　　从刚跨入大专时的失落和迷茫，到现在即将毕业时的从容、坦然。面对未来，我知道，这又是我人生中的一大挑战。这除了有较强的适应力和乐观的生活态度外，更重要的是得益于大学四年的学习积累和技能的培养，我为之奋斗了整整四年，在这个过程中，无论酸甜苦辣我都经历过，这也上我的大学生活跟家丰富多彩，也能让我在这即将结束大学生活的时候自认为无愧于这四年的青春！ 　　一、在思想政治和道德品行方面： 　　我深知，作为一名大学生来讲，学习固然重要，但是相对来说我们更需要在学习之前认清世界，认清我们的国家，《大学之道》中也有这样的道理“大学之道，在明明德”。所以，在大学四年生活中，我不仅努力提高自己的学习能力和不断接受新的文化知识，还注重提高自己的思想政治素质。我积极要求上进，主动投身于理论文件讲话的学习，积极向党组织靠拢，在大一下学期就向党组织提交了入党申请书，并且一直以来时刻以一名党员的标准来要求和衡量自己。在平时的学习中，我深深地体会到，共产主义人生观、世界观、价值观的确立和坚持不是一朝一夕的事情，也不是一劳永逸的事情，而是一个长期坚持不懈的艰苦努力的过程。惟有不断地学习，用理论来武装头脑，努力在掌握理论科学体系上下功夫，在用理论来指导实际上下功夫，在改造客观世界的同时注意改造自己的主观世界。为此，我积极参加党支部的组织生活，在学习理论和其他同志交流的过程中不断学习。党的意识在我的脑海中渐渐形成，并激励着我在实践中刻苦锻炼，加强党性修养，增强辨别是非的能力，增强政治责任感和使命感，开拓进取，艰苦奋斗，无私奉献为党和人民建功立业。从群众中来到群众中去，我平时关心身边的同学，在思想上帮助他们进步，向他们宣传党的方针政策，使他们在思想上，行动上积极拥护党的领导，在学习上帮助有困难的同学，在生活上关心同学，让同学时刻感到党的关怀。 　　二、在专业素质方面： 　　学生的天职就是学习。学习是我四年生活的主线。进入大学以后，发现周围的同学大部分的入学成绩都比我有些很多，让我在新学期开始就很有压力，甚至有点自卑。但是，在后来在军训中与其他系的学生一起军训，在交谈中，了解到其实大家都各有所长，高考的成绩并不能说明以后的成就，何况大学的教学方式和学习方法都与高中时代有很大不同，所以以后的成绩还是要看自己是否肯努力下功夫。开学以后也通过迎新会认识了一些学长学姐，我深深地感受到，在学习上没有不可跨越的障碍，只需要不断的努力。单从思想上重视还不够，还得从行动上着手。我觉得很幸运的是，我身边的同学朋友都很热爱学习，在彼此督促和学习之间给了我很大帮助，也更加有学习的气氛。在你追我赶的学习氛围中，渐渐地增强了我的自学能力，同时一种适应大学学习的学习方法也渐渐地形成。后来院里又为我们安排高年级的学长介绍学习经验，帮助我们调整学习方法。借鉴别人的长处，克服自己的短处，让我们少走了许多摸索的弯路。 　　高考填报志愿是我自己做的决定，而且也很幸运的是，大学录取的专业是我的第一志愿。我热爱自己的专业。大学一开始我就严格要求自己，勤奋好学，态度端正，目标明确，基本上牢固的掌握了一些专业知识和技能，作到了理论联系实际，积极参与知识技能竞赛，并曾取得过很好的成绩，获得市级一等奖的荣誉；通过四年间一层层深入的学习，我对自己的专业有了不同的理解，比起当初报志愿死的莽撞，我现在更加理智并且也更加喜欢这个专业。电子商务这个行业或许对很对人来讲或许不陌生了它几乎可以饱览我们生活的方方面面，以后发展趋势也会更加贴近人们的生活服务，成为社会经济发展和生活不可缺少的一部分。为了能够更好地认识专业本身，我和同学会经常一起讨论行业的相关新闻和阅读一些书刊报道，其中我跟喜欢看关于国外电子商务发展的报道，因为相对与国外来讲，国外的电子商务形势更加丰富和充满创造性！除了专业知识的学习外，还注意各方面知识的扩展，广泛的涉猎其他学科的知识，从而提高了自身的思想文化素质，为成为一名优秀的大学生而不懈奋斗。还利用课余时间专修计算机专业知识，使我能轻松操作各种网络和办公软件。在书法和体育运动都获得好成绩。英语、电脑、普通话等方面的等级考试已达标。除了在专业知识方面精益求精外，平时我还涉猎了大量网络编程、网络管理与维护、网页设计等知识。并且相信在以后理论与实际结合当中，能有更大提高。 　　三、在人文和身心素质方面： 　　就我的性格来讲，我一直是个随和礼貌，活泼外向的人，所以能够很快和周围的同学成一片。我的特点是诚实守信，热心待人，勇于挑战自我，时间观念强，有着良好的生活习惯和正派作风。我坚持严于律已，宽以待人，"若要人敬已，先要已敬人"，良好的人际关系正是建立在理解与沟通基础之上的。由于待人热情诚恳，所以从小学到现在一直与同学和老师相处得很好，而且也很受周围同学的欢迎，与许多同学建立起深厚的友谊。在学习专业知识的同时，我更懂得了，考虑问题应周到全面，不能只顾着自己的利益和方便，而忽略了别人的感受。大学四年里，我掌握了科学锻炼身体的基本技能，养成了良好的卫生习惯，积极参加学校、系和班级组织的各项体育活动，身体健康，体育合格标准达标。在心理方面，锻炼自己坚强的意志品质，塑造健康人格，克服心理障碍，以适应社会发展要求。 　　四年的大学生活给了我很多挑战自我的机会，我结交了一些很好的朋友，学到了为人处事的方法，锻炼了自己的能力。这些经历使我明白有些事情如果尝试了，成功的机会就有一半，如果不去尝试，成功的几率只能为零。机会来临时，我们就要好好地把握住。遇到事情要冷静地思考，不要急躁。不轻易的承诺，承诺了就要努力去兑现。生活需要自己来勾画，不一样的方式就有不一样的人生。四年的大学生活是我人生中美好的回忆，我迈步向前的时候不会忘记回首凝望曾经的岁月。 　　通过这四年的学习使我懂得了很多，从刚进学校时如张白纸的我，经历了许多挫折和坎坷。使我明白了一个道理，人生不可能存在一帆风顺的事，只有自己勇敢地面对人生中的每一个驿站，我们就能很精彩。当然，四年中的我，曾也悲伤过、失落过、苦恼过，委屈过，这缘由于我的不足和缺陷。但我有清醒地认识到自己的不足之处，也就是胆量不够。我不断尽力完善自我，不断总结经验。为日后我成为社会主义现代化建设的接班人打下了坚实的基础。 　　时间匆匆如流水，大学三年的时间一下子就过去了，因为自己读的是大专，所以本来大学时间就比本科学生短一年，两年的专业理论知识学习再加上一年的实习，现在我们都已经顺利的拿到了毕业证，从此我们就真的是各奔东西了，去到各自的城市发展，但是在我看来，我不会再那么急着去找下一份工作，我要把这三年的自己好好的总结一下，这样我在寻找下一份工作的时候，也能更贴切、更适合自己，我不想再找一份需要自己慢慢去磨合的工作了，首先我就要先了解自己。 　　一、自身的优缺点 　　我这个人性格一直都是比较随性的，自己心里想干嘛就干嘛，纵使别人告诉我，我这样做是不对的，但是我还是会坚持己见，现在的我即将迈入社会工作，我就不能再这么的随性了，一些缺点该改正的也是需要改正了。否则我以后在工作单位会有吃不尽的苦头。 　　1、优点： 　　（1）社交能力强，在寝室我成为了寝室六个人的“中心枢纽”，一旦意见产生了分歧，我站在哪边，最后大家都会一直选择跟着我。在班上我也混成了班上的纪律委员，无数的人想讨好我，让我给他们走后门，消名字。我跟各位任课老师也是非常的聊得来，在课后都是能够坐在一起聊家常的。 　　（2）学习能力强，对于新事物的适应能力强，对于新开的课，我绝对可以成为跟上节奏的那个人。只要能下定决心做一件事，就基本上没有我做不到的。 　　（3）对于自己想要的东西，有清楚的认识，我不会捡了芝麻扔西瓜，盯住一个目标就一股脑的上，其他再有诱惑力的，我都做到视如无物。 　　2、缺点： 　　（1）脾气比较暴躁，我这个人无论是小学还是大学，在哪个人生阶段，我都有出现过跟同学发生矛盾打架的情况发生。 　　（2）上进心不强，在大学的时候，我完全是有能力拿到全班第一的，但是我就是不愿意去拼，觉得自己现在能拿到一个优秀的评价就可以了。 　　二、对自我的评价 　　通过大学这几年的深造，现在的我非常适合到社会上进行历练，我做很多事情都会有所顾忌，比如现在我找工作，我生怕找不到适合自己的，然后又是在浪费自己的时间。自身的几个缺点我也是意识到了，自己一定会多注意，一个能改变自己缺点的人，自制力都会是很强的，我相信，只要有公司愿意去栽培我，历练我，我就一定能给公司带来意想不到的收获，我对自己的专业能力是非常有自信的，我不会亚于任何公司新员工，这就需要实践见真章了。
