Abstract: Objective: pregnancy with hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection influence the outcome of pregnancy-related factors. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 200 cases of pregnancy compared HBV-infected persons and the existence of 200 cases of normal maternal clinical data. Results: (1) complications (premature labor, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage, pregnancy-induced hypertension) the incidence of abnormal liver function to the incidence rate is highest, followed by asymptomatic HBV infection group, the lowest normal pregnancy group, the difference There was a significant (P <0.05). (2) the incidence of neonatal abnormalities (stillbirth, low birth weight, neonatal asphyxia, etc.) abnormal liver function group compared with other differences between the two groups was significant (p <0.05). While asymptomatic HBV infection group and normal pregnancy group the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: HBV infection in pregnancy, high incidence of premature labor, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage, complications such as pregnancy-induced hypertension, abnormal liver function of these pregnancy complications have a significant effect on the incidence of neonatal abnormal liver function only abnormalities.

Abstract:objective To study the relevant factors of the pregnancy outcome affected by hepatitis B virus infection.methods The present study was designed to prospectively analyse the clinical data of 200 cases of pregnancy with hepatitis B virus infection compared with 200 cases of the normal pregnancy Results (1)HBV infection complicated with abnormal liver function group suffered the hightest incidence rate of complications(premature labor, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage, pregnancy-induced hypertension), Asymptomatic Carriers of HbsAg took the second place, Normal Pregnancy group was the lowest, the difference was significant (P<0.05). (2)There was a remarkable statistical difference between abnormal liver function group and the other two groups in The incidence of neonatal abnormalities (stillbirth, low birth weight, neonatal asphyxia, etc.),while there was no significant difference between other two groups(P>0.05). conclusion pregnancy with HBV infection was liable to suffered the complication, such as premature labor, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage, pregnancy-induced hypertension etc. Especially in the abnormal liver function group. The incidence of neonatal abnormalities only related to abnormal liver function.
