简单地来说 至于Intel Core Duo(Yonah)，它则是intel最新一代移动计算平台的代号，在前面两代迅驰的基础上有了全面提升，并使用了双核心的处理器和全新的CPU架构，并采用了更高频率的系统前端总线，达到了667MHz。 另外目前Intel已经正式发布了代号Merom的新一代移动处理器，并与桌面处理器一同命名为Core 2 Duo。此前的Yonah被命名并编号为Core Duo T2000系列，新的Merom则分为Core 2 Duo T7000和T5000两个系列，区别在于二级缓存容量分别为4MB和2MB。Core 2 Duo与Core Duo基本上一一对应，也就是说Core Duo将逐渐被淘汰，改由Core 2 Duo主打移动市场。

主频高的占优

T系列CPU从架构上分三类，从系列分三种。一，架构，最早的是从奔腾M改进的双核处理器，65纳米架构的叫Yonah，是过渡型的处理器，用来对抗AMD的多核处理器，因为Intel当时的奔腾D是简单的两个奔腾4的结合，根本比不过AMD的双核。接着从Intel在Yonah基础上改进加强，增加技术支持的，是Merom。最后在Merom基础上增强了工艺，从65纳米变成了45纳米，并且增加了SSE4.0技术支持的，是Penryn。Yonah架构的处理器叫酷睿，但是Merom和晚些出现的Pernyn处理器都是酷睿2。区别是酷睿不支持64位，而酷睿2支持。同时酷睿2速度要比同频、通二级缓存的酷睿快15%以上。最新的i系列处理器跟老酷睿、酷睿2没有关系，而是全新设计的，更像AMD的羿龙2系列，具备内存控制器，多核之间由桥连接，降低了延时，具备超线程能力，比同样数量的多核快7%到40%（看什么任务，有的任务对超线程能力依赖低，有的依赖高），其中i5和i7具有三级缓存，i5 750和i7是四核，i7 X9800是六核，其他都是双核。但是i5 750不具备超线程能力，用来和i7区分开来。所有的i系列处理器都拥有内存控制器和内置GPU，可以不用显卡也具备显示图像的能力，而且性能比大多数集成显卡要好。i系列处理器的运算单元是32纳米架构，支持SSE 4.2，速度、多媒体能力都要高上很多。即使是最低的笔记本型号i3双核，性能也稍稍好于老式的Q6000系列四核。i5笔记本处理器虽然比不过Q9450台式机的处理器，但是功耗要低很多，也比所有的笔记本四核强悍。i7笔记本型就不用多说了。因为i系列是刚出来的新型号，如果你用的是i系列的笔记本，即使是最低的i3，那么恭喜你，未来5年你都不需要给你的笔记本更新换代了。就像最早的酷睿1代一样，虽然现在酷睿1代老了点儿，不过一般使用还是足够的。 不过如果你还要买T系列的笔记本，我则不再推荐了。首先作为老型号，最新的T系列（比如T6600和T8500等等）并不比i3便宜，T8500还比i3甚至i5贵，但是性能反而不如i3。而且以后T系列虽然在性能上不算过时，依旧可以适应目前的软件环境，但是以后市场上都不会再有T系列处理器，你的同学、朋友都越来越多的用了i系列，我想你心里是不会爽的。------------------------------------------------------- 14寸，Dell Inspiron 1464D是最佳选择，不到5000块钱，i3处理器，比过去的T6600，甚至P8700都强很多。ATI独立显卡，可以玩各种游戏。质量最好的就着一种，还有Asus华硕。我不推荐Thinkpad的，虽然有几个便宜的网站，但是多数是别人的退货。
