快乐的大转盘目的：学员通过热闹的游戏，潜移默化地感悟出如何与人相处的真谛。所有学员被分为两组，起初学员并不知道游戏要告诉他们什么，他们只知道游戏规则：当两人见面时，每人都同时向对方打出一个代表自己希望与对方以何种见面礼节相见的手势。出一外指头，代表自己想与对方的见面方式是“点头”；出两个指头，代表自己想与对方的见面方式是“握手”；出三个指头，代表自己想与对方的见面方式是“握手的同时，自然地拍拍肩膀”；出四个手指头，代表自己想与对方的见面方式是“拥抱”。若双方所出的手势不一致，以小的手势为准。即一方出“3”、另一方出“2”时，则双方完成“2”的见面礼。游戏的规则看似十分简单，但十分有趣。随着游戏的进行，热闹的表面下，学员的心里会发生十分微妙变化。起初彼此因为不知道对方会出几，为了不让自己太尴尬，多数都试探性地出个“1”互相点点头。随着不断变换新的对象，慢慢地，有人开始出“2”或“3”，偶尔也会有人斗胆出个“4”。全体人员在“大转盘”一轮一轮的转动中，内心也在不断地“挣扎”琢磨着每一次对方会出几，自己到底该出几。反正，每次游戏的结局几乎都是同样的：自然而然地大家最后都会互相出到“4”，即全体互相拥抱。游戏在极其热烈的气氛中结束。与陌生人互相拥抱，对于没有这种传统礼节，但同时又有着含蓄、内敛、不愿打开心门的深厚传统文化的大多数中国你来讲，是一件需要一点勇气才能做到的事。尽管有相当一部分人在出“4”及完成“4”号见面礼节时的确有些不好意思，但其实在整个游戏过程中，尤其是在游戏结束时的表现可看出，每一个人的潜意识里最最真实的感觉都是渴望彼此能以“4”相见。只不过绝大部分情况下人们更希望的是对方先出“4”。有一条“人际准则”是人们司空见惯的：别人怎样对待我，我也怎样对待别人。如果你对我热情，我也热情待你；如果你敬我一尺，我也敬你一尺；如果你对我不仁，那么就别怪我不义；如果你对我出“4”，那我也针对你出“4”。在游戏中你能明显感受到，如你秉持的这条与人相处的准则，你虽然没有什么错，但可以肯定也不怎么对，因为人你完全是被动的，你的一切情绪在不知不觉中完全受制于别人怎样待你。可怕的是，根据这一准则，人们会自然而然演化另一准则：估计别人会这样对待我，于是，我就怎样待别人。让我们试着演绎一下这种思维方式的结果：估计别人会热情待我，于是，我准备热情待他。但你可能不幸正碰到一个估计错误的事实：对方并未表现出你期待的“热情”，领略了一次什么叫做“受伤”。于是，下一次当你面对某一新对象时，为了防止再次被“伤”，你的处理原则十有八九是收敛起自己上一轮的“热情”，将“无情”赠送给即将要面对的下一位。此时，你的习惯性思维模式是既然“你”（尽管已不是刚才的同一个“你”）上一次这样待我，那么下一次也就别怪我对你不客气啦，忍耐是有限度的。再接下去就该轮到对方也这样思考了……怨怨相报，何时是了？更极端的情况是：怀疑他会“害”我，先下手为强，把他先“害”了再说。比如，刚才的游戏中，许多人都是这样思维的：怀疑对方不会出“4”，我还是先出“4”，那该多尴尬，与其这样，还不如少出一点吧；。有意无意中已和先把“痛苦”给他。呜呼，有没有发现，事实上人与人之前的不信任、隔阂、冷漠、倾轧、抱怨、成见、封闭、仇恨，大多数都源自于这一条人们常用的准则？难怪人们常慨叹：“做人难哪！”游戏结束后，从大家的分享中，我们能明显感到大家共同感悟出人生真谛：“痛苦”地计算着到底出几，根本就逃不脱“痛苦”的结局。要想“跳出三界外，不在五行中”，惟有秉持“出四准则”：根本就没必要费心去计算、摧摩对方出几。如果就要费心去摧摩的话，那也让对方去揣摩好了。随便他出几，反正自己都毫不犹豫地出4就是了。当对方给你出4时，其实隐含地代表着他对你的理解、重视、欣赏与接纳，而这恰恰是每一个人在与人交往时的内心需求出4，是游戏中彼此见面时人们内心真正希望的最高礼节。其实，它也自然而然隐含着与人相处的最高境界——出4准则，即：希望别人怎样对待自己，自己就怎样对待别人。希望别人热情待我，怨主动热情待别人；不希望别人这样待我，我也不要这样待别人；永远不希望别人害我，我也永远不想去害人。不管别人能否热情响应，我仍然会热情，因为，无论何时何地，我的内心仍然是：希望他热情待我。于是，按照这一内心标准，无论对方如何，我下一次的选择仍然是：热情待他。
