因为贝斯手Ricky与乐队理念不合不得以退出乐队，Rustic开始于2006年的2月，三个不满16岁的少年在石家庄火车站来垍头筿痛定思痛终于改投朋克大潮。随后的一年多时间里，他们在河北省展开了高密度的演出，从光怪陆离的夜总会到他们的家乡藳城市，他们用Johnny Thenders,Sex Pistols,David Bowie这些朋克与视觉先锋的混乱与爆炸般的音乐在燕赵之地树立了自己的位置，也建立独树一帜的舞台表演风格。2007年10月，随着在豪运酒吧的首次北京亮相，乐队正式把大本营搬到了北京随后仍然是上紧了发条般的紧密演出贝斯手Ricky于09年4月的加入Rustic的阵容正式完整。2009年全球乐队争霸赛全球总决赛于2010年4月27日在斯卡拉剧院举行，来自全球各地的各国优胜乐队参加了冠军的角逐。全球总决赛由于雪灾而延期举行，并且险些由于冰岛火山灾害导致再度延期。2011年Rustic重回欧洲在伦敦定级录音棚Rak studio录制了单曲Wild women,以及英国7城巡演获得了不错的凡响。2012年主唱李岩突然现身北京电视台求职节目BTV就等你来他表示靠音乐虽然能养活自己，但是太不稳定，这个月可能挣到1万下两个月可能200都挣不到，希望能得到一份稳定的工作。2020年7月14日晚乐队的夏天第二季在官方微博宣布了乐队阵容，名单中包括RUSTIC乐队。
