中国乳制品行业的竞争格局未有太大变化，伊利股份、蒙牛乳业两大头部公司的竞争态势依然胶着，不过伊利股份头部地位更趋稳固，且更有机会率先达成千亿营收目标。而众二三线乳企在勉力前进的同时，也力争在细分市场占得一席之地 《投资时报》研究员 周运寻 2019年上半年，乳业公司陷入多事之秋。 因拖欠奶款，科迪乳业（002770.SZ）已遭深交所多次问询且被证监会立案调查，光明乳业（600597.SH）南京分公司近日亦被曝出存在向送奶工“压奶”的情况。而近年来业绩高速增长的澳优（1717.HK）则被做空机构“狙击”，行业双寡头之一的蒙牛乳业（2319.HK）亦与君乐宝分道扬镳。 暗流涌动之下，中国乳制品行业的竞争格局仍未有太大变化，伊利股份（600887.SH）、蒙牛乳业两大头部公司的竞争态势依然胶着，众二三线乳企勉力前进的同时，也力争在细分市场占得一席之地。 2019中报季披露结束，《投资时报》研究员查阅A股及港股17家主要乳品企业财务数据注意到，相较于蒙牛，伊利的头部地位更加稳固，无论在营收、利润、销售费用还是净资产收益率方面，伊利的领先趋势均非常明显。而二线乳企在诸如销售毛利率、销售净利率、销售费用占总收入比例等指标上则呈现出较好状况。 于“2020年达成千亿营收”是伊利及蒙牛双双放出的豪言。行业分析人士认为，鉴于伊利股份市场份额、营收利润持续高速增长，进可攻退可守，其大概率将先于蒙牛实现千亿目标。 一线恒强 二线追赶 2019年中报情况显示，中国乳品行业前三名依然被伊利股份、蒙牛乳业、光明乳业占据，且三家公司半年度营业总收入均超百亿元，分别实现450.71亿元、399.48亿元及110.90亿元，总营收同比增长率分别为12.84%、15.60%及3.36%。 三元股份（600429.SH）、澳优、新乳业（002946.SZ）、现代牧业（1117.HK）2019上半年总营收均超过20亿元，分别实现41.73亿元、31.53亿元、27.10亿元、25.74亿元，雅士利国际（1230.HK）、贝因美（002570.SZ）、中国圣牧（1432.HK）则分别以17.54亿元、12.96亿元、12.01亿元营收紧随其后，位列超10亿元梯队。 而皇氏集团（002329.SZ）、天润乳业（600419.SH）、妙可蓝多（600882.SH）、中地乳业（1492.HK）、燕塘乳业（002732.SZ）、科迪乳业、庄园牧场（002910.SZ）总营收分别实现9.83亿元、8.23亿元、7.14亿元、7.06亿元、6.99亿元、6.35亿元及3.97亿元。 尽管2019年上半年除皇氏集团外的其他16家乳制品企业均实现正向增长，但若拉长时间轴观察近三年指标可以发现，能够连续实现半年度超10%营收增速的乳企只有三家，除去前述提到的伊利股份外，澳优及天润乳业是另外两家公司。 在羊奶粉领域较为领先的澳优近年来营收增长迅速，2017年至2019年半年度总营收增速分别实现35.73%、52.35%及21.44%。或因如此快速的增长，今年8月该公司受到沽空机构Blue Orca Capital连续两次狙击。8月15日首份沽空报告发布后，澳优乳业股价直挫20%。此后该公司紧急停牌并三发公告予以澄清，其股价也有所回升，截至9月9日，澳优乳业收于12.24港元/股，较首轮被沽空当日上浮26%。 此外，新疆乳企天润乳业总营收增速也连续多年超过10%，不过38.42%、20.47%、13.42%的半年度增速呈逐年下降趋势，其营收增长略显疲态。 从净利润方面来看，伊利股份和蒙牛乳业以一骑绝尘的方式将其他乳企远远甩在身后，二者半年度净利润分别实现37.81亿元、20.77亿元，排名第三的光明乳业半年度净利仅实现3.67亿元，三元股份则为1.84亿元。从前两强来看，伊利股份的利润仍高出蒙牛乳业近一倍，不过这一趋势已有所收窄。 销售毛利率方面，两强的领先优势则没有那么明显。仅从2019年上半年来看，澳优、贝因美及雅士利国际的销售毛利率均40%以上，分别达到52.07%、51.49%及44.01%，蒙牛乳业、伊利股份、中国圣牧、燕塘乳业、新乳业也均维持在39.09%、38.12%、37.02%、34.88%、34.16%的高位。 销售净利率上，2019年上半年科迪乳业、燕塘乳业、天润乳业、伊利股份、澳优相关指标均超过8%，分别为12.66%、9.90%、9.79%、8.49%、8.08%。 乳制品行业素来都是营销及促销竞争最为胶着的市场，越是头部公司越能够发挥其规模效应。从2019年上半年销售费用来看，蒙牛及伊利的相关指标均超百亿元，光明乳业和三元股份的销售投入也达到超10亿元级别。 在销售费用占总营收比例方面，总营收大幅落后于伊利的蒙牛自2011年开始逐渐加大费用投入力度，2018年及2019年上半年销售费用占总营收比例均超过28%，而伊利也始终保持着25%左右的销售投入比例。 不过，贝因美及雅士利国际的该指标要远高于伊利及蒙牛，贝因美2017上半年至2019年上半年销售费用占总营收比分别为51.55%、36.13%及43.66%，雅士利国际该指标亦分别高达50.66%、37.97%及35.07%。二者的半年度销售费用投入均在5亿元上下浮动。 净资产收益率方面，伊利股份则再度占据头名，2017年上半年至2019年上半年，伊利股份净资产收益率分别为14.68%、13.89%、14.18%，成为连续三个年度该指标超过10%的唯一乳企。 伊利大概率率先实现千亿目标 观察17家乳企半年度数据可以注意到，整体来看，乳业行业市场格局未有太大变动，伊利股份持续巩固其乳业市场当之无愧的领军者地位，无论从营收、利润还是未来成长空间来看，都拥有着其他公司难以匹敌的强大竞争力。不过，蒙牛乳业的强势追赶亦不容小觑，二者又均提出2020年实现千亿营收的目标，当前状况下，谁将率先达阵？ 数据显示，2019年上半年伊利股份实现营收450.71亿元，净利润37.98亿元；蒙牛乳业实现营收398.57亿元，净利润20.77亿元。营收方面，二者相差超50亿元；盈利方面，二者相差近一倍。而从细分业务来看，伊利股份亦全面领先。 《投资时报》研究员注意到，今年上半年，蒙牛乳业的增长主要来自于液态奶和奶粉两大业务的带动，其液态奶业务收入实现331.1亿元同比增长14.4%，奶粉业务实现收入42.4亿元，同比增长43.8%，而冰激凌业务收入达21.9亿元，同比下滑2.4%。同期，伊利的“金典”“安慕希”“畅轻”“每益添”“Joy Day”“金领冠”“巧乐兹”“甄稀”“畅意100%”等重点产品销售收入同比增长均高达30%。同时，新品销售收入占比17.4%，较2018年提高2.6个百分点，电商业务同比亦增长31.94%。 有分析显示，蒙牛乳业今年上半年营收大幅增长得益于其强势促销策略。蒙牛新任总裁卢敏放于2016年9月正式上任后开启了全新改革措施：修复毛利率、提升品牌力、加强渠道下沉、弥补大单品短板。2017 年以来蒙牛毛利率持续修复，品牌力和渠道补短板方面也已有成效。 不过，对于蒙牛来说，与伊利收入差距的弥补将是一场旷日之战。 一方面，伊利渠道网络更为细密。较早实施多级分销模式的伊利，截至2019年6月常温液态奶的市场渗透率为83.9%，同比提升2.7个百分点，其中，三四线城市的渗透率为86.2%，同比提升2.3个百分点。 另一方面，伊利的国际化和多元化布局更为完善。从雀巢等国际乳制品巨头的经验看，国际化是一家企业由大到强的必由之路，而以新西兰为主的“全球资源”网，以欧美为主的“全球创新”网，以东南亚为主的“全球市场”网，已经为伊利的国际化策略打下坚实基础。 对于伊利股份来说，计划到2020年达到全球乳业五强，销售收入超过1000亿元，意味着伊利的乳业收入要超过包括Fonterra（恒天然）、FrieslandCampina（荷兰皇家菲仕兰）、Arla Foods（丹麦欧世）和Saputo（加拿大萨普托）在内的全球领先乳制品企业。而从今年上半年超450亿元营收来看，伊利股份2019年全年实现900亿营收应是大概率事件，在此基础上，2020年实现1000亿元目标可谓行稳即至。 相比于伊利的从容，蒙牛则显得有些紧迫。从蒙牛乳业上半年不足400亿元营收角度来看，要实现千亿目标，其2019及2020年的年度复合增长率需要在20%以上。这对蒙牛来说难度不小，更何况在失去君乐宝的情况下。 2010年，蒙牛耗资4.7亿元收购君乐宝51%的股权，至2018年，君乐宝实现营收130亿元。这其中，君乐宝为蒙牛贡献66.3亿元营收、3亿元净利润，这两项分别占到蒙牛总营收和净利润的10%左右。 而近日蒙牛已宣布作价40.11亿元出售君乐宝51%股权，交易完成后蒙牛不再拥有君乐宝任何股权。在失去君乐宝助力的情况下，蒙牛乳业要在2020年实现千亿目标，难度更趋加大。 独立乳业分析师宋亮表示，君乐宝脱离蒙牛后会对蒙牛的营收带来影响。目前国内乳业竞争两强的格局已经形成，市场竞争非常激烈，蒙牛要实现营收千亿目标，除了靠内生增长，行业并购等也是重要途径。 u200b

大家也许还还忘记2007年中国徐州一家出口美国猫狗食物的企业在宠物食品中添加三聚氰胺来冒充蛋白质导致中美关系轩然大波的事情吧？三聚氰胺，是一种很常见的塑料化工原料，其分子最大的特点，就是含氮原子很多，这特点本来也没啥好说的，这种化工原料多如牛毛，这特点也不足让咱三聚氰胺如此又名。 我们知道，食品工业中常常需要检查蛋白质含量，但是直接测量蛋白质含量技术上比较复杂，成本也比较高，不适合大范围推广，所以业界常常使用一种叫做“ 凯氏定氮法（Kjeldahl method）”的方法，通过食品中氮原子的含量来间接推算蛋白质的含量。也就是说，食品中氮原子含量越高，这蛋白质含量就越高。这样一来，这名不见经传的三聚氰胺的由于其分子中含氮原子比较多，于是就派上大用场了。 三聚氰胺(melamine) 是一种有机含氮杂环化合物，学名1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-三胺，或称为2,4,6-三氨基－1,3,5-三嗪，简称三胺、蜜胺、氰尿酰胺，是一种重要的化工原料，主要用途是与醛缩合，生成三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂，生产塑料，这种塑料不易着火，耐水、耐热、耐老化、耐电弧、耐化学腐蚀，有良好的绝缘性能和机械强度，是木材、涂料、造纸、纺织、皮革、电器等不可缺少的原料。它还可以用来做胶水和阻燃剂，部分亚洲国家，也被用来制造化肥。 三聚氰胺的最大的特点是含氮量很高（66％），加之其生产工艺简单、成本很低，给了掺假、造假者极大地利益驱动，有人估算在植物蛋白粉和饲料中使蛋白质增加一个百分点，用三聚氰胺的花费只有真实蛋白原料的1/5。所以“增加”产品的表观蛋白质含量是添加三聚氰胺的主要原因，三聚氰胺作为一种白色结晶粉末，没有什么气味和味道，掺杂后不易被发现等也成了掺假、造假者心存侥幸的辅助原因。 1994年国际化学品安全规划署和欧洲联盟委员会合编的《国际化学品安全手册》第三卷和国际化学品安全卡片也只说明：长期或反复大量摄入三聚氰胺可能对肾与膀胱产生影响，导致产生结石。 三聚氰胺最早被中国的造假者用在家畜饲料生产中，饲料中添加了这玩意，仪器一检测，氮原子很多啊，一推算，蛋白质含量也很高，生产者顺理成章地就省下昂贵的蛋白粉开支了。三聚氰胺虽然有毒，但是牛羊体积都比较大，肾功能强，能顺利代谢毒素，吃了，好像也没啥死牛死羊的事情发生，于是也没人去关注。顺理成章，造假者扩大应用范围，顺便把三聚氰胺用于出口美国的宠物饲料中，当然不幸的是，猫狗等宠物体积比牛羊小多了，代谢能力差，这三聚氰胺的毒性的影响也就大了，结果毒死了猫狗，惊动了美国洋老太爷，最后三聚氰胺这种东西也进入美国的FDA的视线。 据说当时美国人发现三聚氰胺后百思不得其解，不知道为啥添加这玩意，还以为是老鼠药污染造成的。记得当时美国新闻媒体报道都是怀疑中国粮食仓库看管不严，造成老鼠药污染。后来终于有知情的中国人忍不住，偷偷告诉美国人这食品中添加三聚氰胺的奥秘，这高手云集的美国学术界这才恍然大悟，明白过来这复杂的高科技造假过程。 大家注意这次三鹿奶粉事件，受“污染”的都是最便宜的18块钱一袋的婴儿奶粉(现在超市里给成年人吃的400克一袋的奶粉都得20块钱左右，婴儿奶粉按理说至少价格翻倍)，显然，三鹿为了占领农村奶粉市场这块最后的肥肉采取了低价倾销战略，但是卖这18块钱一袋的奶粉连本钱都不够，大量生产岂不亏老本了吗？于是三鹿为了节省成本，在奶粉中添加廉价大豆蛋白粉来替代奶粉，这大豆蛋白粉本来也没啥大事，但是，恰恰这次里面被添加了伪造蛋白质的三聚氰胺这高科技玩意，于是最终制造出这起轰动全国的三鹿奶粉事件。当然，成人奶粉中肯定也添加了这种高科技玩意，因为成年人的代谢能力比婴儿强大得多，除了特殊的病人，自然也不会有中毒事件发生。另外，如果你想知道三聚氰胺这玩意在中国食品工业和饲料工业应用的广泛性，google一下“蛋白精”，看下结果就知道了。其实，现在还有比三聚氰胺更先进的造假产品，能“耐水洗化验”，能“抗氨氮反应”。总之一句话，你高科技的爷爷都检测不出来这是假的蛋白质。 三鹿奶粉事件，从一个侧面，反映了中国严重的食品安全问题（实际上三鹿奶粉股份中新西兰fonterra占43%实际控股），我们现在究竟还剩下什么东西可以安全地吃进肚子里？三聚氰胺这个黑手，从最初的牛羊饲料市场开始蔓延，发展到今天，终于伸到了婴儿奶粉这个领域。我想数以亿计的中国人，不知不觉中，早已吃了好多年用三聚氰胺喂养出来的猪肉，牛肉，鸡肉，喝了很多年添加了三聚氰胺的成人奶粉，不知不觉中，都受到了三聚氰胺的污染。有没有谁做过三聚氰胺对人类健康长期影响吗？我想肯定还没有，因为谁都不会想到，一个国家几亿人，竟然会去吃这种跟食品风牛马不相及的塑料工业的原料。

第一名： 法国伴宝乐　　法国Babybio伴宝乐这个品牌在欧洲是响当当的有机大牌，隶属的法国创机然公司其生产的所有产品均为有机。从很早开始就开始做有机食品。目前它的奶粉也是唯一一款无棕榈油的有机奶粉。配方相比其他有机奶粉，配方更加精益求精，富含乳双歧杆菌调节肠胃，低敏、诺曼底有机有限奶源，安全性高。它和喜宝一样，伴宝乐也具有有机蔬菜泥、荤菜泥米粉等辅食。是欧洲育婴界是绝对高品质的好牌子。2012年来到中国市场，获得良好口碑。　　第二名 德国喜宝　　喜宝无疑是中国妈妈知道最多的有机品牌，德国大牌，它在有机界处于最出名的，在欧洲超市处处可见。喜宝不仅仅有奶粉，吃的用的都有，目前还拓展到宝宝面霜等。经济实惠，安全性高，属于有机界的平价品牌。喜宝的奶粉分有机的和非有机的，所以在选择有机喜宝时，一定要认清欧盟有机认证，认清有机!　　第三名 澳洲贝拉米　　贝拉米是个澳洲的品牌，其实新西兰和澳洲的奶粉品牌并不多，中国国内代加工澳洲和新西兰的奶粉的品牌却是数不胜数。贝拉米是澳洲真正有售的奶粉品牌。贝拉米有机奶粉低敏，溶解度高。是纽西兰高端家庭的挚爱品牌。　　第四名 瑞士泓乐　　泓乐是个瑞士品牌。在欧洲泓乐，伴宝乐及喜宝的有机奶粉的销量是最高的。占据德国和瑞士本土婴幼儿奶粉盒辅食市场半壁江山，泓乐在中国销量不够多，但是泓乐以其优异的品质，获得越来越多妈妈的认可。　　第五名 美国雅培Similac　　美国婴儿有机食品大牌Similac是雅培旗下最高端的一款奶粉。未进入中国市场，美国农业部USDA有机认证的品牌。在美国高端家庭的首选品。不含转基因，不含抗生素。目前中国妈妈选购此奶粉以代购的方式为多。虽然美国食品要求不如欧洲那样严苛，但是对有机本身SIMILAC还是非常受欢迎的。

凯尔特人(Celtic)相信太阳神帮助他们种植农作物。但是，每年太阳神都会被一个名叫Samhain的邪恶力量攻击并被囚禁六个月。Samhain，还有两个称号，分别是“Lord of Dead(死亡领主)”以及“Prince of Darkness(暗黑王子)”，他带着寒冷以及黑暗的冬天来到凯尔特人的土地。 凯尔特人非常害怕10月31日的夜晚，因为他们觉得这晚，有一堆邪恶灵魂潜伏在任何地方。他们在家生起火来让那些邪恶灵魂离开他们的家(上一个没有翻译的段落有一句是说火焰可以把鬼魂吓走的。)他们相信是Samhain把死人叫出来的，他们还相信Samhain会把死人变为其他东西，好像猫。凯尔特人会装着可怕的伪装来把那群邪恶灵魂赶走。(这就是万圣节的原型)后罗马占领了凯尔特人的土地，把罗马的节日和凯尔特人10月31日的Samhain祭典合在一起，就成了现在的万圣节。
