一直以来，微软Surface产品线都是凭借着出色的工业设计，和坚持自己独立的思考而深受粉丝青睐。作为Surface家族的新成员，Surface Headphones也是微软首次涉足音频领域的敲门砖之作。相比市面上其他耳机，Surface Headphones拥有出色的降噪表现的同时，还拥有独特的设计风格，以及更加人性化的拨盘式调节旋钮。在我爱音频网看来，既然是Surface家族的新成员，那么它本身一定有很多独特的地方。 现在我爱音频网就带大家一起来看看，这款Surface Headphones头戴式降噪耳机都有哪些值得我们一看的地方。用一个字来形容Surface Headphones的包装盒，那就是“大”！整体还是Surface家族的同意风格，白底为主，中间是耳机的侧面特写。包装盒侧面非常简洁，没有多余的信息标示。盒子背面是部分产品介绍信息，包括Cortana语音助手以及Skype通话等，都是一些Windows生态中的重要服务。与其他Surface产品一样，在盒子的边角有一个Microsoft品牌logo。打开包装后，里面是耳机的收纳盒。收纳盒表面为尼龙布料编织而成，中间有一个“田”字信仰logo。与其他耳机不同的是，Surface Headphones的收纳盒侧面采用了一个梯形设计，整体更加紧凑小巧。拎在手里，不想其他耳机的收纳盒一样，Surface Headphones的盒子对空间的有效利用更高，不会显得特别笨重。收纳盒下面是产品明说和用户手册。打开收纳盒，里面就是Surface Headphones耳机。盒子还有一张硬纸板，上面标注了耳机的操控手势，还有一根充电线和一根3.5mm音频线。充电线采用USB-Type-C接口，音频线两头均为3.5mm插头。揭开耳机头梁部分的贴纸，可以看到这是产品的一些环保信息，贴在头梁外侧可以让耳机在出厂的时候防止被划伤。Surface Headphones整体采用银灰色金属机身，与市面上其他清一色的煤炭黑配色不同的是，微软的这个配色会显得更加优雅大气。首先，Surface Headphones的左右两侧为一个可自由旋转的拨盘，其中旋转左边可以调整降噪，旋转右边为调节音量，官方称Surface Headphones可以通过侧面的拨盘旋钮实现13级降噪调节。按键和接口位于右耳下放，分别是3.5mm音频口、USB Type-C电源接口、静音键、电源键。Type-C接口旁边还有一个LED状态指示灯，充电和开机的时候，会有“小白点”闪烁提示。耳罩内侧的海绵垫非常柔软舒适，外面是灰色蛋白皮材质包裹，戴在头上非常透气舒适。头梁部分也采用液比较柔软的材质填充，弹性不错，戴在头上不会有压头发的感觉，长期佩戴下来，也不会觉得夹头压耳朵。耳机整体采用金属和聚碳酸酯材质制成，做工精致高端，一看就是大厂出品。侧面的“田”字logo采用金属贴片的方式固定在两侧，闪闪发亮的logo让这款耳机更显高端大气。有一点需要大家注意的是，Surface Headphones无法折叠收纳，头梁部分无法像其他耳机那样向内折叠起来，平时只能通微调耳罩部分的佩戴角度。Surface Headphones具有很好的透气效果。对一款售价仅三千块的耳机来说，将Surface Headphones戴在身上，舒适感自然不必多解释，除了严密的包裹感以及宽大亲肤的接触面积，长时间佩带下来，它并没有让我们感到过于“闷热”。Surface Headphones在头戴式蓝牙耳机中，是为数不多支持佩戴感应的。当我们摘下耳机时，它会通过耳罩里面的传感器判断我们已经将耳机取下，然后耳机会自动暂停音乐播放，当我们再次戴在耳朵上的时候，音乐又会继续开始。从技术层面来讲，目前市面上已有部分TWS蓝牙耳机支持了佩戴检测功能，所以对于头戴式耳机来说也不难实现。微软把这项功能带到头戴式耳机中，这一点还是非常人性化的，说明微软真的花了心思去思考如何去做好用户体验。拨盘式旋钮操作起来，相比实体按键体验更加简单易用。在嘈杂环境下，往顺时针方向扭，耳机会“嘟”的一声切换到降噪模式，越往上扭，降噪力度越大；当我们需要接受外界信息的时候，只需要轻轻往相反方向旋转，听到另一外“嘟”的一声，耳机就会进入环境音模式，非常人性化。如果停留在中间，则什么都不会开启。 另外，耳机的侧面也支持触控操作： 单击：暂停/播放音乐 双击：播放下一首 三击：播放上一首 长按：呼出Cortana 语音助手或其他手机内置的语音助手 整体的操作逻辑都是比较常见的，非常容易上手。这里如果需要Cortana 语音助手的话，除了微软自家的Surface电脑外，其他安卓用户只需要在手机上安装Cortana ，然后在登录你的微软个人账号，激活Cortana后，长按就可以召唤小娜了。△图片源自微软官方 相比目前大多数耳机来说，调节音量以及降噪的方式无非就是用手指去摸索那几个实体按键。相比微软这种拨盘式旋钮的做法，这确实变得更加简单容易。 很多时候当我们需要调整音量的或者开启降噪，我们往往是在耳机外面进行试探性的摸索，找到按键后，还会担心是不是会错按到别的键。而微软的这种做法，显然不会有这种顾虑，直接轻轻扭一下就可以，而且旋钮的阻尼感也恰到好处，不紧不松，用起来真的是非常舒服。在我爱音频网看来，这种拨盘式的调节方式，是目前耳机中最舒适最自然的一种交互。不过也有一点需要注意，那就是这个银灰色的外壳略微有些不耐脏。特别是在头梁和耳罩的填充物部分，长期佩戴，难免会留下汗渍油污等，需要勤加清理。当然Surface家族的不少产品似乎都有这个情况，比如Surface Pro的皮质键盘盖、Surface Laptop的C面盖板等，长时间使用都会显得比较旧。而其他耳机采用黑色外观，则看起来就远没有这么明显。虽然这是帕努斯·帕奈伊首次带领团队涉足音频领域，但Surface Headphones的降噪效果在同级别产品中，依然称得上是中上水准。除了拨盘式的旋钮让操作更加简单易用，效果本身也足够称得上旗舰二字。下面我们细分几个场景来看Surface Headphones的表现效果： 1、办公室：2米内的交谈只能听到只言片语，很难听清谈话内容。2米以外的声音基本听不到。 2、一般室外：电动车、自行车、周围的讲话、远处的骑车、公交全都听不到。但是尖锐的刹车声、近距离 汽车 行驶、公交都可以听到，但是有所减弱。 3、地铁站：交谈声只能听到只言片语，列车进站的声音也可以听到，但是有比较明显的减弱，列车报站的声音比较微弱，仔细听还是可以听到。 4、商场：可以听到部分人流来往的交谈，售货员的叫卖声可以听到，但声音比较抵。在接收环境音方面， 经过我爱音频网这几天的实际体验来看，Surface Headphones针对身边近距离的交谈声，可以做好很好的收音放大。听别人讲话的时候，就好像对方身上带了麦克风，声音比较清晰。但是当声音再稍微远一点的时候，就不能够很清晰的接收到这种声音了。我大概估计了一下，三步以内，正常的交流都是可以比较清晰的接收到的，如果再远一点，就无法很好的听清。但是车辆、脚步声、以及其他声音还是都可以很好接收到的。目前Surface Headphones支持蓝牙4.2连接，虽然它的连接稳定是市面上一流的水准，使用一周下来，在各种公共环境中都有比较出色的稳定性。但目前暂不支持AAC、aptX、LDAC等，只支持SBC音频。但这并不妨碍Surface Headphones的音质表现，整体属于比较均衡的类型。Surface Headphone 的低频要相对更加突出，音乐中的鼓点声、打击碰撞声，以及整体的空间渲染表现都是比较到位的。上手初期会感觉到这款耳机的声线附有满满的力道。 并且，Surface Headphones针对环境音和人声的分离度做得也不错，人声靠前，背景音在后，两者相互交融，同时又不失厚度。 就音质表现来说，Surface Headphones比较适合拿来听流行或者其他节奏感比较明显的歌曲，这些歌曲比较能够充分发挥它的低音能量。在蔡琴的《渡口》这首歌中，Surface Headphones开场阶段的鼓声部分清脆有力，能力比较足，能感觉到鼓声的起伏回荡，后面人声丰满洪亮。 接下来是腾格尔的《天堂》，这里前奏部分的笛声非常清脆悦耳，人声浑厚，伴随着后面的打击乐和笛声，整体听高亢有力。 最后是田馥甄的《你就不要想起我》，Surface Headphones的人声非常干净，歌曲有一种随着音乐往上走的节奏感，乐器的打击和碰撞都比较有力。Surface Headphones支持蓝牙4.2连接，有效连接距离可以达到10米左右。经过我爱音频网我的测试，在相对开阔的房间内，Surface Headphones在最远10米的地方依然可以保持连接。遇到实心承重墙或者初夏其他信号干扰的时候，可能会有不同程度的衰减，但基本能够保持7-8米左右的有效连接。 我们选则了目前市面上几款比较常见iPhone、iPad机型，来测试Surface Headphones是否可以显示耳机电池剩余电量，这些产品涵盖了从iPhone 6s开始后续的所有机型，以及iPad Air之后的三款产品。经过测试可以在这些iPhone以及iPad上直接查看耳机电池剩余电量。同时也可以进行双耳通话以及呼出语音助手等操作。 由于Mac电脑的特殊性，大多数蓝牙耳机都无法在Mac上看到耳机的剩余电量，目前只支持自家AirPods显示剩余电量，所以Surface Headphones也不例外，无法在Mac上查看剩余电量。 经过前面的对Surface Headphones的连接距离测试以及与兼容性测试后，我们可以得到下面汇总数据：作为微软首次涉足耳机领域，任何产品的第一代都多多少少存在着不够完善的地方。就Surface Headphones而言，耳机本身工作精致，质感高端，外观 时尚 优雅有着极好的辨识度，而且降噪和音质表现也都是业内优秀水准。当然，身为Surface系列的第一代音频产品，未来也依然具备许多迭代的潜力。例如蓝牙5.0、aptX、LDAC以及Hi-Res这些我们常见的功能，就极有可能出现在下一代Surface Headphones身上，我们也一起期待。 优点： 1、外观辨识度高，整体设计优雅大气 2、播盘式旋钮是目前耳机中，使用起来最人性化最自然的调节方式，没有之一 3、无线连接稳定，很少断连掉线 缺点： 1、不支持蓝牙5.0以及其他高品质音频传输 2、耳机无法折叠收纳，并且银灰色机身不耐脏 相关阅读： 声音与降噪的理想结合：索尼WH-1000XM3体验 说起降噪，别忘了这款耳机！Panasonic松下 RP-HD605N体验 索尼WH-1000XM2无线降噪立体声耳机：集降噪与音质与一身的旗舰
