原理： 光在同种均匀介质中，在不受引力作用干扰的情况下沿直线传播。通过对光的长期观察，人们发现了沿着密林树叶间隙射到地面的光线形成射线状的光束，从小窗中进入屋里的日光也是这样。大量的观察事实，使人们认识到光是沿直线传播的。为了证明光的这一性质，大约二千四五百年前我国杰出的科学家墨翟和他的学生作了世界上第一个小孔成倒像的实验，解释了小孔成倒像的原理。虽然他讲的并不是成像而是成影，但是道理是一样的。实验结论1、光在同种均匀物质中沿直线传播。2、像距不变时，物距越近，像越大且亮度变亮；物距越远，像越小且亮度变暗。3、物距不变时，屏近像变小，变亮；屏远像变大，变暗。4、物、孔、屏位置不变时，成像为前提，孔相对大时像变亮。

LFL美国女子橄榄球联盟的远动员莫拉莱斯，场上司职是一个外接手以及角卫，莫拉莱斯时常去到美丽的多米尼加共和国与她的团队一起进行体能训练。她说到要在LFL中生存要具备的条件是要够强壮要更聪明，要保持运动的敏捷迅速，要保持脚步的速度与灵活。作为LFL的外接手速度一定要快比赛的节奏很快，是七对七的比赛，所以比赛节奏会非常快，但自己面临比自己强壮三倍的女生在朝你冲过来时，要有足够的扛冲撞能力并且能保护自己防止受伤。在比赛中最重要的是要知道自己什么时候该跑，什么时候该停，怎么才能突破防守队员得分。对于莫拉莱斯来说，成为职业的橄榄球之前她年轻时身高近172，体重才100斤，她不喜欢这样的身材和体重，要知道想成为一名职业的橄榄球运动员，必须训练出足够强壮的身体素质。于是莫拉莱斯不断地加强对自己身体核心力量的锻炼，她不仅拥有强壮的身体，还具备了性感的身材曲线，臀部和肩膀都十分饱满。莫拉莱斯说自己是个素食主义者，喜欢喝龙舌兰，而龙舌兰是芦荟做的对身体也有好处让自己保持身材。自己也说过自己的腹肌是龙舌兰腹肌。莫拉莱斯因为是场上的外接手所以比较注重腿部的训练，这也就是她能拥有饱满的腿部的原因之一。主要是提高自己的爆发力，增强腿部力量，可以提高自己的弹跳，还要提高核心力量，不单单的只要速度，在身体冲撞时，要能承受住对抗。如果没有受到特别强烈的冲撞，也要保证自己的不会摔倒，也就是能时刻保持自己的平衡。
