随着我国发展速度的不断加快，产业结构的调整随之加快了步伐，企业对技术人才的要求越来越趋向多元化。面对严峻的就业形势，要培养出更加适合企业、满足企业多样化需求的技术人才，就业指导在技术人才培养过程中的作用举足轻重。只有将传统的、只针对毕业生开展、片面的就业指导模式转变为面向全体在校生的系统化、全程化的就业指导模式，才能从根本上有效地引导学生树立正确的就业观，增强就业竞争力，满足企业多样化的需求，促进学生更顺利地步入社会、适应社会。一、目前就业指导工作存在的主要问题1.将就业指导课作为纯理论课，重课堂教学和知识传授，轻实践教学和能力培养指导的方法和手段单一，以教师讲授为主，摆脱不了一言堂的枯燥灌输、动员，对学生的主动性关注不够，缺乏寓教于乐的活跃课堂、形式多样的辅助教学活动，以及针对学生个体的个性化的有效指导。2.就业指导教材实时性差，与实际脱节目前，多数学校使用的就业指导教材为部颁标准教材。教材更新慢，而就业市场变化快，就业指导工作不能紧跟市场需求的变化。落后的教材不能很好地发挥就业指导作用，不能吸引学生积极参与就业指导，造成就业指导形式化。3.将就业指导作为阶段性任务，重毕业前宣传教育，轻全程教育和社会教育目前许多学校的就业指导工作还是围绕着当年毕业生的就业工作展开，依然停留在对学生毕业环节的阶段性指导，不能从实质上解决学生思想认识上的问题，失去了就业指导的真正意义。4.认为就业指导就是就业安置，内容涉及面窄，缺乏对就业指导工作全面、系统的安排就业指导的内容大多还停留在对就业政策的介绍、当前就业形势的分析等单纯意义上的就业指导，缺乏职业理想教育和创业教育。5.缺乏专业正规就业指导教师队伍个别学校由班主任、政治老师代替专业就业指导教师，由于缺乏专业、正规、系统的业务培训，就业指导人员的知识储备、业务能力等素质参差不齐，难以满足新时期技工学校的发展对就业指导工作的要求。二、开展系统化、全程化的就业指导就业指导教育包含人生价值观指导，对自我的认知，对社会、对职业、对专业的深入了解，也包含完善自我、增强就业能力的养成教育。因此就业指导工作要根据教育过程的长效性和对象全员性的特点，贯穿于学生从入学到毕业的全过程。1.职业意识启蒙，职业生涯规划一年级阶段，学生刚刚步入职业学校的大门，对即将学习的专业、对于专业和职业的关系一无所知，对于就业与自身的关系更是一片茫然。这个阶段的就业指导工作要浅显引入，增强趣味性，让学生易于接受和理解。（1）要经常组织学生参观企业，通过观察和老师讲解对企业形成初步的认识，对自己所学的专业有一个感性的认识和体验，对专业所对应的职业群有初步的了解，激发学习积极性，明确今后的学习目的和方向。（2）开展职业素质测评，让学生从职业兴趣、职业性格和职业能力等方面全面、客观地认识自我，找出自身的优势与不足，达到“知己”的目的。帮助学生在对个人和内部环境因素进行分析的基础上确立职业理想、奋斗目标，设计职业生涯规划方案，制定出切合实际的短期、中期和长期的阶段性目标，以及具体的学习和社会实践方案。使学生形成对未来职业生涯的积极心态，珍惜在校生活，更好地发挥主观能动性，提高学习的自主性。2.职业意识强化，职业道德行为养成二年级，学生已经进入专业课的学习阶段，经过一年基础课的学习和技能训练，以及对个人阶段化目标的具体实施、不断调整，学生对就业指导的需求更加迫切。这个阶段要通过各种授课方式如：参观企业、现场感受人才招聘现场、邀请企业人士及优秀毕业生做专题演讲座谈，使学生了解企业、了解企业文化，明白企业到底需要什么样的员工，职业人应该具备什么知识和能力。同时结合学校的德育工作、社会实践活动，逐步强化学生的职业意识，培养学生养成职业道德，从不自觉到习惯成自然，贴近社会需求和企业标准。3.形成正确就业观，做好就业准备三年级学生即将走出校门，步入社会，能否顺利就业、如何就业是每一个学生最关心的事情。通过前两年的渗透和指导，学生已经认清理想与现实之间的差距、个人意愿与社会需求之间的矛盾。这个阶段的就业指导工作要使学生了解就业政策和法律法规，进一步明确“先就业、后择业、再立业”的就业观念，树立就业信心，主动去适应社会，调整期望值，转变角色，找准自己的职业定位，正确作出就业选择。同时，了解有关的就业程序，做好就业前的准备工作，掌握应聘、应试沟通技巧，注意就业过程中常出现的问题，接受创新与创业的思想理念等等。为毕业生多渠道收集、整理就业信息，每一次企业招聘前都要指导学生了解具体的企业信息、企业文化、注意事项等，在应聘学生中做小范围的动员和就业前指导，帮助学生成功就业。4.就业后的跟踪指导学生就业后在企业还要经过试用阶段，这个阶段更需要学校和老师的关心和指导。学生刚步入社会，对工作的认识还处于初始阶段，与同事、领导之间的沟通还不自如，对企业严格的管理制度和责任承担尚不能完全适应，对工作时间、工作强度和工作环境易产生疲倦感。总而言之，试用期是从学生向社会人转变的关键期，也是学生的心理波动期，容易出现离岗离职的情况，导致就业稳定率降低。在这个阶段，学校要派出就业指导老师对学生进行巡回跟踪指导，帮助学生解决工作和生活上的实际问题，以及心理出现的波动；帮助学生和企业之间进行有效的沟通，提高就业能力和社会适应能力。三、全员参与，营造良好的就业指导氛围全员化的就业指导是指所有学生、教师和校友、家庭等社会力量共同参与的就业指导。就业指导必须发挥所有学生的主体性，调动所有教师的积极性，争取社会力量的广泛支持，只有全员发动、全员参与、通力合作、相互配合、才能形成良好的就业指导氛围，为个性化就业指导提供有力保障，才能使“一对一”指导、针对性指导落到实处。在就业指导中，校友的参与、家庭的主动、社会的支持都是非常重要的因素，这里主要指所有教师的全员参与，并且不仅体现在就业指导本身，还要体现在任课教师的教学内容和教学环节中，体现在管理人员和后勤服务人员的各项服务之中，体现在求职环节的积极推荐和市场拓展之中。就业指导工作是一个系统工程，要转变全校教职工的思想观念。使全校教职工都清醒地认识到学生的就业质量是衡量学校办学质量的重要指标之一，认识到就业质量不只是就业主管部门的事情，也不是几次就业指导课就可以解决的事情。而是需要全体教职工特别是专业教师主动关心、自觉参与其中，进行教学改革，将就业指导渗透到教学中，改进工作作风，加强教师业务素质的提高，真正树立起以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向、以市场需求为方向的办学理念，在全校形成上下贯穿、全员参与的就业指导网络。在多层次的内外环境的综合影响下，学生会变被动为主动，积极参与知识、技能和就业指导的学习过程，逐渐树立正确的就业观。（作者单位：河北省秦皇岛市高级技工学校）
