一、意思不同
1.right now：现在，此时此刻。
2.right away：立刻。
二、用法不同
1.right now：基本意思是“现在”“现时”,用于把现在的情况与过去的情况进行对比,含有强烈的感情色彩,一般不用于完成体。
2.right away：用于表示时间关系时,意思是“立刻”“马上”,也可译为“不一会儿,过一会儿”。
