随着知识经济时代的到来,知识型员工逐渐成为企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,知识型人才决定着企业经济增长的潜在力和市场竞争的能力。企业要重视对员工特别是知识型员工的管理和激励。而柔性管理是一种新的人力资源管理模式,是相对于传统的刚性管理提出的,是以文化和情感为基础,运用尊重、激励、引导、启迪等方法进行管理,其主要特征是以人为本,充分满足员工的心理成就感。
通过探讨知识型员工的特点,分析了知识型员工与非知识型员工相比不同的需求。知识型员工更加看重个人事业的发展前景,工作的自主性和工作环境,对金钱的追求则是次要的。我国民营企业由于人才成长环境欠佳,家族式管理对人才晋升等的限制,引进并留住人才有一定的难度,使得人才匮乏成为民营企业发展面临的首要问题。针对这些问题,文章提出首先要做好人力资源规划,要充分尊重知识型员工,对他们的管理要设计弹性化的激励方案,提供学习机会与事业发展的平台,留住知识型员工,更好地发挥他们的才能,为企业服务,双方达到双赢的目的。

With the arrival of knowledge economy ear, the knowledge-type employee increasingly become the significant part of core competitiveness for an enterprise. The knowledge-type professional determines the potential power of economy increase and market competitiveness for an enterprise.
The enterprise should pay much attention to the stimulation for its staff,especially for the knowledge type employee, and flexible management, a new model of human resoure management,is put forward relativing to traditional rigidity management.Flexible management uses such skills as respect,stimulation, lead and enlightenment to manage based on culture and affection,whose main characteristic is people oriented and to satisfy employee"s sense of success.
Accoring to discussing the characteristic of knowledge type employee,the different require of knowledge type employee compared to non-knowledge type employee was analyzed.The knowledge type employee thinks a lot of personal career developing foreground ,working independence and working environment more,and thinks less of the pursuit of money.Because of lack of perfect shaping environment of elites,family manangement and the restriction of elites promotion,private enterprises in China are somewhat difficult to introduce into and retain elites,which makes a chief problem for private enterprises development. Aiming at these problems, several ideas are listed in the thesis:human resource should be meticulously planned;the knowledge type employee should be sufficiently respected,and treated by flexible and stimulating scheme designed for management;the study 机会opportunities and platform of career develoment should be offered.Leaving on the knowledge type employee and enlarging their abilities perfectly to serve the enterprise can make a win-win goal for both the enterprise and the employee.
