This study builds a Customer Satisfaction Model of Mobile Services by adapting the American Customer Satisfaction Index Model, and verifies the validity of the model through an empirical investigation of 240 mobile consumers in China. The results show that there are positive associations between Perceived Expectation, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction; there is a negative association between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Complaint; there is a positive association between Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Likelihood; but there is no association between Customer Complaint and Loyalty. 的第二作《主题医院》，虽然玩家不再是经营公园，而是要来管理医院，似乎死板严肃了许多，但由于牛蛙仍然采用了他们略带黑色的玩世不恭态度来开发这款游戏，因此《主题医院》同样是一部精彩的作品。和《主题公园》一样，这是一款商业仿真游戏，其目标是要尽可能透过将病人吸引到你的医院来，并且医好他们的病，赚取最多的金钱。以合理的价格提供良好的医疗可以吸引更多的病人，并且让您得以扩充，而高价位和躺在走廊中担架上的尸体则会使病人敬而远之。为了让游戏充满幽默感，牛蛙的设计人员并未采用真正的疾病，而是创造出一大堆有趣的医疗法。如“起皱纹的脚踝”，“长期性鼻毛”、“大头症”等怪病。当玩家对管理一家医院的成绩达到游戏规定的过关条件后，就会获得一家规模更大、更加复杂的医院，医院中的怪事和怪病也会更多，甚至还会出现地震等灾害。游戏的单人部分已够人头疼，但游戏仍然提供了最多四名玩家的网络对战，和单人模式不同，在对战中为了获得成功，玩家甚至可以使用一些下流的竞争手段，如造成传染病和污染药品等。动听的游戏音乐，可爱搞笑的游戏人物造型和牛蛙一贯的黑色幽默让《主题医院》获得了巨大的成功，和《主题公园》一样，游戏也被推出了汉化版，而这个游戏也成为当时国内最热最火的游戏之一，至今影响巨大，堪称牛蛙最经典的作品之一。　　时间总在不经意间就悄悄流逝，1999年，牛蛙推出“设计家游戏系列”的第三作《主题公园世界》，和当年的《主题公园》一样，本作中玩家要以一笔有限的钱，在世界各处广建心目中理想的游乐场，将欢乐散布给全世界。游戏中一共有24种游乐设施可建，包含鬼屋、小汽车、小飞机、海盗船、各式剧场
