我直接登录不上去了！也搞不清楚我的密码了，也无法找回！

hotmail帐号是不支持outlook这个客户端软件来收发软件的，别忙了

现在Hotmail、 live 、outlook邮箱都统一邮入口https://login.live.com统一产品线了，为了避免贵圈很乱导致用户数下降趋势；长时间不登录邮箱账号会被回收的，避免资源浪费，备份是每个人使用的职责建议不常用的邮箱至少半年登陆一次以免影响之前的邮件内容；国外如此，国内的几大邮局提供商也开始这样的路线。

是不是需要在outlook中配置一下就可以

1、首先，点击电脑win图标，在弹出的页面，点击outlook，进入outlook邮箱界面。2、进入邮箱页面后，点击界面右上角的历史记录图标，如下图所示。3、在弹出选框，点击-清除历史记录，如下图所示。4、然后选择要清除的数据信息，点击-清除，如下图所示。5、点击后，等待清除完成即可，如下图所示就完成了。
