韩国电影《马拉松》，被称为韩国版《阿甘正传》 喜欢斑马和巧克力的楚元(曹承佑 饰)从外表看起来和同龄人没什么两样，是个可爱、招人喜欢的孩子。某天楚元被诊断出患上自闭症，妈妈庆淑听到这个消息后晕了过去。后来庆淑发现楚元在跑步上有着超乎常人的天赋，希望至少在跑步的时候自己的儿子不会输给别人，抱着这种希望她开始训练儿子。 楚元长成了20岁的小伙子，但他的智力仍停留在5岁孩子的水平，把弟弟当成老师般尊敬，只要出来音乐，不分场合地点就开始手舞足蹈，只要楚元在的地方就会变得乱糟糟。看他的行为和语气跟5岁孩子没什么两样，但从小一直坚持的跑步实力却仍然是第一。 有一天，在世界性比赛中得到过第一名的著名马拉松教练正旭(李基荣 饰)因酒后驾驶得到处罚，从而来到了楚元的学校。庆淑请求正旭教自己儿子跑步，刚开始正旭很烦楚元，但随着和楚元慢慢地接触，正旭越来越被单纯真实的楚元所感化，而楚元也渐渐向正旭开启心扉。正旭发现楚元身上有着马拉松运动员的天赋，决定训练楚元。
