)的高吸水性物品来先吸收水分，同时让风机不断强制循环空气来带走水分，散发到空气中。 　　这类加湿器一般设计精巧，可以保持水面的平衡，无让人不能忍受的噪音，加湿量较大，这种方式也使得加湿过程较为纯净，所以也有生厂家把它也叫做“纯净”型。 　　它的主要缺点是必须采用高品质风机，所以价格较高，而且也需要保养工作，只是不象超声波加湿器所需要进行的保养那样频繁。 　　总结：如果您不太在乎耗电，可以选择电热加湿器，用时较简单，加湿量也大;如果您比较勤快，当然可以选择超声波加湿器，保养次数多一些就行;如果您预算较高，选择风机加湿型也有优点。 　　二.加湿器使用要得当 　　湿度适宜 　　只有湿度适当才有利于健康，过犹不及。国家标准规定，环境湿度控制在45%-65%之间，人体的免疫功能是最强的，湿度过高会使人体呼吸系统和黏膜产生不适，而过低会出现鼻腔干燥、皮肤蜕皮等现象，所以在使用加湿器时，如果没有自动恒温功能，也可以自己买一个湿度计，到达适度的湿度后就停止加湿。一旦空气湿度低于20%，室内的可吸入颗粒物增多，则容易使人患上感冒。在空气湿度为55%时，病菌较难传播，但若空气湿度太高，如超过90%，会使人体呼吸系统和黏膜产生不适，免疫力下降，对老年人尤其不利，会诱发老年人患上流感、哮喘、支气管炎等病症。 　　摆放位置 　　加湿器应放置在距地面0.5米~1.5米高的稳定平面上，以保证加湿效果。有些电热加湿器释放的是热蒸气，有儿童的家庭还要特别注意，严禁触摸以免烫伤。另外加湿器最好摆放在与所有家电、家具1米距离左右的地方，以防受潮。因为加湿器属于电子产品，工作中可能会有一些电子辐射，因此最好不要离人体太近，建议离人体2米左右就可以。如果将加湿器放远，晚上仍觉得空气干燥的话，可以在睡前提前一两个小时打开加湿器。 　　用水干净 　　加湿器使用过程中要始终保持水箱中的水干净，要保证水干净有多种途径，可以通过技术处理过滤水中的钙镁离子或使用食品级材料环保水箱，还可以通过多种杀菌技术对水箱中的水进行净化。 　　空气干净 　　人体最适宜的空气湿度也是细菌适宜滋生的湿度。所以，在使用加湿器时，要注意适时开窗通风，同时也要保持室内清洁卫生，尤其要减少可吸入粉尘的量，还要定期清洁加湿器，以免其内部滋生致病微生物。 　　注意清洁 　　加湿器应该每天都换水，使用一周左右就要清洗一次，否则时间过长的水变成湿气散发到空气中，会造成二次污染，危害身体健康。清洗时不可将机器放入水中，清洗水温不得超过50℃。清洗换能片用软毛刷刷;水槽用软布擦，两周一次;传感器用软布擦;水箱清洗可装水后晃动两三次倒掉即可。 　　加湿器应每周清洗一次 　　据专家介绍，加湿器应该每天换水，而且最好一周清洗一次，以防止水中的微生物散布到空气中。清洗时用软毛刷轻轻刷洗，水槽和传感器用软布擦拭，水箱装水后晃动几次倒掉即可。长时间不用应把水箱中的水倒干后，清洗擦干加湿器的各部分再收藏。选择购买什么样的加湿器应根据自己家的需求，如是否有老人、孩子等甄别选择。 　　三.加湿器的另类用法 　　1.在加湿器水箱中按照1：20的比例加入板蓝根冲剂、鱼腥草注射液或抗病毒口服液，可有效预防流行性感冒。 　　2.在加湿器里加几滴醋，能起到杀菌的作用。 　　3.加湿器里加几滴花露水，可缓解儿童鼻塞。 　　4.加湿器里滴入薰衣草精油，可提高睡眠质量。 　　5.居室加湿可以让木质家具不变形，刚刷墙面不开裂。 　　6.在水箱中加入3、4滴柠檬精油，能对女性皮肤起到调节作用，并能美白。 　　7、水箱里加入淡盐水，可舒缓喉痛及慢性咽炎。 　　8.切洋葱时开加湿器可避免流眼泪。 　　9.电脑旁边放加湿器，可以消除静电。 　　10.加湿过程中，在水箱中放养几条金鱼，可美化居室。
