Black-Scholes期权定价模型是一种经典的期权定价模型，它基于随机漫步模型和离散时间的假设，适用于欧式期权的定价。虽然该模型在期权定价方面做出了巨大贡献，但它也存在一些局限性和缺陷，包括以下几点：假设限制：Black-Scholes模型的假设包括标的资产价格服从对数正态分布、市场是完全有效的、无套利机会等等。但是这些假设在现实市场中并不一定成立此坦，因此模型的精度会受到影响。波动率假设：Black-Scholes模型假设股价波动率为固定值，但实际市场中，股价波动率并非固定值，它会随着市场情况的变化而变化。因此，该模型的预测可能与实际市场存在较大偏差。无法应用于非欧式期权：Black-Scholes模型仅适用于欧式期权的定价，无法应用于美式期权等非欧式期权的定价。忽略利率波动：纳扒银Black-Scholes模型假设无风险利率是固定值，但在实际市场中，利率会随着市场情况变化而变化。因此，该模型没有考虑利率波动对期权定价的影响。忽略股息：Black-Scholes模型忽略了标的资产的股息，但在实际市场中，股息对股价也有很大的影响。因此，该模型对于股息较高的股票的期权定价可能不够准确。

一个广为使用的期权定价模型，获Nobel Prize。由BlackScholoes和Melton提出的。具体证明我就不写了你可以去看原始Paper。简单说一下：首先，股价随机过程是马氏链（弱式有效）假设股价收益率服从维纳过程（布朗运动的数学模型）则衍生品价格为股价的函数。由ito引理可知衍生品价格服从Ito过程（飘移率和方差率是股价的函数）第二：通过买入和卖空一定数量的衍生证券和标的证券，Blacksholes发现可以建立一个无风险组合。根据有效市场中无风险组合只获得无风险利率。从而得到一个重要的方程： Black-Scholes微分方程。第三：根据期权或任何衍生品的条约可列出边界条件。带入微分方程可得定价公式大概是这个过程，不过这是学校里学的，工作以后Bloomberg终端上会自动帮你计算的。如果OTC结构化产品定价的话，会更熟悉各种边界条件带入微分方程。不止是简单得Call和Put。另外你可以理解BSM模型为二叉树模型的极限形式（无限阶段二叉树）

国外的学院大学与国内的系——部门——学院其实不是一一对应的关系，但可以大致类比一下：一般来说school是最大的，很多时候指的就是高校，但也有时候指大学里面的学院，这时候一般是综合性大学，而这个school一般也比较大，包含多个大一级学科（其实只有国内分一级学科二级学科的分的这么细）department一般都指的系，基本是学校下属的学院下面的系，是最小的那一层。faculty要复杂些，有些学校是college下面包括department、center等，有的则不叫college而叫faculty，此时faculty意思应该就是国内的学院也有些时候是college下面叫faculty，这个情况比较少，则此时faculty意思就是系或者专业。

《本文同步发布于“脑之说”微信公众号，欢迎搜索关注~~》 一、研究背景 按照传统的定义方法，神经系统软体征（Neurological Soft Signs, NSS）被定义为一组轻微的神经系统功能障碍体征，其常见于精神分裂症（Schizophrenia, SZ），当然其他精神疾病甚至正常人也会表现出NSS。在精神分裂症患者中，NSS主要表现为运动、感觉功能的异常。但是，NSS的神经机制目前似乎并不十分清楚。借助神经成像技术，越来越多的证据表明NSS与一些特定脑区的功能或形态异常密切相关。比如说，一些结构MRI研究表明，精神分裂症的NSS与前额叶、颞叶、丘脑、小脑等脑区的灰质形态特征相关。此外，越来越多的研究表明精神分裂症表现出异常的功能和结构连接异常，但是目前似乎很少有研究对精神分裂症的脑结构网络异常与NSS之间的联系展开探索。近期，一篇发表在《Schizophrenia Bulletin》杂志的题目为《Neurological Soft Signs and Brain Network Abnormalities in Schizophrenia》的研究论文对上述问题进行了研究，该研究利用图论方法对基于灰质形态构建的结构脑网络特征与NSS之间的关系展开研究。本文对该研究进行解读。 二、实验方法 1.被试 基于DSM-IV标准募集101个精神分裂症患者，其中63个男性。 2.NSS评价 患者的NSS评分采用Heidelberg Scale。为了进一步研究NSS与灰质结构脑网络之间的关系，研究者把整个SZ被试按照平均NSS得分分成两组，即高NSS组（46个被试）和低NSS组（55个被试）。 3.结构MRI数据获得 采用1.5T的西门子MRI设备，获得T1结构数据，扫描参数请参看原文。 4.数据预处理 采用VBM8和SPM8软件进行标准的VBM分析，包括归一化、分割、调制等。 利用AAL 116个ROI脑区模板，在每个人的经过调制和归一化的灰质数据中提取这116个ROI脑区的灰质体积数据（采用REX工具包）。 5.网络分析 5.1网络构建 利用REX工具包，可以提取116个ROI脑区的局部灰质形态数据，结构脑网络矩阵通过计算两两ROI脑区灰质数据的皮尔森相关获得。得到的结构脑网络矩阵采用一定的density（从0.02到0.5）进行过滤，最小的density（0.21）定义为网络中当网络中所有node都是相互连接时的最小density。 5.2脑网络的参数 基于上述得到的脑网络，研究者计算了全局脑网络参数，包括：聚类系数C、特征路径长度L和小世界网络指数； 此外，研究者还计算了局部网络参数，包括：节点的betweenness centrality。 5.3脑网络的hubs和模块化 一个节点的betweenness centrality如果大于所有节点平均betweenness centrality的2个标准差，则定义该节点为hub；模块化是反映网络分割性的一个指标。 三、主要结果 1.临床统计数据 具体如表1所示 2.全局脑网络参数的比较 高NSS和低NSS组之间的全局脑网络参数的对比如图1所示。高NSS组表现出较小的聚类系数；而高NSS和低NSS组都表现出相近的特征路径长度；高NSS表现出较小的小世界网络指数。但是，上述参数都没有达到统计学差异。 3.局部脑网络参数的比较 两组被试之间局部脑网络参数比较以density=0.11为例，结果表明，高NSS组在以下脑区表现出更大的betweenness centrality（P<0.05,FDR校正）：cerebellar vermis, right olfactory和right inferior orbital frontal。 AUC（曲线下面积）分析表明，高NSS组在以下脑区表现出显著较小的betweenness：right amygdala, left cerebellum,left supramarginal和 cerebellar vermis，如图2和表2。而高NSS组在以下脑区表现出显著增大的betweenness：right cerebellum, right orbital inferior frontal cortex, left hippocampus, left middle temporal cortex和cerebellar vermis，如图2和表2.结果发现right amygdala, right cerebellum和left hippocampus在多重比较校正后仍然显著。 4.网络hub和模块化分析 低NSS组的hubs主要包括以下脑区：right amygdala, bilateral superior medial frontal cortices, left postcentral cortex和right superior temporal cortices；而高NSS组的hubs主要包括以下脑区：cerebellar vermis, left fusiform gyrus, left hippocampus, bilateral lingual cortices, right superior/middle temporal cortices 和right inferiororbital frontal cortex，如图3所示。 此外，模块化分析表明高NSS组表现出较低的模块化程度。 四、总结 该研究表明高NSS和低NSS精神分裂症患者组之间的全局脑网络参数（聚类系数，特征路径长度，小世界网络指数）之间不存在显著差异。而局部脑网络分析表明NSS与inferior orbital frontal cortex, middle temporal cortex, hippocampus, supramarginal cortex, amygdala和 cerebellum脑区的betweenness centrality相关。此外，NSS与superior medial frontal cortex, superior temporal cortices, postcentral cortex, amygdala和cerebellum这些hubs的分布也密切相关。总之，NSS与皮层-皮层下-小脑环路的脑网络拓扑结构的改变密切相关，这为理解精神分裂症NSS的神经机制提供了新思路。
