滑雪是非常耗费体力的一件事情，也是有一定危险的，所以如果你们选择滑雪的时候，一定要注意安全，还有就是在去之前准备好你们的装备，好好玩耍一番，准备好了才无后顾之忧。航空公司的托运规定在一切展开之前，我们最需要了解的信息就是航空公司对于滑雪器材的托运规定。熟悉托运行李规定的朋友可能知道，航空公司对托运行李有两处最基本的限制：重量和尺寸，最常见的规定有如重量限制在20/23公斤每件，长宽高三边之和不超过158厘米/203厘米。看到这里你可能会嘀咕，绝大部分的板包光长度就可能超过158厘米了，难道不能托运了吗?再仔细阅读航司的托运行李细则，会发现官网都有针对运动器材的特殊规定，滑雪用具(单板/双板)便是运动器材的一种，适用于专门的托运条款。简而言之，大部分航空公司将滑雪用具视作为一件普通托运行李，按超规尺寸处理。从官网的说明来看，国外航司大多条款完善，而国内航司相对模糊。具体执行上，在过去的五年中，我极少因托运滑雪行李遭到航司的刁难。不过以防万一，购买机票或搭乘航班前，还应提前与所搭乘的航司确认滑雪行李的细节条款，以免影响出行。需要注意的是：1.少部分航空公司对板包的尺寸有所限制，会在托运时测量，板包尺寸超长的朋友应予以注意。另外滑雪板虽然是超规行李，但重量限制还是与普通托运行李一致。2.部分航空公司将板包与单独的鞋袋一起视作一件托运行李，前提是鞋袋中只可以装雪鞋，其他如雪服，头盔或个人物品等不可以放入。此政策与不同航司和机场的执行力度有关。3.廉价航空公司可能会对滑雪用品单独收费。滑雪用具的托运流程困扰各位的第一个问题，可能就是怎么把板包赛进车里。与把大象装冰箱的步骤相同，打开车门放进去即可。可惜的是，稍长一些的板子横着放后排都做不到，更别提扔后备箱了。此处提供常见的几种方案：1.大巴：放到大巴的行李舱里2.普通轿车：如后备箱无法直通后排座椅，那么可以将副驾驶座位向后放倒，竖直放入雪板。3.SUV或可放倒后排座椅的轿车：放倒一个或两个后排座椅，将雪板从后备箱放入。4.商务车：广阔空间大有作为。如果板包很多，往往需要大家发挥自己的想象和华容道功力，人有多大胆，车有多能装，板包是一定能放得下的。最后还是建议大家精简行李，少拿硬壳箱，遇上有车顶架的司机就嫁了吧。到达机场后，请与正常乘机一样办理手续，将板包称重。大部分机场对于雪板这样的超规行李都有专门的托运区域，有的机场会由航司统一运送，有些则需要你自行将雪板运至相应的柜台。落地后，板包一般不会和普通托运行李一起出来，需要根据指示到超规行李提取处领取你的雪板。当然，也有如札幌机场这样的好设计，雪板可以和常规行李一样从传送带直接出来，方便快捷。日内瓦机场札幌机场最后，如果你不幸遇到板包延误或丢失的情况，请参考我的攻略干货|航班托运行李遗失/延误索赔指南，里面有详细的指导，我曾因板包延误一天获得汉莎航空的近千欧元赔偿。建议各位都购买承保行李延误的旅行保险，也祝大家的行李都顺利!出境滑雪的装备指引1.板包说完了流程与政策，接下来可以聊聊装备了，首先当然还是从板包说起。无论单双板，板包的设计基本大同小异。仅可以背负的，全面包裹的，带轮子的，硬壳的，囊括了市面上的各种设计。出境滑雪，我个人最喜欢使用带轮子的板包(RollerBag/Wheeledskibag)。轮包一方面拉着走不费力，也能将雪服，雪鞋，装备等各类物品一股脑塞入，节省行李空间。由于行李在托运时需要经过各种搬运，带轮子的大板包更能保护雪板免受磕碰。如果嫌轮包太重，也可以使用轻便的软包，如果可以的话，将雪板打包或用衣物包裹，可以最大程度避免磕碰。板包的长度应超过雪板尺寸，但不宜过多。对于单双板兼修的朋友，可以考虑大尺寸轮包，同时装下单板和双板，毫无压力。挑选板包时，应注重材质，耐用度以及内外部设计，好的板包内有收纳系统，外有坚固的搭扣，耐用的轮子，有的甚至能额外悬挂背包或可双肩背起。对于女生来说，漂亮的板包也是滑雪旅行时提升幸福感的工具，在茫茫一片黑色蓝色的板包中也一眼可以找到自己的板包。当然，别忘了在板包上拴上自己的行李牌或名牌，尤其是购买了大品牌经典黑色款式的朋友。在将装备装入板包时，可以参照这样的规则：单板放在最下面，双板和雪杖(尖头包好)放在一侧。衣物卷成筒状，小件分类用收纳袋装好，预估好重量的同时也要善用板包内的每一寸空间，这样的板包拖起来重量能均匀分布，也更能起到保护作用。板包本身并无过多技术含量，但我还是比较推荐大品牌，一方面售后有保障，一方面质量相对安心，板包掉个轮子，断个把手卡扣是我最不愿在境外遇到的糟心事。没有主意的朋友可以考虑Burton，Dakine等大品牌，而像NorthFace，Patagonia等户外厂商也偶有轮包售卖，喜欢时尚和新潮设计的朋友别错过近年来很火热的Douchebag，标志性的折叠设计和背负系统非常实用。2.箱包除了板包外，一般我们还会额外携带旅行箱或旅行包，来收纳衣物和个人用品。如果只是偶尔滑雪旅行的朋友，未必需要购买专业的滑雪箱包，日常的旅行箱足够满足需求。如果行程较多，担心耐久度或有特殊需求，可以考虑购买滑雪或户外品牌的滑雪用旅行箱或户外大包。此类箱包往往非常能装且比较耐用，适合走南闯北的滑雪者。购买时也应根据个人需求挑选带轮箱包，或者软包。除此之外，也可以将滑雪用的背包带上飞机，收纳头盔和小配件。将其作为行李之一，效率最大化。3.滑雪板雪板是板包中最重要的装备，没有雪板的板包会变得软塌无法托拉。出国滑雪时我们应该针对所前往的目的地和雪况，以及自身的实际情况选择合适的雪板。其中单板的固定器可以选择拆下或者保留。如果携带多块雪板，注意最好分别装入板包的不同隔层，或套上简易的板套以免雪板相互刮伤。雪鞋雪鞋可以放入专门的鞋袋放入板包或单独携带，不少板包也有专门的收纳袋用于放置雪鞋。如果你有专门的雪鞋袋，许多航空公司会将其和板包视作一件托运行李。如果重量超标，不妨考虑将雪鞋单独带上飞机，相比雪板，合适的雪鞋更难租赁，随身携带也减少了行李延误造成的风险。除了雪鞋之外，还可以根据情况额外准备一双适合在雪地行走的雪地靴，以及在室内穿着的拖鞋等个人用品。4.雪服根据天气和个人臭美程度，我们携带不同的雪服。依照经典的内层，中间层，外壳搭配，可以保证滑雪时的舒适。雪服可以叠起，或卷成桶状方便收纳，也可以用来包裹板包内一些较尖锐或脆弱的物品，添加附加保护。除了雪服外，就是自己的日常服装和冬季衣物，若是目的地有泳池或热水浴，也别忘了带泳衣。5.雪镜根据天气条件，我们可以携带多个雪镜或准备多个备用镜片，墨镜当然不可缺少。需要注意的是雪镜、墨镜、备用镜片应妥善放入专门的雪镜盒中，以免挤压造成损坏。使用隐形眼镜的朋友不要忘记隐形眼镜和护理液。最好可以分别装在托运和随身行李中，以免行李延误影响使用。6.护具头盔作为保命第一出装，强烈建议带上，其他个人护具(护膝、护臀、护背等)可以根据个人需要来携带。7.帽子作为帽子爱好者，我一向认为帽子是滑雪时非常好的提升单品，建议多多准备。毛线帽，棒球帽，渔夫帽，一个不能少!8.护脸无论是简易的围巾型护脸，蒙面头套，还是可套在头盔外的hood，都应是我们滑雪时防晒抗冻必备的基础装备，必须准备着。9.手套根据天气，应准备不同厚度的手套。如果有可触摸的内层手套，强烈建议带上，在寒冷的地区可以极大地提升滑雪体验，从此玩手机不愁人。10.袜子除了帽子外，我第二喜欢的单品是袜子。如果不愿意总洗可以多带几双，塞在鞋子里或者板包的空隙都很方便。11.工具比较在意打蜡的朋友，可以携带自己的打蜡装备，或者准备方便携带的快速蜡备着。出境滑雪最怕的是装备损坏，因此可以带上自己的工具和配件，做好二手准备。12.雪崩安全装备如果涉及雪崩地形或有登山滑雪日程，雪崩安全装备不可少。三件套放入板包托运时，最好用衣物将铲子和探杆包裹，以免划伤雪板或其他装备，或者放入背包的三件套专用夹层内。Beacon则建议放入随身行李中，尽量不要托运。如果携带有雪崩气囊背包，则需要多加注意。不同航空公司对各品牌的背包有不同的规定，需要多加查询确认。如果携带的是充电式的背包，一定注意要将电池随身携带上飞机。13.洗漱/化妆品个人的洗漱以及化妆品不要忘记了。滑雪时需要非常注意防晒和保湿，防晒霜与唇膏是必备用品。14.个人药品如果有个人常备的药品，记得携带。同时可以常备感冒药，肠胃药，维生素，跌打损伤的膏药等作备用。不能忘记的还有如今全民必须标配的保温杯，枸杞是否携带还请多多查阅各国海关规定。15.拍摄设备与电子产品如果你和我一样喜欢去雪场拍点照，别忘记你的拍摄设备。需要注意的是将相机放在保护套内，最好放入行李箱而不是板包，且一定将锂电池放入随身行李中，不要托运。对于其他电子产品来说也是一样，记得将充电宝随身携带，否则到了目的地板包不到就因小失大了。除了上述提到的类目外，还应结合自身的情况有所增减。滑雪装备与行李是我们滑雪旅行中最重要的一环，切不可怠慢，与此同时，也无需过分小心翼翼，因为这些装备绝对比你想象中的结实。

目前，除了采用高能X线、γ射线外，开始利用高能粒子线进行癌的放射疗法。今后可以期待这种方法在放射疗法法中起到更重要的作用。 放射治疗的发展历史只有80多年，但发展很快，从X线机到超高压装置，目前的加速不断完善更新，并出现质子射线， 负π介子等特殊放疗。当前的放射治疗技术：外照射，腔内和组织间照射为近距离照射，立体定向放射，和“代谢性”照射。 外照射：X射线治疗机，是放疗的原始治疗技术，目前仍在少量范围地用来治疗。钻和艳放射治疗机是放射性核素在衰变过程中产生的射线，用来治疗肿瘤。 直线加速器，产生高能X射线和电子射线可供选择治疗不同肿瘤。快中子射线，负介子和质子加速器，在治疗技术和生物效应上更有特殊性。 近距离治疗：把可以产生射线的放射性核素，采用不同途径来尽可能接近肿瘤，来提高肿瘤剂量。立体定向放射：γ—刀、X—刀通过计算机定治疗计划和控制多向旋转性放射提高治疗区剂量。 放疗是一个复杂、基础知识广的学科，基础包括：放射物理、放射生物、肿瘤学、临床放疗技术，被称为四大支柱，意在不可缺一。除此之外，临床各学科都与肿瘤有密切关联的知识。 放疗已是肿瘤治疗中不可缺少的手段之一。在所有恶性肿瘤病人中，需用放射治疗的在60%~70%，有不少肿瘤习以用放疗治愈，如：口咽、舌根、扁桃体癌的放疗治愈在37%~53%，上颌窦、鼻腔筛窦癌38%~40%，早期的舌癌、鼻咽和宫颈癌86%一94%，食管癌早期80%和中晚期在8%~16%，国外的早期直肠、喉癌80%~97%等，故此看放疗在肿瘤治疗上是有重要价值的。 放疗的适应范围：（1）单纯根治的肿瘤：鼻咽癌、早期喉癌、早期口腔癌、副鼻窦癌、何杰金氏病、髓母细胞瘤、基底细胞癌、肺癌、食道癌等。（2）与化疗合并治疗肿瘤：小细胞肺癌、中晚期恶性淋巴瘤等。 （3）与手术综合治疗：上颌窦、耳鼻喉癌、胶质神经细胞瘤、肺癌、胸腺瘤、胃肠道癌、软组织肉瘤等。有计划性术前放疗、术中放疗、术后放疗。 （4）姑息性放疗：骨转移灶的止痛放疗、脑转移放疗、晚期肿瘤所造成局部严重合并症的治疗缓解作用。 由于早年放疗处干无经验初期，对放射剂量，生物效应掌握不好，而造成过放射的损伤如溃疡、放射病、反应重，以至于给许多的人留下一个放射线对人体接触的恐惧，一直至今有些人仍怀这种心理。 目前的放疗学科已发展到分子生物学的研究阶段，和广泛使用计算机控制的高新治疗设备阶段，大量的经验已成规范理论，很少再出现早年放疗反应的情况，对给予的治疗量、范围，完全可以预计到它的副作用程度，故放疗对肿瘤的治疗贡献与控制下的副作用就不必顾及了。 复发癌再治的可能性：例如喉癌、食道癌的疗后复发尽量选择手术，以避免再程放疗的加重损伤。 而大部分肿瘤疗后复发，手术的机会很少，可以小范围针对肿瘤再做放疗，仍可缓解病情，如鼻咽癌的二程治疗仍有一少部分可以治愈，但二程放疗的原则应不同首程治疗的范围，即不再大面积预防照射，只对肿瘤区域放疗为主，剂量不宜太高。二程放疗也可以用手术局部切除配合，可减少放射量，也可以外照射一部分加上近距离治疗一定量，来减少正常组织剂量，避免损伤正常组织。 [编辑本段]放疗的副作用 放疗和化疗综合虽然有很多的优点，但缺点也不少。放疗不能减轻化疗的毒性作用，化疗也不能减少放疗的损伤作用，如化疗抑制全身的骨髓，放疗也产生局部的骨髓抑制，病人常常因骨髓抑制血相低而无法继续治疗。 在做胸部肿瘤放疗时，化疗后的病人放射性肺炎或肺纤维变、放射性。 4.放疗是 什么是化疗？ 化疗是利用化学药物杀死肿瘤细胞、抑制肿瘤细胞的生长繁殖和促进肿瘤细胞的分化的一种治疗方式，它是一种全身性治疗手段对原发灶、转移灶和亚临床转移灶均有治疗作用。 缺点是化疗药物的选择性差，在取得治疗效果的同时，常出现不同程度的毒副作用；化疗过程中身体衰弱、精神萎靡、出虚汗、白细胞和血小板下降，甚者红细胞、血色素下降接踵而来，甚至迫使患者停止治疗，利用中药与化疗进行配合治疗，可有效的消除这些毒副反应，同时与化疗形成协同作用，增加化疗的治疗效果。 什么叫放疗？ 放疗是癌症三大治疗手段之一。 是用各种不同能量的射 线照射肿瘤，以抑制和杀灭癌细胞的一种治疗方法。放疗可单 独使用，也可与手术、化疗等配合，作为综合治疗的一部分，以 提高癌症的治愈率。 在手术前先作一段放疗使肿瘤体积缩小 些，便可使原来不能手术的患者争取到手术的机会。对晚期癌· 症则可通过姑息性放疗达到缓解压迫、止痛等效果。 放疗可分为根治性放疗和姑息性放疗二种。前者剂量较 大，照射较彻底，适用于较早期及部分晚期患者，以消灭原发 灶、手术后可能的残余灶以及某些转移灶。 后者适用于晚期患 者，多属权宜之计。根据耐受情况给予剂量，以达改善症状，减 轻痛苦、延长生命之效。 个别也可达到根治的效果。 医生根据肿瘤的性质、部位、病期和全身状况定出总剂 量。 将总剂量分配为20~30次，在4—6周内照完。经过准确 定位，在体表画好标记，透过体表，向肿瘤部位照射。 因此体表 所画的框框等定位标记，切勿自行擦洗掉。 5.什么是精确放疗 放疗的进展在最近20年来取得了里程碑式的成就，突出的表 现就是精确放疗在临床不断普及应用。 精确放疗是现代科技在肿 瘤治疗中应用的具体成果。它涉及影像学的新技术，如CT、PET/CT及磁共振等资料，使医生能够精准地勾画出肿瘤的边界 及转移淋巴结的部位，周围重要正常组织的边界。 这对放疗医生 的读片要求很高，既不能遗漏肿瘤组织，也不能损伤太多的正常组 织。这些影像学资料通过计算机输入治疗计划系统（简称TPS），实际上也是高级电子计算机系统。 放疗医生把肿瘤应受到多大的 剂量照射，分几次完成，对正常肺组织，心脏和脊髓有多大的危害， 进一步优化治疗计划，对计划中不甚满意的部分可进行修改。 对 放疗中体内肿瘤随呼吸、心跳造成位置移动，以及每次治疗 *** 的 y 误差，放疗医生都要慎重考虑，这些环节不能有“厘米级”的误差。 ^ 患者需要有特殊的固定 *** 的真空气垫装置，并用激光在皮肤上 定好位再进行照射。所以非常的精确，就称为精确放疗。 没有影 像学设备的进步，没有电子计算机功能的创新，没有放疗机器设备 的发展和进步，要做到精确放疗也只能是空想。 目前，临床上常用 的三维适形放疗（3D~CRT）、X刀或7刀，适形调强放疗（IMRT）、螺旋断层放疗（TOMO）、影像引导放疗（IGRT）、射波刀等技术，都属于精确放疗。 核心技术是肿瘤靶区受到适当剂量的照射，而 周围组织特别是重要器官组织的剂量在安全线以下。 因此，精确 放疗是现代放疗的最新进展，也是国内外放疗的发展趋势。
