毛泽东的《忆秦娥·娄山关》：西风烈，长空燕叫霜晨月。霜晨月，马蹄声碎，喇叭声咽。 雄关漫道真如铁，而今迈步从头越。从头越，苍山如海，残阳如血。 娄山关，是通向遵义的关口。遵义会议以后，红军前进受阻，二渡赤水，在清晨再次进攻娄山关，又占领遵义；接而又离开遵义，在赤水四横渡连打胜仗。所以《长征组歌》里有“战士双脚走天下，四渡赤水出奇兵”的歌词。 上阙写清晨；下阙写黄昏。这个诗歌的背景，发生在二渡赤水期间，还未到三、四次渡赤水。遵义会议以后，毛泽东成为红军军事最高层“三人小组”的成员，开始领导红军长征，却前进受阻，二渡赤水，在清晨再次进攻娄山关，又占领遵义；接而又离开遵义。此后三次、四次渡赤水，出奇兵打了胜仗。所以这个诗歌预见了三次、四次渡赤水，又倍感压力，山头老生以为，这个诗歌是毛泽东诗词里面很压抑的一首诗歌。 诗人之所以是诗人，就在于超脱。在灿烂的情绪中透出压抑；在压抑的情绪中透出激昂。所以，我们可以在这个很压抑的诗歌里面，读到十分激昂的句子。 上阙写清晨；下阙写黄昏。上阙写向遵义前进；下阙写离开。上阙：作品写于1935年2月，西风、燕叫、霜，这里写中国的南方，所以没有“雪”，并且借此说情势急迫。“西风烈，长空燕叫霜晨月。”在吹着猛烈西风充满白霜的清晨挂着月亮的天空燕子飞着叫着！“马蹄声碎，喇叭声咽”，马蹄、喇叭，点明军队；声碎、声咽，强调了前面的句子，与“燕叫”呼应，说情势急迫。马蹄声碎，说放慢脚步，并不整齐；喇叭声咽，说喇叭的声音因为压抑所以如呜咽，山头老生曾借此句写了“欲语气先咽”。上阙的超脱在写景，自己的情势急迫，却说是燕子；亮点是“霜晨月”，不说深夜，不说没有月亮的黑夜。 下阙一开始就超脱，激昂的“雄关漫道真如铁，而今迈步从头越。”为下面的句子做铺垫，产生了强烈的对比——“苍山如海，残阳如血。”苍山如海，说前途重山如海，此去西天，困难重重；残阳如血，说太阳要下山了，黑夜接着就来了。暗地里说的，却是，我就是追求如血的太阳在奋斗着。老先生们在格律诗里面读到“血”就大惊小怪，以为破坏了诗歌的雅兴，毛泽东这里的诗歌就说明得很清楚了，用血何妨！ 有人认为，“霜晨月。霜晨月，”和“从头越。从头越，”第二次重复是强调，山头老生不敢苛同。从毛泽东这个诗歌里面，是在压抑的情绪中透出激昂，是诗人的超脱。上阙“西风烈，长空燕叫霜晨月。霜晨月，马蹄声碎，喇叭声咽。”情绪激动而不安，所以“长空燕叫霜晨月。”里面的“霜晨月”，激动而不安。“霜晨月，”又转了下来，变为低调，策应了“马蹄声碎，喇叭声咽”。下阙“雄关漫道真如铁，而今迈步从头越。从头越，苍山如海，残阳如血。”直接的激昂，到了“而今迈步从头越。”的“从头越”，是整个诗歌的最强音；“从头越，”又折回来了，为“苍山如海，残阳如血”作了铺垫。整首词的创作风格：激烈——低调（上阙）。激烈——低调（下阙）。诗人毛泽东很有艺术的创作力，山头老生又说一次，格律诗是艺术。艺术追求对比与和谐的统一，就因为诗人的第二次重复“霜晨月，”、“从头越，”把“激烈”到——“低调”做了个过渡，才使我们读起来觉得很自然，就是和谐的功力。
