贾诩是三国时期著名谋臣，也是魏国开国功臣。贾诩早年跟随董卓，董卓死后贾诩用计让李傕、郭汜重返长安，但最后计划失败贾诩又转投张绣。他曾帮助张绣两次击败曹操，不过曹操依然发展壮大起来，直到官渡之战前夕贾诩才归顺曹操。历史上对于贾诩的评价也比较两极化，贾诩虽然有大才，但长安之乱也是他一手造成。可能还有不少朋友对贾诩这个人物了解的不够多，这次就为大家做个介绍，下面就一起来看看吧。 01 《三国》里面，总有一个问题值得探讨，那么多谋士中间，究竟谁是最聪明的人? 有人说周瑜不如诸葛亮、诸葛亮不如司马懿，有人说都不如奇才郭嘉。其实，作为谋士而言，长期隐于幕后，不显山不露水却识时务、知进退、善其身的贾诩，才是《三国》里最聪明的人。 他的聪明之处，就在于永远不说废话。 贾诩，字文和，凉州武威人。最初，贾诩被汉阳郡阎忠赏识，被举孝廉为郎。不久，贾诩患病返乡，途中遇到一伙氐族马贼。 混乱年头，没钱没货，落在马贼手里基本别想活。 很不巧，贾诩身上没带多少盘缠。 没钱，那就去死吧! 马刀架在脖子上，贾诩却丝毫不慌，简单说了一句：你们杀我会后悔的! 氐人很好奇，贾诩又简单说了一句：我外公是大将军段熲! 氐人一听，不禁倒吸一口凉气。当年羌乱炽盛，段熲却以400人的损失扫清羌乱，斩首4万级。 当然，这是贾诩瞎编的，他很清楚，搬出段熲就能镇住这伙马贼。 镇住肯定还不够，要想脱身还得和氐人商量，贾诩的话还是简洁明了：我家贼有钱，别杀我，我愿出双倍的赎金! 氐人一听，感觉很划算，再说也不敢杀，就和他定下“盟誓”，贾诩保证一定回来送赎金，氐人随即放了他。 很傻很天真。 赎金是不可能给的，这辈子都不可能给的。 贾诩回到州里，立即上报官府，官府按照贾诩提供的线索，一路追寻将这伙马贼全部消灭。 从刀下亡魂到逃出生天并完成反杀，贾诩只用了三句话，他从来不是一个喜欢说废话的人。 02 董卓入洛阳，贾诩被提拔为平津都尉，随后王允献连环计诛杀董卓，心腹将领李榷、郭汜、张济、樊稠逃往陕西，是走是留，走往哪里走，众人争得面红耳赤，却争不出个所以然来。 这时，贾诩发话了，还是熟悉的风格，只有四个字：杀回长安，他从来不喜欢浪费口水。 如果建议对你们有触动，我就接着说，如果完全不感兴趣，我说多了也没用，反而显得我很Low。 见众人并未拒绝，贾诩这才把想法铺展开来：各位大佬若弃军跑路，朝廷随便派些人就能把你们揪出来，不如 *** 本部人马杀回长安，事成则重掌朝廷，不成再跑也不迟。 于是，这才有了后面李傕郭汜再乱朝纲之事。 后来，随着局势发展，西凉军在长安待不下去了，这时贾诩提前一步溜号，跑到宛城(今河南南阳)投靠了张绣。 建安三年(198年)，曹操南征张绣，大败张绣、刘表联军，胜利回师。张绣性格很莽，亲自率兵追击想讨回场子。贾诩劝阻，一共六个字：不可追，追必败。 张绣不听，果然中了曹军埋伏，被亲自殿后的曹操击败。 灰头土脸的张绣返回宛城，贾诩又来献计，一共八个字：促更追之，更战必胜。 这回张绣听从贾诩建议，收集散兵，再去追击，将曹操后军击溃。 同是天涯沦落人，原来你才是大神。大神以后说话能多说点吗? 贾诩摆了摆手，多说无益。 一年后，袁绍派使者招降张绣，贾诩却当面让张绣拒绝了袁绍。 张绣表示不解，不投靠袁绍，我应该归顺谁? 贾诩给出六个字的建议：不如归顺曹操。 张绣很意外：老铁啊!袁强曹弱，你又不是不知道咱和曹某人有仇，他儿子侄子都死在宛城，我这不是去送死吗? 贾诩一拍桌子：就是因为有仇，才去投奔曹操。 你这脑回路有点奇特啊，给解释解释呗。 贾诩的解释依旧简洁清晰： 其一，曹操挟天子以令诸侯，归顺曹操就是归顺朝廷; 其二，袁绍势大，投奔不受重视，曹操力微，必善待于我; 其三，有志称霸天下者，无不抛去私怨，以彰其德。 张绣这才选择归顺曹操，曹操也果不其然对张绣重视有加。当然，收下贾诩，才是曹操最开心的事。 见面时，曹操不禁拉着贾诩的手说：使我的威信散布于天下的人贾诩简介，就是你呀! 贾诩微微一笑：哪里哪里…… 03 归顺曹操后，官渡之战随即爆发。 《三国演义》中，郭嘉为曹操定下“十胜十负”的判断极有水平。 其实，贾诩也曾过类似说法，只不过比较简洁：您英明胜绍，勇胜绍，用人胜绍，决机胜绍，只需等待一个战机贾诩简介，瞬间就能干翻袁绍。 曹操顺利统一北方，贾诩则随荀彧留守许昌，基本不随曹操出征，他更像是个救火队员，平日里不显山不露水，一旦遭遇紧急情况，才会压轴出场。 时常跟在领导身边，计策难免不出失误，说话难免会有纰漏，还不如让我在家多休息休息呢! 这对性格隐忍、不爱说话又乐于居于幕后的贾诩来说，简直不要太适合。 当然，贾诩不可能不做事。西凉马超联合韩遂率军来犯时，曹操被打得割须弃袍，贾诩悄悄献上一计：离间他们。 曹操故意给韩遂修书一封，贾诩则提议在书信上涂抹几笔，让马超的猜忌心无限放大，相当轻松地瓦解了西凉军的战斗力。 建安二十二年(217年)，曹丕在与曹植的储位争夺中渐渐落于不利局面，他主动找贾诩问计。 贾诩有心支持曹丕，却不想给人留下把柄，他回答得极为简单高明：老实做人，踏实做事，别的不用关心。 曹丕直接懵逼了，这话跟没说一样，他再问道：先生，能不能给点干货呢? 贾诩笑而不答。 随后，曹操对立谁为嗣一样拿不定主意，他找来贾诩聊天。 聊天内容应该是这样的。 曹操说：文和啊，丕儿植儿皆我爱子，究竟立谁为嗣我真拿不定主意呀! 贾诩回道：这是大王的家事。 曹操一听，觉得贾诩不负责任，就直接发问：我想立曹植为嗣，你看如何? 贾诩回答：这是大王的家事。 曹操只好再问：那我想听听你的看法啊! 贾诩故作思索，过了好一会儿，还是不回答。 曹操有些焦虑：你咋不说话呢? 贾诩这才缓缓说出那句最能体现其聪明才智的话。 当然，还是很简洁。 贾诩说：您问我时，我正在想死去的袁绍和刘表。 曹操一听，不由得大笑道：罢了罢了，我明白了! 原来，袁绍和刘表都曾废长立幼，导致内部纷争四起，大大降低了凝聚力。 废长立幼，取祸之道也!贾诩的话外之音点醒了曹操，给曹丕加了好几分，又由于曹植在此后的表现实在不给力，曹丕终于成功被立为政权继承人。 04 皇初元年(220年)，曹丕正式建立曹魏政权，为报贾诩之恩，晋封贾诩为太尉，进爵魏寿乡侯，增食邑三百，前后共八百户，又分食邑二百，封其幼子贾访为列侯，任命其长子贾穆为驸马都尉。 这一年，魏国智囊团中，郭嘉病逝多年，荀彧已被曹操赐死，荀攸郁愤而终，徐庶仍然一言不发，程昱、满宠水平有限，老狐狸司马懿还在努力装孙子，真正成为魏国第一谋臣的，却是非曹操嫡系旧臣的外人贾诩。 登上“三公”之位后，贾诩却活得像个隐士，整日闭门不出，不与别人私下交往，就连子女婚嫁都不攀结权贵。 有人就朝政向其询问意见，贾诩总是简单一句：交众人共议。 政事要众人商议去办，我还跟你废什么话! 这正是贾诩的聪明之处。 皇初四年(224年)，曹丕远征东吴，临行前向贾诩问计：我想统一天下，吴、蜀应先对付哪一个? 贾诩回答：最好先治理好国家。 曹丕不听，果然无功而返。同年六月，贾诩病逝，终年七十七岁。 郭嘉活了多久?三十七岁;诸葛亮活了多久?五十四岁;司马懿活了较久，也只有七十二岁，中间却还有长达十几年的隐退期。 正史《三国志》对其为人处事有极为中肯的抨价： 诩自以非太祖旧臣而策谋深长，惧见猜嫌，阖门自守，退无私交，男女嫁娶，不结高门，天下之论智计者归之。 说贾诩是三国最聪明的谋士(不谈政治家)，应该没有异议。 三国中，最忠心耿耿的肯定是诸葛亮;最狼子野心的肯定是司马懿;最善用计的肯定是郭嘉，而贾诩却是最无私心、最讲职业道德的谋士。 跟李傕时，几句话帮领导化险为夷;跟张绣时，打得曹操大败而归;归曹操后，尽心尽力，尽职尽责，说他“通达权变，算无遗策”诚非虚言。 他的成功，除了识时务、知进退、善其身之外，最关键的就是他永远不多说话、不说废话。 所谓言多必有失。真正聪明的人懂得，说话不说满，不懂不要说、不乱说，想好再说，要说就说到点子上，给彼此留下思考和交流的空间，这既是一种为人处事的智慧，又是对听者表示尊重，让彼此身心愉悦。
