再然后就是负债了，负债的难点我个人觉得是应付职工薪酬，尤其是物品的发放是个难点的地方，这里注意如果是商品就要视同销售，注意视同销售按照销售价格来算，还是按照成本来算应付职工薪酬。注意一个税。如果是固定资产，比如租用车或者房子给管理人员，注意折旧。然后应交税费绕口，应交消费税，注意是连续生产还是收回后直接对外出售。哪些是算营业税金及附加科目，哪些是算入管理费用，这里一定要注意，也是选择爱考的。 接下来是所有者权益，这里内容也少，好理解，没多少可讲的地方，注意利润分配和资本公积吧。注意资本公积涉及到还挺多，你比如投资性房地产的某类经济业务，与资本公积有联系，注意核算范围。然后利润分配和未分配利润吧，这里也有点特殊，没什么对比的。
