其实都无所谓，我个人当时买的是原子的mini板。带JLINK主要为了可以在线仿真调试。其实不管谁的板子最终目的是根据教程和通过做实验学会这个（这种）芯片的使用。原子的我当时买的时候是寄存器版那会还没出库函数版，不过对我这种本来C就不怎么样的感觉寄存器的还蛮顺手的（我也51转过来的）以至于现在看库函数的还是头大。不过这几天也在看库函数版，毕竟弄明白库后，以后换这类的芯片比如LPCLM3S的可以直接通过库函数去开发不用研究底层寄存器了，还是有好处的。当然现在原子也有库函数版本的了。另外很多东西没必要要太高级的，主要的是你学会用法，比如MP3，收音机这类的之前估计51的就都用过了。。也会操作了。另外比如网络、USB、CAN、RS232485这些感觉有用就去研究，没用可以不用那么高级的一般带上RS232能调试下USB及SD卡就可以了，会刷彩色TFT屏。毕竟之后你真正用不可能拿开发板用而是自己做板，关键就是学会这种芯片的用法就可以了。

普中刚买回来上面就缺元器件，用不到一个月就坏了，然后用仿真器仿真的过程，MCU坏了三次，维修费用都快赶上板子的费用，然后售后还特别刚。让我自己反思。我直接不要了，当花钱买教训

首先，两个都是C语言。从51过渡过来的话，就先说寄存器操作。每个MCU都有自己的寄存器，51是功能比较简单的一种，相应的寄存器也比较少，我们常用的就那么几个，像P0 P1 SMOD TMOD之类的，这些存在于标准头文件reg.h里面，因为少，所以大家就直接这么去操作了，每一位对应的意义随便翻一下手册就看得到，甚至做几个小项目就记的很清楚了。所以做51开发的时候大多数都是直接操作寄存器。到了STM32，原理一样，也是有自己的寄存器，但是作为一款ARM内核的芯片，功能多了非常多，寄存器自然也就多了很多，STM32的手册有一千多页，这时候想去像51那样记住每个寄存器已经不现实了，所以ST的工程师就给大家提供了库函数这么一个东西。这是个神器。库函数里面把STM32的所有寄存器用结构体一一对应并且封装起来，而且提供了基本的配置函数。我们要去操作配置某个外设的时候不需要再去翻眼花缭乱的数据手册，直接找到库函数描述拿来就可以用，这样就能把精力放在逻辑代码的开发上，而不是去费力的研究一个芯片的外设要怎么配置寄存器才能驱动起来。简单讲就是这些了，库函数是为了让开发者从大量繁琐的寄存器操作中脱离出来的一个文件包，在使用一个外设的时候让开发者直接去调用相应的驱动函数而不是自己去翻手册一个一个配置寄存器。有人说用库函数掌握不到芯片的精髓，见仁见智了。熟悉一款芯片是在不断的开发使用中逐渐了解并掌握的，调试的过程中会遇到很多问题，会要求我们去跟踪相关寄存器的状态，在整个框架都已经建立起来的基础上再去对照手册做具体到寄存器每一位的分析，代码对照现象，很快就能积累起来经验，祝成功。

两者区别还是蛮大的，一个是M4的内核，一个是M3 的内核，要是手头经济不是很紧张，可以考虑使用F4的，毕竟F103上面有的F407上面都有，但F407有的，F103就不一定了。也就是说F407具有更全面的外设接口，功能也更多，两者相比之下当然选择F407最好。当然从另一个角度来说，F103几乎是STM系列的代表了，F103系列的使用者最多，网上资源丰富，非常适合初学者入门，对于F407来说，初学者的入门会慢上一些，毕竟F407功能更全，也意味着更复杂。所以我的建议是根据你自身的情况作出选择：要是你急需入门，之前没有一定的单片机基础，你现在要做的项目功能比较简单，不涉及网络方面的，就建议你上手F103。要是你有过其他单片机的基础了，现在时间充裕，想更全面的提高自己的技能，就建议选F407的。
