VTEC这项设计源于赛道上的本田一级方程式赛车，经过不断进化后形成，1993年后该技术应用于本田汽车上，如目前广州本田雅阁的2.3L发动机，就装有该系统。至今厂方认为发展成熟，并将其配套在摩托车发动机上，而且以市场占有率最高的本田CB400SF作为试金石。　　目前采用4气门设计的发动机，在低转速时依然保持所有气门运转，确实有点浪费，Hyper Vtec的设计重点就在于调控气门的运作。以四气缸16气门发动机为例，即每缸设有2个进气门及2个排气门，当发动机在指定的低转速时，就只打开其中的一半，即4进气和4排气，其余的一半在到达某个设定的高转速时才开始运转。其最大优点是减少发动机本身的磨损，提高空气利用率和燃烧率，为环保作出贡献。同时由于运动量的下降，使发动机温度也相应下降，更有利于长时间巡航，日常维护费用也可省略不少。　　新一代的CB400的车架与上代相比已是脱胎换骨，各部分都进行了强化设计。脚踏部分也后移了，档位连杆也相应延长了。燃油容量为18L，适于长途巡航。原机械式油箱开关也省却了，改为自动式，避免了车主因开关油路而导致溢油及中途熄火。采用了全新的电子感应里程表，取代了原有的机械式版本，液晶跳字里程表带有现代化的感觉，指示灯、燃油表一应俱全。　　前制动系统为一对直径296mm浮动式钻孔碟，放弃了原Brembo四活塞油压对向卡钳，改用设计相同但出自日本制造的Nissin产品。后碟同样经过一定程度的强化，沿用原直径的钻孔碟，但原来的双活塞油压卡钳改用下置式设计。后摇臂放弃原拉力管连杆，采用全新的主形断面铝合金材料，除了强调低重心设计外，更减轻了自身的质量，特别在刹车时所产生的震动力也相应下降，较上置式卡钳来的柔顺自然。　　巨大的铝合金消声器是强化的项目，采用赛车化的不锈钢吊环将其拴紧在右后脚踏之下，看起来充满了跑车化的味道。新款CB400的线条变得“狠辣”、冷傲，座位高度明显比以前低矮，只有760mm高，以往为775mm，原倒置三角形状的侧面边盖被换成了较为可爱的圆滑的鸭型，与后移的脚踏板配合的很好。　　全新的VTEC发动机发动起来，排气声一如既往，顺畅宁静，以2500r/min起步有少许乏力感觉，改为3000r/min较为理想。原因是采用了120/60ZR17前胎和宽大的160/60ZR17后胎（原前胎为110/70-17，后胎为140/70-17）。以4500r/min进入二档未见突出，需以较高转速去维持稳定的转向，否则转弯时有些局促感，可能是因为加宽了的轮胎所致。以400mL的大型车体，加上VTEC的设定转速，6750r/min以下发动机只安排一半的气门工作。这说明VTEC的设计重点在于中段及高转速的狂野表现，给人一种全新的驾驶感觉，骑姿颇为运动化，后置式的脚踏相当实用。因此这种设计比较适于习惯驾驶二冲程跑车的年轻骑士。若能保持7500-8000r/min转速行驶，以二冲程跑车*纵方法来驾驶此车，则最能发挥它的内在潜力。　　目前采用4气门设计的发动机，在低转速时依然保持所有气门运转，确实有点浪费，Hyper VTEC 三代　　谈到街车，人们自会想起XJ400、CB400、GSX400和ZRX400这些老成稳重的前辈来，可现在的时尚是享受极速的刺激，不能感受赛场的激情四射，也可以在闲暇寻一无人处尽情飚车，所以新一代的街车开始加“速”前进。印象最深的就是本田将汽车上改良后的CIVIC VTEC“小熨斗”装在第一代CB400SF身上，顿使CB400成为NK一族。　　本田的CB400SF相信大家对她都不会感到陌生，靠着长达12年的光辉历史，CB 400 SF已拥有大量的拥护者，本田在二代VTEC的设定上，更注重人性化和顺畅稳定的驾驶感觉，却缺少一份加速感，这也是现在的CB迷正感遗憾的，而现在我要介绍的第三代CB400SF满足了人们的这一需要。　　HYPER VTEC III系统的变化　　在街车上运用高转的加速反应，太激烈会让人觉得无法控制，渐进的加速反应给人一段适应时间，更容易达到人车合一的境界。本田基于第一、二代的经验，对第三代VTEC电脑调校作出了更好的改良：首先，1档到5档开动的转速被控制在6300rpm，这是明智的选择，因为以CB 400 SF引擎做到敏捷而快速的起步动作可谓是易如反掌，这就保留了顺畅舒适感觉。而在5档进入6档时，二代是设定为6300rpm，虽然对于尾段的安全过渡做得很完美，但却丢了加速感，VTEC三代在6档时的开动转数改为6750rpm，这就意味着当你在5档转入6档时，只要把5波转数由6000转推至到约7000转的区域才推入6档，速度瞬时提升，跳跃感传遍全身。　　表里合一　　为了使CB400SF HYPER VTEC III的造型跟前两代有明显分别，本田在其外型上也做了一些调整。车头加强了反光折射，提高亮度，而灯架由电镀改为黑色指挥灯缩小反而显得潇洒。油箱配上了大型本田翼的图案，座位拉长了13mm，薄了5mm，显得更有跑车风范，最棒的就是车尾换成了红色LED迫力灯和改为尖斜向上的造型，这个改动使平凡造型的SF开始有点不平凡了。　　前悬挂仍是41mm套筒前叉，后轮双筒式油压弹簧也没有改动，前制动碟还是296mm直径双锁孔碟，后碟是240mm直径锁孔碟配对向双活塞卡钳，卡钳位置由二代的下方改为上方。此外，尾齿细了一齿，在极速上多了一点数字。　　08年CB400 VTEC 三代(电喷)　　子燃油喷注系统的应用，就意味着沿用多年的化油器已宣布光荣退役。基于环保要求，Fuel Injection越见普及化，如此配备甚至可以在某些125c.c.级别的车子上找到，身为Honda摩托车厂的旗下主打CB 400 Super Four，当然也不甘后人，破格配以如此装置，好令车子更上一层楼。　　高度适应性　　高度适应性是400c.c.级别车子的特性，就是User Friendly的意思，而本田算是对400c.c.车子投放相当资源的摩托车厂，某些摩托车厂已对此级别几近放弃，尤其欧美大陆方面，主要成因是她跟一部600c.c.级别的车子的生产成本低不了多少。　　但Honda始终对她不离不弃，反之加紧步伐，追贴潮流照顾400c.c.级别的Fans，尤其以东方人角度，身高与体重绝不可以与欧美人种比下去，体能就更不在话下，在欧美大陆是以600c.c.起表，而东方**中，说以400c.c.作为起步点，亦未为过。　　相信厂方就看准这点作发展方向，令CB 400 Super Four可以历久常新，亦是一部彻头彻尾，完全无年龄与性别限制的高适应性街车。　　Hyper VTEC Revo　　此为之进化版VTEC，在1至5波转速以6，300rpm以下时，每汽缸4活门仅以标准工作状态，在6波以6，750rpm以下亦然，但在标准设定以上转速运转时，车子则进入跑车化状态，动如脱兔。VTec就是2活门与4活门的切换方式，设计目的主要是省油与减低引擎的损耗，同时达至静音效果。　　由于平常只有一半的活门运动，其余的作用状态，当达至设定转速时，全部16活门才同时运动，以10，500rpm发放全数53ps马力，此为400c.c.级摩托车在日本官方的限制峰值　　加码与减磅　　除了成熟的VTEC与全新Fuel Injection外，外貌平实的高拉力摇篮式车架已备有多点补强，令车子行驶更稳定，操控性能再度升级，采用同厂CBR600RR轻量薄型的发电机，比先前SuperFour所使用的轻2kg，最终车子的装备重量为194kg。　　电子choke**　　IACV（Intake Air Control Value）此装置专门招呼寒冷天气、高地或**严酷环境通过它去调节吸入空气量，令冻车起动更便捷，而且不经人手，此乃电子阻风门！　　试车感受　　完全洗炼的外型，以全新姿态出现，755mm的座鞍高度适合大部份的用家，全新的引擎正好告诉大家，她是08 PGM FI Hyper VTEC。高拉力钢管摇篮式车架配合41mm套筒前叉实而不华，传统Showa5段预调双筒式油压弹簧尾避震完全保留原汁原味的街车神韵，设有自我检查的电子咪表乃PGM-FI的特色。不锈钢4出2出1死气喉美观耐用，消声器内设有3次元催化器，将废气中有害物质与粒子尽量净化，完全符合欧盟4期要求。　　骑上车子，发觉厂方在seat位方面也花了不少心思，座垫软硬适中，司机座位末端部位有些微隆起设计，提供跑格骑乘之余，亦有利后座乘客免向前滑。在暖车后1波以3，000rpm起步，反应有力的全新感受，及后转波过程一如以往，6前速波箱表现自然流畅，尤其3至6波基于全车子处于磨合阶段，全程只作牛刀小试，偶尔一尝活门全开威力，跑车化的爆发力不容轻视。　　1,410mm轴距带来灵活的转向，强化的铝合金尾担亦居功不少。敏捷的油门反应完全有赖高精度32bitECU微型计算机，指挥属下的4汽缸独立式点火时间，就算极细微的油门动作也逃不过她的法眼，PGM-FI莫过于此，妙！　　安稳的恒速巡航性能就有赖其整体设计与轮胎的配置所赐，原厂以Bridge stone（石桥）120/60ZR17与160/60ZR17，这个不足为奇，因为先前同厂Hornet250已配180/55ZR17尾胎。　　一对296mm钻孔浮动式刹车头碟，配合Nissin4活塞对向卡钳，与尾上置式单活塞卡钳配240mm钻孔尾刹车碟互相呼应，她们全程交足功课，绝无欺场，在城市运动，单骑一般以5，000-6，000rpm已能应付，在安全情况下，偶然发放Hyper 复审工作人员根据《招聘简章》要求和考生报考时提供的材料及《报名信息表》内容，对考生是否符合报考岗位所需资格条件进行复审。复审合格者，参加面试，复审不合格者，取消面试资格，并按报考该岗位考生成绩从高分到低分依次递补。通过资格复审人数与招聘岗位计划数达不到3∶1的，减少招聘岗位计划数，减少招聘岗位计划数后仍达不到3∶1的，是否取消招聘岗位计划由县招聘办报县招聘领导小组研究确定。无考生通过资格复审的，取消该岗位招聘计划。 八、体检 各招聘岗位参加体检的考生按照拟聘用人数1∶1的比例，根据总成绩从高分到低分确定。若同一岗位末位考生总成绩出现并列的，则A类岗位以面试成绩、B类岗位以《专业测试》成绩高者确定为体检对象。体检不合格或自动放弃体检资格的，不列为考察政审对象，则按该岗位考生总成绩从高分到低分依次递补。 体检必须在县招聘办指定的综合性医院、在规定时间内进行并出具体检结论。其他体检结论、鉴定一律不予认可。体检标准参照《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》(国人部发〔2005〕1号)、《公务员录用体检操作手册（试行）》和《关于修订〈公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）〉及〈公务员录用体检操作手册执行〉（试行）的通知》（人社部发〔2010〕19号）的有关规定执行。 体检结束后，考生对体检结果有疑义的，在国家体检标准规定允许复检的项目内，考生应在体检结果公示的3日内提出。复检只能进行一次，体检结果以复检结论为准。 各级医疗卫生机构在体检中不得擅自提供乙肝项目检测。因职业特殊需要在体检时作乙肝项目检测的，由县招聘办研究确定。 体检费用由考生自理，体检时间由修文县人民检察院另行通知。 九、考察政审 由修文县人民检察院负责拟聘用人员的考察政审工作。考察政审要组成考察政审工作组，工作组由两人以上组成。考察政审工作组应广泛听取意见，做到全面、客观、公正，并据实写出考察政审材料、提出聘用建议意见。 体检合格的考生即为考察政审对象。在职考生考察政审内容主要为遵纪守法及工作表现；其它考生主要以现实表现和学籍档案为主要内容。考察政审时还须进一步核实考生是否符合规定的报考资格条件，确认其报名时提交的信息和材料是否真实、准确。 在考察政审中发现下列情况之一的考生，考察政审为“不合格”。由修文县人民检察院报县招聘办审定后，取消考生进入下一环节资格，并由县招聘领导小组会同修文县人民检察院研究确定是否按该岗位考生总成绩从高分到低分依次递补。 1.不能坚持党的基本路线，在重大政治问题上不能与党中央保持一致的人员。 2.事业单位新招聘在试用期内的人员。2010年1月1日以来招录的公务员、参照公务员法管理机关（单位）的工作人员。 3.定向到具体行业或单位的应届毕业生及定向到贵阳市以外其他市（州、地）、县（市、区、特区）的应届毕业生。 4.在读的高校学生。 5.曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚或受过劳动教养的人员。 6.被开除公职或被辞退未满5年的人员。 7.曾因贪污、行贿受贿、泄露国家机密等原因受到过党纪、政纪处分或近三年在机关、事业单位年度考核中曾被确定为不称职、不合格的人员。 8．不符合招聘岗位所需资格条件的人员。 9．在各级公务员招考和事业单位招聘中被认定有舞弊等严重违反考试聘用纪律行为的人员。 10．有法律、法规规定不得聘用为事业单位工作人员的人员。 11．发现有其它较严重疾病的。 12．经县招聘办研究确定不能聘用的其它情况。 十、公示及办理聘用手续 （一）公示 经《综合知识与能力测试》、《专业测试》、面试、体检、考察政审合格的考生，确定为拟聘用人员，并在修文县人力资源和社会保障网（ http://gzxiuwen.lss.gov.cn ）上进行为期7天的公示，接受社会监督。公示内容包括招聘单位、招聘岗位、拟聘用人员姓名、性别、出生年月、学历、准考证号、毕业院校（或工作单位）、考试成绩和考察政审结果等。 公示期间查实有严重问题影响聘用的，取消聘用资格。一时难以查实的，暂缓聘用，待查实并做出结论后再决定是否聘用。 拟聘用人员名单公示期满原则上不再进行递补工作。 （二）办理聘用手续 按照省、市关于事业单位新增人员公开招聘暂行办法的规定，对公示期间无异议的，填写《贵阳市事业单位公开招聘人员审批表》（一式三份），由修文县人力资源和社会保障局审批并报贵阳市人力资源和社会保障局备案。修文县人民检察院根据有关文件，按照管理权限与被聘用人员签订聘用合同，并到修文县人力资源和社会保障局进行合同鉴证。 考生接到聘用通知后，须在接到通知的当日起，30日内与聘用单位签定试用期合同。被聘用人员实行试用期制度和最低服务五年制度（含试用期），试用期1年。试用期满合格的，予以正式聘用；试用期满不合格的，解除聘用，并报原鉴证机关备案。 十一、工作要求及注意事项 （一）纪律监督
