During she collected materials about the rape of Nanking, she worked hard. Given this circumstance, a lot times she couldn"t help crying, was almost breakdown. 2015年开始，诸多的企业服务领域创业者开始了征程，从用友、金蝶、互联网企业出来的一批精英创办了服务于企业不同职能、或者不同垂直行业的SaaS。今天我们做一下简单的梳理。根据《互联网周刊》发布的中国SaaSTop100，我们可以看到如下产业概况：中国SaaSTop100专注领域分析泛CRM类SaaS占比最高，达到18%。SaaS天然的移动、连接、易用等特性十分适合灵活且快速变化的前端业务（FrontOffice），所以我们看到许多SaaS企业致力于帮助企业客户做销售、客户服务以及营销层面的服务；其次是企业通信板块，占比15%，其中尤其以企业呼叫中心云平台为典型，越来越多的企业将呼叫中心部署到云平台，方便快捷、降本增效，同时AI等技术的引入也降低了人力成本；IT服务类占比13%，这其中包括面向企业客户的整体数字化服务，也包括面向IT人员的代码服务、测试服务以及运维服务等。IT生产力天然对SaaS有好感，一定程度上也是刚需；财务类SaaS占比11%，其中主要由两大阵营：电子发票以及费控平台，大多从企业电子发票管理以及费用报销场景切入，伴随着电子发票的普及，会有一波红利；另外比较多的SaaS企业服务中小企业的财务外包代记账，传统的财会大多可以通过云端的自动化代替，也是共享服务的一种形式；基础协作类占比10%，包括文档协作、简单流程协作、文书下达等；人力资源管理类SaaS占比9%，也是比较流行的SaaS产业领域；垂直领域SaaS占比也是9%，主要以行业角度或者细分管理角度切入，做深做透也会大有可为；有趣的是零售类SaaS只有两家，但都已经IPO，侧面也反应了我们无数消费者支撑起来的零售大国地位。相比美国，我们比较缺失的有：企业安全及合规遵从类SaaS；企业SaaS商店以及治理平台；生态整合成功的平台（比如SAPConcur）以及能够服务全球企业的SaaS平台等，我国的SaaS市场潜力巨大，尤其垂直领域的SaaS，包括企业管理的细分模块（全面预算、销售绩效、内部银行、供应链计划等等）以及行业整合（汽车经销商网络、消费品促销、地产销售等等）；技术层面来讲，SaaS+AI以及PaaS这两个课题都大有文章可做；产品层面，仍然是需要提升内涵以及管理实践的不断总结与精炼，逐渐构建行业思想领导力；运营层面，客户成功团队的建设和真正客户成功的落地是重中之重，SaaS的商业模式决定了必须把客户成功放在最核心的位置，续约率和不断推出新产品是关键。2019中国SaaSTop100笔者曾就职于SAP、Salesforce和华为等企业，将就职业生涯的思考感悟以及亲身经历做成一系列小文，激发更多思考、讨论和创造，一同见证巨变。
