1、实验原理： 蒸馏是通过加热将液体沸腾产生的蒸气导入冷凝管,使之冷却凝结成液体的一种蒸发、冷凝的过程.蒸馏是分离沸点相差较大的混合物的一种重要的操作技术,尤其是对于液体混合物的分离有重要的实用意义. 2、实验仪器： 蒸馏烧瓶（带支管的）,温度计,冷凝管,牛角管,酒精灯,石棉网,铁架台,支口锥形瓶,橡胶塞. 3、实验步骤： 加料：将待蒸馏液通过玻璃漏斗小心倒入蒸馏瓶中,要注意不使液体从支管流出.加入几粒助沸物,安好温度计,温度计应安装在通向冷凝管的侧口部位.再一次检查仪器的各部分连接是否紧密和妥善. 加热：用水冷凝管时,先由冷凝管下口缓缓通入冷水,自上口流出引至水槽中,然后开始加热.加热时可以看见蒸馏瓶中的液体逐渐沸腾,蒸气逐渐上升.温度计的读数也略有上升.当蒸气的顶端到达温度计水银球部位时,温度计读数就急剧上升.这时应适当调小煤气灯的火焰或降低加热电炉或电热套的电压,使加热速度略为减慢,蒸气顶端停留在原处,使瓶颈上部和温度计受热,让水银球上液滴和蒸气温度达到平衡.然后再稍稍加大火焰,进行蒸馏.控制加热温度,调节蒸馏速度,通常以每秒1～2滴为宜.在整个蒸馏过程中,应使温度计水银球上常有被冷凝的液滴.此时 的温度即为液体与蒸气平衡时的温度,温度计的读数就是液体（馏出物）的沸点.蒸馏时加热的火焰不能太大,否则会在蒸馏瓶的颈部造成过热现象,使一部分液体的蒸气直接受到火焰的热量,这样由温度计读得的沸点就会偏高；另一方面,蒸馏也不能进行得太慢,否则由于温度计的水银球不能被馏出液蒸气充分浸润使温度计上所读得的沸点偏低或不规范. 观察沸点及收集馏液：进行蒸馏前,至少要准备两个接受瓶.因为在达到预期物质的沸点之前,带有沸点较低的液体先蒸出.这部分馏液称为“前馏分”或“馏头”.前馏分蒸完,温度趋于稳定后,蒸出的就是较纯的物质,这时应更换一个洁净干燥的接受瓶接受,记下这部分液体开始馏出时和最后一滴时温度计的读数,即是该馏分的沸程（沸点范围）.一般液体中或多或少地含有一些高沸点杂质,在所需要的馏分蒸出后,若再继续升高加热温度,温度计的读数会显著升高,若维持原来的加热温度,就不会再有馏液蒸出,温度会突然下降.这时就应停止蒸馏.即使杂质含量极少,也不要蒸干,以免蒸馏瓶破裂及发生其他意外事故. 蒸馏完毕,应先停止加热,然后停止通水,拆下仪器.拆除仪器的顺序和装配的顺序相反,先取下接受器,然后拆下尾接管、冷凝管、蒸馏头和蒸馏瓶等. 4、误差分析： （1）在蒸馏烧瓶中放少量碎瓷片,防止液体暴沸. （2）温度计水银球的位置应与支管口下端位于同一水平线上. （3）蒸馏烧瓶中所盛放液体不能超过其容积的2/3,也不能少于1/3. （4）冷凝管中冷却水从下口进,上口出. （5）加热温度不能超过混合物中沸点最高物质的沸点.

南昌大学（Nanchang University），位于江西省南昌市，是国家“双一流”建设高校、教育部与江西省部省合建高校、江西省一流大学整体建设高校，是全国首批深化创新创业教育改革示范高校、教育部中国教育和科研计算机网（CERNET）江西主节点单位，是中国教育交流协会常务理事单位、教育部来华留学示范基地、教育部留学服务中心出国留学培训基地、全国汉语水平HSK网考先进考点。学校前身江西医学院、江西大学和江西工业大学分别溯源于1921年创建的江西公立医学专门学校、1940年创建的国立中正大学和1958年创建的江西工学院。1993年江西决定将江西大学与江西工业大学合并组建南昌大学，1997年南昌大学被教育部列入国家“211工程”重点建设大学，2004年成为教育部与江西省人民政府共同建设大学，2005年南昌大学与原江西医学院合并组建新的南昌大学。工商管理类专业属于管理学中的一个大类。这个大类所包含的专业很多，主要有：工商管理、市场营销、会计学、财务管理、国际商务、人力资源管理、审计学、资产评估、物流管理、文化产业管理等。近些年，越来越多的院校开始以“工商管理大类”招生，学生入学后再根据自己的兴趣分流到具体的专业。工商管理以前的名称是企业管理。这个专业的知识范围较广，学生所学涵盖了经济学、管理学的很多课程，主要课程包括经济学、管理学、企业管理、财务管理、人力资源管理、会计学、统计学、计算机等，是一门跨自然科学、工程科学、技术科学以及人文社会科学的综合性交叉科学。该专业主要培养能够独立从事各部门管理工作的管理人才。该专业学生主要学习管理学、经济学和企业管理的基本理论和基本知识，受到企业管理方法与技巧方面的基本训练，具有分析和解决企业管理问题的基本能力。之所以选择南昌大学管理学院作为考研的目标，主要是从两方面考虑，主观方面和客观方面。主观方面是从自己的意愿与能力来考虑，首先南昌大学管理学院是自己比较认可的，在本专业领域比较强势的学校和专业，因此他的学术研究生项目在我看来是值得去读的；其次认为自身的能力与这个院校和专业的平台是相匹配的，而且在准备考研的那个时间点，备考时间大约还有半年，时间上也是充足的，换句话说也就是可以考得上，因此这是量力而行的结果。客观方面是从学校学院专业的情况以及所在的地理区位和就业市场来考虑。不管是南昌大学还是管理学院还是管理学院下的工商管理专业，在全国来看的横向对比排名都是靠前的，是有助于个人未来发展的，从就业来看，大湾区的经济情况较为发达，优质企业比较多，有利于自己的职业生涯有一个良好的开端。南昌大学管理学院工商管理学术硕士项目，每年录取的情况是比较稳定的。从录取人数来看，在2021年以前稳定保持在10人的规模，而从2021年开始扩招到15人规模。横向对比国内的其他比较好的开设管理学专业研究生招生的院校，计划录取的人数算是比较多的，因此录取概率相对来说更大一些，算不上是千军万马挤独木桥。从录取分数来看，过往几年的录取均分基本在380分到410分之间，偶尔也有特别极端的高分，但是少见。从报录比来看，基本上是1:20或者1:30的样子。但我个人认为考研决策时不应该太重视报录比这个数据，因为一流院校的报录比都是非常惊人的，这看起来会给我们极大的心理阻碍。但是从实际情况出发报名的所有的学生不见得都会认真地备考，许多人在漫长的备考过程中，可能会放弃备考。而那些认真备考的学生也不见得都有足够的被称之为竞争对手的资格。所以报录比可以做一个参考，但是不要绝对地依据报录比来选择自己报考的院校，这是一个重大误区。从考试的难度来看，中大管院工商管理学硕的考试难度横向对比国内其他一流院校的管理学专业，难度上是适中的。改革方面，中大管理学硕的录取政策近些年非常稳定，基本没有改革，只是在招录人数方面有所增加，已经改变了专业课的代码，但其实考的内容还是保持不变的。南昌大学管理学院工商管理学硕的初试科目，包括政治，英语一，数学三，以及821管理学与微观经济学（2022年以前的专业课代码为832）。从公共课上来看，考试的科目还是较为适中的，尤其是数学三，对于大部分的备考学生来说，是很友好的考试科目。其他的国内一流管理学考研专业，很多都会要求数学一。在初试备考经验方面，首先是英语的备考。我个人的英语备考主要包括三个方面，第一是基础，第二是网课，第三是练习。基础方面，主要重视考研大纲内的所有词汇的背诵和记忆，我花了2到3个月的时间把考研大纲的所有单词背了2到3遍，每天花费不到20分钟的时间，但得到的效果是很好的。网课方面，我会看一些分题型的英语课程指导，但通常是作为复习过程中的轻松调剂，而不会作为核心复习事项。英刷题方面我是买了前20年的英语考试真题，然后把他们刷了两遍。在备考的时候有很多考生会困扰是不是要做更多的模拟题。我个人的看法是，真题是绝对的核心，至于其他的模拟题的练习题，量力而行，如果有多余的时间和精力是可以去做的；如果没有的话，仍然是以真题为绝对的核心，把真题吃透，就能了解真题的设置是怎样安排的，也能够更高的提高备考效率。政治的备考有如下几点经验。首先政治并不晦涩，作为应试科目规律性很强，不管是选择题的出题逻辑，还是简答题的答题逻辑，熟悉真题以后自己会有体悟。其次政治是一门边际效益先高后低的科目，花五分的精力就能达到七分效果，但是想达到八分效果可能要九分精力。同时这门课拉不开太大差距，参考往年选择目标就可以，不要拖后腿，也不要花过多精力，重点科目仍是300分的业务课。再次关于时政，时政是比较特殊的内容，会一直更新到年底，但是不用太在意。简答题部分的时政，押题里会直接囊括；选择题部分的时政，12月以后找些时政汇总做做就好，尤其是肖84选择时政题，重点掌握。最后关于学习方法，方法和节奏一样，因人而异，不要局限。基础牢多练习，练和背的阶段尽全力。不要害怕出错，真题一定比你做的练习题简单。数学是每位考研学子都必须翻过的一座大山，虽然中大管理学院工商管理学硕考的是数学三，但这并不意味着它的要求会很低。如果个人的数学基础非常好，那么备考应该是相对轻松的，而且伤害的概率会大大增加。如果数学基础一般的话，那么就要求要花更多的时间和精力，以及更多的思考和练习。对于数学想考满分非常非常非常难，但是想拿到一个足够上岸的分数，我相信通过科学的练习是一定可以实现的。我的数学备考主要是分为三个阶段。第1个阶段重基础，也是花费时间最长的阶段。我会跟着老师的网课一起按照辅导书，一个章节一个小节的去过所有的基础知识点，并在学完知识点之后去做针对性的练习。第2个阶段是刷题巩固阶段，是在回顾每个章节的重要知识点，重要公式，重要解题方法的基础上，选择一些优质的题库去做，对自己学的不好的地方补漏查缺。第3个阶段是冲刺阶段，在考试前的最后几周保持良好的心态，选择一些老师出的冲刺卷，一方面检验自己在哪方面还不够，要回头去补，另一方面也保持一个做题的手感。对于数学，最核心的感悟是勤能补拙，只要你足够勤奋，而且是有方法的勤奋，那么最后的结果一定不会辜负你。专业课方面，821微观经济学与管理学为中山大学自主命制专业科目。考试范围包括微观经济学的基本概念、基本理论及其应用；管理学基本概念、原理、方法及其实践性应用，包括当今世界管理环境、管理学主要理论流派（管理学史）、计划与战略、创业与创新、组织理论、人力资源规划、领导与激励理论、控制论等内容。参考用书是《管理学原理》毛蕴诗版，《管理学：原理与实践》罗宾斯版，《微观经济学》平狄克版，《微观经济学：现代观点》范里安版等。821专业课考试总分150分，其中微观经济学部分与管理学部分各占75分。微观经济学部分的题型为：名词解释题、解答题、作图题、计算题等。管理学部分的题型为：名词解释题、简答题、案例题等。就微观经济学而言，学习秘诀是分块把握，多做练习。微观经济学的知识体系并不庞杂，重点突出，应逐个吃透生产论、效用论等等考察频率较高的核心知识，针对性练习知识点对应的真题和练习题，考前专门记忆重点公式和名词解释。推荐李华清老师的网课，有助于学习理解。参考书方面，平狄克版微经是考试的主要参考用书，范里安版在共享主要知识框架的同时，更重逻辑推演和应用计算，因而后者也是考试时难题的主要出处。建议重点复习前者，学力足够的情况下后者可以挑一些重点章节进行把握。就管理学而言，学习秘诀是多做整理，理解记忆。管理学与微观经济学不同，它对于做题的要求不多，但是对于对书本内容的把握要求较高，知识较为庞杂和零散。因此，在复习备考时应当紧抓书本，进入背诵阶段前，至少看2-3遍书，同时对知识做好整理，方便考前记忆背诵。无需网课，看书、整理、记忆即可。参考书方面，《管理学原理》毛蕴诗版和《管理学：原理与实践》罗宾斯版重合度较高，以其一作为重点参考即可。但应注意，《管理学原理》毛蕴诗版的课后习题和案例可以看两遍，偶尔真题会有出现。学弟学妹们如果在复习备考上需要指导帮助，可以考虑新祥旭考研一对一辅导课程，根据学生个人基础制定授课计划，针对性强，复习效果好，学长学姐全程答疑指导，对于考研复习的提升还是有比较大的帮助的。相比于初试，复试可以说简单的多，但是开放性也更高，所以要求我们有更好的临场表现。从2021年的复试来看，形式变化较大。2021年以前的复试是有闭卷笔试环节的，在笔试环节会要求不同专业方向的学生选择符合自己专业方向的题目作答，类似于一个加强版的初试专业课。而2021年的形式变成了个人的学术素质的考察，会在考试时给你一段材料，让你根据材料做一个自己的研究选题设计。这种开放性的考试方式，不再考察所能记得的固定知识，而是考察你在学术方面是否已经有过学习经验和临场灵感。对于复试的备考是不着急的，可以再初试结果出来以后在做准备，现阶段应该以初试备考为主。
