本文以在企业微信上玩流量爆粉操作 结果被限制的现象为例，解读了企业微信的“朋友圈”管理机制、以及企业微信将如何管理垃圾流量。最近企业微信太火了，官方群控出炉，让众多的流量玩家纷纷试水。今日解读的是企业微信到底能不能像微信一样爆粉，爆流量，拉人头。其实在《企业微信3.0发布会，都讲了些什么？》一文中，邹叔也指出了，过去裂变，爆粉方式会过时，各种链接、群发也会被限制。这不…已经有玩流量爆粉的朋友被限制了，主动加人时出现“操作异常、暂无法使用”。与客服沟通，对方只会告诉你有异常，24小时候恢复，但不告诉你原因。这个朋友在群里问的时候，表示很心塞，想避免都不知道从何开始。其实，并非如此，我给他的答复是：其实，没那么复杂，凡是不符合企业微信服务客户习惯的行为，都容易被标记为为异常。经过和企业微信相关人士沟通，对方的答复也是：企业微信可能不会成为垃圾流量的聚集地。但是企业微信如何避免成为垃圾流量聚集地呢？一、朋友圈权限不是想开就开很多人的朋友圈权限都卡在成员数量和可数量上，成员数量大于50，客户数量大于200，从这里就可以看出来。企业微信为了企业更好的服务客户而诞生，各种流量玩法并不一定有用，或者你一用，立刻管控你。二、开了朋友圈，也不是想发就发同一客户每天只能展示一条朋友圈，但是可以分组去展示不同的朋友圈。朋友圈内容直接展示在对方的朋友圈里面，每次最多两百人。企业微信发朋友圈，每个月4条。三、群发消息也做了限制企业微信的消息群发分为个人群发和企业群发 。企业群发由管理员操作群发的，一天只能对同一个客户下发一次群发消息。而个人用企业微信给客户群发消息，每次最多选择200人，每天同一个客户也只能被群发一次。四、企业微信到底如何沉淀用户？邹叔也和企业微信相关人士沟通了这个的问题。他这样解释：在客户沉淀方面，如果你邹叔用企业微信加了100个客户。在你离职的时候，这个100个客户可以由你的领导或者企业管理员，经你同意之后，将这100个客户给公司其他同事，而你的企业微信中的这100个客户消失，如果你不同意转移，可能无法加入其他公司。这里可能涉及一些自己拓客的销售不愿意的情况，需要一段时间培养习惯。也会出现员工用企业微信和个人微信都加一次客户，但只要客户同意就行。而已经合作的客户，就可以要求客服使用企业微信去服务，这样就能逐步就企业客户沉淀在企业微信上。五、企业微信未来如何来避免信息骚扰呢？令邹叔惊讶的是，相关人士透露，企业微信未来可能会借鉴移动联通等运营商，管理短信通道的经验来管理企业微信的信息。我们先来了解一下三大运营商是如何管理短信通道的。运营商至今为止也就放出了10690XXX-10692XXX这样的3000条通道。每一条通道都要去申请，目前企业微信部分权限也是这样的申请机制。目前我们经常收到的短信一般是3类：验证码短信会员通知短信营销短信其中验证码短信，是用户主动获取的，基本不会引起用户投诉；会员通知短信，一般因为是某个品牌的会员，推送的一般是活动或者优惠信息，基本也不会引起用户投诉；但营销短信，基本未经同意的是盲发，容易对用户造成骚扰，引起反感，甚至投诉，这也就是大家经常收到的“垃圾短信”。经过多年的发展，运营商们积累了一套完成的考核机制，简单描述如下。1.短信通道受到严格的投诉管控，每个月给每一条短信通道的投诉了是百万分之0.2左右，这意味着，一天新通道发送一千万条短信，最多只能被投诉2次，通道就要被面临关停，类似个人手机被限制一样。2.短信通道的内容也会收到严格的管控，一般是下发时候的关键字管控和部分的人工管控。3.如果是验证码类的短信，可能出现有人点错号码，被错误的人收到，导致的投诉，可以申诉撤销投诉。由此，企业微信在管控的上策略方向大致可能是：1.企业微信的主要被添加方式是引导客户主动加你，而不是你去大量的加好友，这不符合企业服务客户的逻辑，但是会有一个窗口期，让企业将存量客户导入。2.对企业微信与好友的互动实行质量管理，一旦添加了企业微信好友，默认是比较友好的状态，默认愿意接受企业的朋友圈和群发消息，那么可能在后台设置一个的投诉率，比如1%（这是假定的）。这就意味着，如果你一个月群发1000个好友每人4条消息，那么可以忍受不超过4个客户的投诉，毕竟一个企业正常的服务推送，用户是不会投诉的，除非是你引流来的非精准客户，导致你对别人进行了骚扰。3.企业微信希望企业推送的是有助于提高客户满意度的内容，而不是各种卖货，甚至违法违规内容，在群发内容审核方面，微信自己的AI技术，就已经能较好的去管控群发内容了。六、为什么也会这样管理？大家可以想象，未来你生活方方面面的商业往来方——物业服务，汽车保养，社保信息，理发美容，便利店，水果店等等，成百上千个商家都可能通过企业微信和你互动，为你服务。对于企业来说，下发的信息往往是越多越好的，但如果不限制信息，对微信个人用户来说，将是灭顶之灾，甚至最后沦为订阅号的折叠效果，一旦被折叠，企业又没办法有效触达客户，企业微信又会面临失败的境地。所以企业微信团队一定会在规则上避免这种情况的出现，在这种规则之下，如果你用企业微信来爆粉，添加了大量的非服务客户，推送了大量不受客户欢迎的“客户”信息，未来被投诉，被处罚的几率就越大。由此来看，企业微信，应该不会成为垃圾流量的法外之地。以上就是这两天的小结。另外一点值得关注的就是，企业微信的行业应用目前还处在灰度测试阶段，目前只开放了医药，金融，零售，汽车等六大领域，并且进行了用严格限制。甚至只能看到与你行业相关的应用，比如你企业认证的是零售行业，才能找到觅达，你的企业认证是汽车行业，才能找到i店，如果大家想使用和对接，也可以联系本人。接下来本人也会分享更多关于企业微信的行业应用案例，祝大家在企业微信这块洼地找到属于自己的机会。作者：邹叔，专注运营增长的首席营销官（0到10亿级），多家企业微信优秀合作伙伴的运营增长顾问，交流欢迎：邹叔的任性。个人微信：zouyanga4本文由 @邹叔的任性 原创发布于人人都是产品经理。未经许可，禁止转载。题图来自Unsplash，基于CC0协议
