忍者「NINJA」，与寿司「SUSI」、艺者「GEISHA」一样，已经成为国际通用语。无论是正宗日本人，或是学忍术的外国人，对忍者所怀抱的形象，通常是：全身黑色装束，能飞檐走壁、跳墙越城、唤雨呼风、移星换斗，使用各种奇形怪状的暗器。此形象，虽非准确无误，倒也八九不离十。 忍者的工作，主要是为主君进行秘策、破坏、暗杀、收集敌方前线情报、搅乱敌方后援基地......等种种谍报活动。由于生前必须隐姓埋名，过着终生见不得天日的生活；更不能留下只言词组，以免日后东窗事发，因此，日本忍者的起源，到底该回溯到哪个时代？没人敢断言。不过，忍术秘本中，留有圣德太子（五世纪末至六世纪初）身边有位名叫「大伴细人」忍者的记载。 目前，日本各地虽有无以数记的忍术流派，但是，追根究底，毕竟还是会回到伊贺（三重县西北部）、甲贺（滋贺县南部）两地。我想，许多人从漫画、小说中得来的印象，可能会误以为伊贺忍者集团与甲贺忍者集团，是不共戴天的宿敌。其实并非如此。两者祖先是同一家人，双方之间大部份也都有亲戚关系。只是，彼此的雇主（主君）若是敌对关系的话，他们便不得不同室操戈，甚或演变成兄弟阋墙的结果。 而另一方，为了便于忍术能世代传授下去，他们之间也不得不频繁通婚，可以说是唇亡齿寒的关系。稍微细想一下，便可知道，一旦生长在该地，无论男女，为了家族秘密，还能跟他乡人结婚生子吗？况且，男忍者背后，通常有女忍者在撑持。这种工作，除非自小耳濡目染，视为当然，否则，丈夫于某天突然不告而别，普通女人谁能忍受，不气得七孔生烟？ 忍者世界中，有四项基本戒律：不准滥用忍术（只能用在公事上）、舍弃一切自尊（逃命要紧）、必须守口如瓶（即便为此失去性命）、绝对不能泄露身份（这是最基本忍术）。忍者活跃的时代，大致有三：十一世纪末至十二世纪末的源平时代、十三世纪的南北朝时代、十四世纪中旬至十五世纪末的战国时代。而战国时代也可以说是忍者「百花齐放，百家争鸣」的时代。 忍者又分为「上忍」、「中忍」、「下忍」。「上忍」，又称「智囊忍」，专门策略作战整体计划。「中忍」，是实际作战时的指挥头子，当然忍术也得超群出众才行。「下忍」，又称「体忍」，相当于现代的特殊部队，在最前线实际作战的忍者。彼此之间等级关系泾渭分明，「下忍」对「中忍」唯命是从，「中忍」对「上忍」俯首帖耳。 以下是有关忍者装备简略说明： 【装束】 忍者通常在新月或阴天夜晚潜入敌方城楼与宅邸，如果全身黑色装束，轮廓反而会更显突出，因此，基本装束颜色是深蓝。碰到月明星稀的夜晚，便换成灰色或是茶色装束。有时候外面是灰色，里面是茶色，万一遭遇敌方追击，可以在途中将装束反穿过来，利用颜色错觉逃脱险境。另外，深蓝色可以防治毒蛇、蚊子等虫子侵袭，这是用含有铁分的天然染料染成的布料。美国开拓民发明出的牛仔裤，目的与忍者装束一样。 至于内裤，当然是日本传统的兜裆布（一条细长白布）。只是，忍者的束法同一般人不同，长度也比较长。他们将兜裆布从脖子缠到胯下，最后绑在腰际。如此，可以随时从脖子后抽出兜裆布，当做绷带或绳子应急。上衣里头有许多口袋，放一些不能淋湿的火药、缝衣针、救急药（包括安眠药、毒药）等；腰带里头则放一些日用杂物。手套与绑腿，通常藏着一些暗器。 【武器】 为了蒙混国境关卡守关人员的审问，忍者在旅途中，通常是农夫打扮。因此，所谓的忍者暗器，往往是改造自农具、日常必需用品、园丁道具等。这些武器，大多是自己发明铸造，只有自己深知其用法，因而在旁人眼里看来，跟一般日用品没什么分别。这也是忍者武器失传的主要原因之一。 现代人从各种忍术秘本中，所得知的忍术武器，主要有七种：手里剑（syuriken）、撒菱（makibisi）、忍刀（sinobigatana）、吹矢（hukiya）、忍杖（sikomidue）、手甲钩（tekkoukagi）、水蜘蛛（mizugumo）。「手里剑」是飞镖，刀尖涂有剧毒。「撒菱」，是逃走时撒在身后的一种菱形武器；凡是凹凸不平，能够刺伤双足的东西，例如天然石头、干燥果实、铁器等，都可以拿来代用。「忍刀」，附有一条长约三公尺的绳子，翻越城墙时，可以当踏脚工具，再利用绳子收回；刀鞘，临危时可以当潜在水中的通气管。「吹矢」，则是毒针，通常藏在笛子内；有时候旅途中必需扮装成艺人，因此，忍者除了必须学吹矢手法，还得练习吹笛技术。「忍杖」，顾名思义，是一根藏有链子、长矛、刀剑等武器的手杖。「手甲钩」，各式各样，有装在指甲上的，有套在手背上的，就看当事者擅长哪种功夫，自己变把戏。「水蜘蛛」，渡河时用的道具，平时可以叠起来藏在包裹内。 【忍者食】 忍者绝对不能「发福」，由于得时时隐身在天花板上、地板下，甚至悬挂在树上、屋内支柱上，用只手支撑自己的体重，因此，忍者必须注意不让自己的体重超过六十公斤。以男人的臂力来讲，能够只手悬空与敌方打斗的上限体重是六十公斤（不信的人，自己试试看）。「忍者食」以谷物为主，低热量、低脂肪、高蛋白质。主食通常是糙米、小麦、蕃薯，配菜是黄豆制成的豆腐、味噌，其它是梅子、蔬菜、芝麻、鹌鹑蛋等。会增强体臭的食物，例如韭菜、肉类、葱、大蒜、姜，嗜好品香烟等，一律列为禁品。而且，忍者时常洗澡、洗衣，目的都是去掉体臭。另外，松子、榧子等植物果实，也是忍者的主食之一。 「携带食」也很重要。一旦接获任务指令，无论是野外露宿，或是潜伏在敌方宅邸天花板上，身上都必须有「携带食」，以便维持体力。干燥芋头，可以串成项链，挂在颈上；蒸熟的米，晒干后，可以防腐。二者皆可用开水冲泡，成为充饥快餐。此外，用麦角、梅子、冰糖搅合成药丸，便成为「止渴丸」；用红萝卜、荞面粉、麦粉、山芋、甘草、薏苡、糯米粉，全部磨成粉末，浸泡在酒中三年，待酒蒸发后，揉成桃子核一般大小，一天仅吃三粒，便不用担心会耗费体力。还有一种「兵笼丸」，是用红萝卜、麦粉、糯米粉、蜂蜜、酒，用文火熬干，再揉成小丸子晒干，一天服用三十粒，便可以获取必要的维生素。「兵笼丸」应该是战争时，兵士们固守城池时用的吧？总之，这也是主要「忍者食」之一。 【野外生存法】 忍者具有丰富的药草知识，可以分辨毒药与良药，见机行事。对野生动物的习性，也了如指掌，许多忍术，都是从野生动物习性学以致用的。天文气象学，更是不可欠缺的基本忍术之一。例如，夜晚观察蜘蛛网上有没有水滴，若是有，翌日便是晴天；月亮周围有一圈月晕，或是月光比平日亮时，翌日则是雨天；深夜十二点、清晨八点、傍晚时分开始下的雨，可能会连续下好几天。在深山中迷路时，用火烤热缝衣针针头，或是在针上涂上蜡，立即放在水中，针头所指的方向，便是北方。忍者身上的缝衣针，不仅可以用来分辨方向，也可以当成受伤、疲累时的针灸道具。身上水壶内的水喝光时，怎么办？找蚂蚁洞或蝼蛄洞。有蚂蚁、蝼蛄的地方，附近必定有水源。 【忍术】 首先，当然是得临机应变化身为各种身份。忍者的基本「七化」（nanabake）是：出家、虚无僧、山伏、放下师、常之形、商人、猿乐师。「出家」（syukke），是一般光头和尚。「虚无僧」（komusou），头上戴着圆筒形竹笠，盖住整张脸孔；身上披着袈裟；颈上挂着托钵；边吹萧边化缘乞讨。「山伏」（yamabusi），在山野中修行的僧侣。「放下师」（houkasi），相当于现代的街头艺人，表演魔术、特技、耍猴等。「常之形」（tunenokata），化身为在地农人或武士，条件是，必须会讲一口流利的当地方言。「商人」，就是卖药、卖糖的行商。「猿乐师」（sarugakusi），江湖艺人。其它还有「变相术」、「变体术」、「变声术」等。 传递机密文件时，最佳方法是暗记。不过，有时候是缝在衣服里边；有时候将文件捻成一条绳子，同草笠编在一起。更有将细长纸条缠在一个圆筒上，于上面记载下文书内容，之后解下纸条，内容便会成为脉络不明的文字；收件人于收到文件后，再将纸条缠在同样粗大的圆筒上，回复原形。我个人认为最「酷」的方法是，将文字刻在头皮上！这种方法，必须于事前先将头发剃成光头，再施以刺青，待头发留长后，平安回到主君面前时，再度剃光头发。可是，这方法，一定非常痛。不过，反正忍者都会调药，应该有类似现代的麻醉药吧。另一种方法是，利用「神代文字」。这是中国汉字传到日本之前的大和古代文字，相当于中国的甲骨文。战国时代时，已经罕得有人能够读解出神代文字，于是便成为忍者之间的「暗号」。 其它还有种种千奇百怪的忍术，「文」、「武」、「艺」、「乐」皆有，数不胜数。 德川家康在江户（东京）设立了幕府之后，一部份伊贺忍者成为幕府的警卫人员与密探，剩下的伊贺忍者与甲贺忍者，则被派分到各地大名领地。明治维新时，忍术已经逐渐失传，这些忍者后裔，通通改行转业，成为警察、医生、药房老板、焰火师等。话虽如此，「NINJA」这个透古通今的世界，依然具有莫大的吸引力，令现代日本人，乃至外国人，皆禁不住好奇，想探头去瞧瞧：这葫芦里究竟卖的是什么药？！ 问：忍者是什么？忍者与武士有什么区别？忍者的情况怎么样？ 忍者：简单的解释就是在古代日本一种受过特殊机构施以特殊[忍术训练]而产生出来的特战杀手、特战间谍.其所呈现的是属于“派系组织性的单位”形态.而这种“组织性的单位”有很多门派分布在日本各地.有官方及非官方性质的.基本上“忍者”这种产物的诞生其因素完全和日本古代“战国时期”这种客观环境有很大的关系. 日本古代“战国时期”就如同早期中国的“春秋战国时期”一样;城邦分立.各自为政.到处都是兵荒马乱和充满血腥残酷的杀戮及无情的战火.而这些争权夺利互相斗争的诸侯及军阀们非常的迫切需要培养一批专业化的渗透部队能快速潜入敌后进行侦查"刺探"暗杀"扰乱及破坏等的间谍任务.“忍者”就是在这样充满动乱的险恶大环境中诞生出来的. 而早期这些诸侯军阀们所培养出的“专业化渗透部队”在初期事实上并非就有雇用到“忍者”.只不过算是任何政权都必然会设置的一种官方所属的情报作战单位.也就是说仅是单纯的"间谍"罢了!那后来产生所谓的“忍者”与“间谍”的差别在哪呢?我们都知道;“忍术”是从中国经两国相互往来在文化上的交流而流传到日本的一种特殊修道术.“忍术”在日本逐渐演变成许多门派分布在日本各地自成独树一格的修道派流. 忍者：原本只是一种对于“忍术修炼者”的称呼.而某些自成派系的“忍术修炼者”本身就拥有众多门下弟子.这些“忍术修炼者”自己本身或门下弟子私底下就利用自己所习得的“忍术”培养了属于个人所拥有的“专属私人部队”.开始以企业化及军事化的经营理念方式管理.时而得受予金钱成为职业杀手"雇佣兵.也时而受雇于政府单位部门执行敌后任务. 到后来因为政府单位以投资报酬率及投资风险的角度眼光去分析及评估:发现[忍者]的战略价值"任务效率"忠诚度实在高于一般的间谍及杀手.所以“忍者”到后期就逐渐受到政府单位的重视.也因此开始有了属于政府官方的[专属忍者部队]. [忍者与间谍]一样都是属[特种作战层级]的组织.但[忍者]不一样的地方就是除了本质学能上要受一般的间谍基本训练外;其最为不同之处在于多了一项就是[忍术]的训练.[忍者就是拥有忍术技法之特战层级的单位所培养出来的终极战士].任务形态更为复杂.更加不单纯!!比一般间谍层次更高.这就是所谓的[忍者]. 许多人印象中总以为[忍者]每次出任务都是以黑衣蒙面的姿态出现.实在是受到武侠小说和电影过份夸张的"物像化"错误影响.的确!这种黑色的衣服确实是[忍者]出任务时经常穿著的服饰但也是要看任务状况而定.这种黑色的衣服也并不是所谓的[忍者制服].事实上古代日本的老百姓在工作时也经常穿著这种黑色的工作衣.那不过是一种日本古代的工作衣罢了!只是因为当[忍者]在暗夜人静时能方便执行任务上的隐密需求才特别穿著这种染黑的工作衣.而在工作衣上有特别的稍加略作修改.以符合任务及作战上的需求. 真正的[忍者]在出任务时才不会像小说和电影所叙述的总是以黑衣蒙面的姿态出现.真正的[忍者]在出任务时通常都是化妆成各式各样的社会人士或各行各业的角色混入一般人群之中作为自我身份的掩饰.例如:乞丐"化缘和尚"技艺杂耍表演人"路边摊"武士"浪人"修道士"江湖郎中等等不定的角色.跟现代的情报员"特务的形态是一样的. 忍术 忍术，又名隐术，即隐身术，为日本古代武道中一颗隐秘武技的明珠。 忍术同空手道、柔道、少林寺拳法等日本武技一样，最初是由中国武术传到日本后逐步发展起来的日本特殊武功。据史载，忍术产生于距今三百年前，即日本十七世纪的日本幕府时代，随着日本宫廷追捕，武术阶级势力的上升及间谍工作的需要，出现了越来越多的忍术高手——“忍者”，忍术也日渐盛行。但长期以来，忍术仅为忍者家族世代秘传，外界则很难知其详貌。 忍术的训练要求必须从小开始，凡忍者家族成员，不拘男女老幼，均须无条件的继承这一家庭职业传统（忍术训练），就忍术训练内容来看，其基本训练主要包括平衡、灵敏、力量、持久以及特殊技巧五个方面。 平衡训练：首先从走竹竿开始，至能立于滚圆竹竿上而不滑倒；将竹竿升离地面三尺左右，继续走竹竿，练到行动自如；继续增高竹竿高度，直至三四十尺高度民主，至此身不畏高，翻腾跳扎，如履平地。具备这样的平衡能力后，才能在屋顶、墙头及树木上行走如飞。 灵敏训练：训练从幼年开始，多进行灵敏素质专项训练，如跳过插满刀片的绳子，训练后期做危险障碍跑，跑步途中布满许多危险的障碍物，身法稍有不灵或反映略有不敏，即受障碍物致伤。因此，忍术的灵敏要求十分严格。 持久力训练：忍术的持久力训练分静、动两种练法。静练法：双手挂于树上，支持全身，地上则放满暗器，要求练者决不能松手跳下来，动练法，采用基本的长跑功夫，要有跑五六千里的耐力。一个优秀的忍术高手，加上跳跃，可以每日跑一百五十多里。 力量训练：忍术的力量训练力求最大限度的发挥人体的力量，采用的训练方法很多，这里不再列举。 特殊技巧训练：忍术武技中的特殊技巧训练有多种：诸如潜水屏气、徒手搏斗、剑道、暗器、化装术、药物术、施毒解毒术、听力嗅觉训练。。。且要有高水平的忍饥耐渴的野外生存能力。 忍术武技要求忍者在剑术、箭术、马术、柔术、脚功、身体平衡、放毒镖等方面必须有一流的水平。但要求最高的武技还是闻名的隐身飞遁之术。隐术，其实并无真正的隐身之术，只是训练到手脚异常灵敏，纵跳奔跑能力很强，在人未发现他时，忍者便已一纵即逝了。这项在中国武技中冠以飞檐走壁称之，实是靠长期的跳、抓、登、越功夫才练出来的。由于忍术高手诡秘的行动，隐匿的行踪，人们又称忍术为“鬼术”、“无形术”。 除飞行隐身外，发放暗器亦为忍术武技之一绝。忍术暗器多为毒镖及铜币（边峰开刃），也有剑、、凿等。忍术暗器应用较多，掷发淬毒的铜币是每个忍术高手的绝活。 与“飞行术”“发暗器”并称“忍术三绝”的还有“施毒解毒术”。忍术高手个个都精于此道。据载，忍术所用毒药是从矿物和动植物中提炼出来的，药力之强，足以致人死命；仅少许药量也足使人昏昏欲睡、瘫痪或大笑不止。忍术的投毒手段很多也很隐秘，匕首、飞镖及箭的尖端蘸有毒药用于暗杀；食物或饮料中掺入毒药以谋杀；使用各种有毒物品如有毒的鲜花等。忍术的解毒术通用解药，是用草药和药酒等调制而成。 被视作“杀人之术”的忍术长期以来仅为忍者组织专习，用以专事刺探情报，暗杀政敌等活动。在日本德川幕府与中国唐朝时代，间谍反间谍活动的盛行，无意也是各种忍者组织的大斗法。 在社会的发展中，已使得忍术及忍者的恐怖活动遭到世人的谴责，终于被明令取缔，忍术的活动由此完全转入地下。人们也少有所知了。近年影视作品的渲染，才使得世人再次认识到了日本这一古老而残酷的武技之花。 忍术的发源 忍术的理论基础是由中国传来日本的孙子兵法而来,之后再加上修练道,以及在山中的伏击技巧发展而成.在平安时代时,由于武士阶级兴起,在山中伏击的兵法就由武士去发展.在源平时代,学会在山中伏击的源义经成功的使用了山中伏击的技巧,完成了攻击面战法的理论.在南北朝时代,楠木正成发展出防御面的兵法,在此同时,忍术跟武术才分开成不同的系统. 忍术的流派 在战国时代,忍术开始有长足的进步,因为这个时代非常需要忍术,武术和兵法.但是和兵法,武术不同的是,忍术有他的独特性.忍术发达的地区有以下几处忍术的流派也就是用以下的地名当作流派的名称:武藏,甲斐,越后,信浓,等四州伊贺,甲贺,纪伊,等三州.其中后三州的忍术在日本是最为发达的. 忍术教科书"万川集海" 原本在大和民族东征之前,伊贺跟甲贺两地是不分的,这里都被称作IGA.后来因为在室町与战国时代,这两百年间地名分开,所以流派也慢慢分开啦.不过虽然流派分开,可是忍者修练的经典却是同一本书,这本书我们叫做"万川集海".这本书有着教导忍者如何施行忍术的一切理论基础与技能. 为何伊贺与甲贺的忍术如此发达呢? 伊贺与甲贺离京都跟名古屋算是很近,而且位在重山险阻围绕的封闭小盆地里,自成一个小天地.可是在战略上的位置却是十分的重要.因为靠近日本的中央近畿地带,所以受到京都的文化影响蛮深的.神社,寺院,庄园都很多.在后来庄园制度崩坏的时候,土豪们就一个个崛起.在战国时代,这ueab7小的土地居然有60个土豪,但是因为土地都很小,所以大家都想夺取对方的土地,于是每家人家大概都会养个30-40个兵,以便对付"敌国"(这非常类似台湾当年开垦土地时代,闽南人各村庄之间的为土地而械斗的情形,也有些类似闽客互斗).这里的竞争是超乎外人想象的激烈,土豪们互相结盟,互相探查敌情,也互相屠戮,被打击的土豪一但垮了,就很难再爬起,也难怪这种有山地,征战又激烈的地方,会成为忍术发展的大本营.时间久了,各土豪之间就慢慢发展出一种平衡,然后忍术也开始冠于全国. 忍术的理论由来 忍者的出身多半来自农民,而不是出身高贵的武士.忍术的山中伏击技巧、来自住在大和、吉野、鞍马、根来、伊贺的山地战经验。京都则是忍术中使用的法术(阴阳道)发祥地、因为不远处有比??、高野等佛教密宗的本山。忍术的武芸面来自柳生流剑派、宝藏院流枪术。 中国,韩国的移民与忍者 因为大和朝廷非常欢迎外地拥有技术的人来日本定居.所以中国跟朝鲜就有大量的人过来.例如制造陶器,盔甲,服装的师傅,有很多人就是由中国与朝鲜搬到日本这些人通常都定居京都,然后也有些人就搬到附近的伊贺或甲贺去工作.此外,这里的异民族和归化人(外地人落籍日本,变成日本人,改姓日本姓氏)很多.例如德川幕府初期,因为服部半藏跟随家康工作,就有许多伊贺,甲贺的人跟着服部搬到江户去住.笄町,就是伊贺,甲贺町的转化.在那里还留有半藏门(服部半藏住过的老房子)的地名.据说服部半藏就是转化人.他的家族本是中国人,姓秦,后来因为定居日本,为了跟当地合而为一,就改了个日本姓,改姓服部,从此服部一家就此诞生. 外地工艺师傅的影响 此外,外地人传入的科技,例如火药在此生根,所以这里是日本很早就有的火药制造地.其它的工艺人也在此生根,例如制造工艺品的师傅,耍玩偶的师傅....各种艺人都来啦...因此造成伊贺,甲贺地区有许多这样的人,造成日后忍者可以以许多民间卖艺工艺身份的技能去从事谍报工作.可是在当时的社会,这种人的身分并不高尚(在他们的故乡中国与朝鲜,这些人的身分也不高,商人是士农工商四民之末,当然日本也分士农工商阶级,可是士指的是士大夫,也就是武士). 最爱用忍者的武将--武田信玄 因为信玄非常讨厌自己国家的秘密被他人知道,所以喜欢训练忍者.他最爱驱使自己培养的忍者(他叫他们为"乱波"),还有"三者"(这也是武田家叫忍者的一种称呼)."乱波"的由来是来自于甲,信,越三地的流浪无业游民,或是强盗集团把他们组织化,教以山地战还有其它的战斗技巧,于是这样就成为忍者啦.此外,"三者"是"间见","见方",还有"目付"的总称,这些人是斥候和间谍的专家.信玄派富田乡左卫门去统驭"三者"这些忍者. 秀吉与蜂须贺小六 大家都知道,羽柴秀吉在无路可走时,曾经投靠蜂须贺小六,在他家里吃白饭.蜂须贺小六是在美浓地区活跃的"夜盗"(强盗,好听一点叫做野武士,没有找到雇用他们的主子的军队,难听一点就说是趁着夜色出没抢钱的山大王).反正干强盗集团的人通常不穷,所以也就可以好客让一些没饭吃的人投靠他,到他家吃饭.后来这些人因为帮助秀吉??了墨股城,所以化为官军,总算洗脱强盗污名,可是由于信长非常讨厌军纪差的烂军队,所以蜂须贺小六从此跟他的强盗集团再也不干杀人越货的事情,可是他们在强盗时期所训练出来的一身偷鸡摸狗好本领却成为当忍者的好条件,于是那些人就转为当成羽柴秀吉军队的忍者.而且在各大战役都有杰出的表现. 忍者的秘密 忍者「NINJA」，与寿司「SUSI」、艺者「GEISHA」一样，已经成为国际通用语。无论是正宗日本人，或是学忍术的外国人，对忍者所怀抱的形象，通常是：全身黑色装束，能飞檐走壁、跳墙越城、唤雨呼风、移星换斗，使用各种奇形怪状的暗器。此形象，虽非准确无误，倒也八九不离十。 忍者的工作，主要是为主君进行秘策、破坏、暗杀、收集敌方前线情报、搅乱敌方后援基地……等种种谍报活动。由于生前必须隐姓埋名，过着终生见不得天日的生活；更不能留下只言词组，以免日后东窗事发，因此，日本忍者的起源，到底该回溯到哪个时代？没人敢断言。不过，忍术秘本中，留有圣德太子（五世纪末至六世纪初）身边有位名叫「大伴细人」忍者的记载。 目前，日本各地虽有无以数记的忍术流派，但是，追根究底，毕竟还是会回到伊贺（三重县西北部）、甲贺（滋贺县南部）两地。我想，许多人从漫画、小说中得来的印象，可能会误以为伊贺忍者集团与甲贺忍者集团，是不共戴天的宿敌。其实并非如此。两者祖先是同一家人，双方之间大部份也都有亲戚关系。只是，彼此的雇主（主君）若是敌对关系的话，他们便不得不同室操戈，甚或演变成兄弟阋墙的结果。 而另一方，为了便于忍术能世代传授下去，他们之间也不得不频繁通婚，可以说是唇亡齿寒的关系。稍微细想一下，便可知道，一旦生长在该地，无论男女，为了家族秘密，还能跟他乡人结婚生子吗？况且，男忍者背后，通常有女忍者在撑持。这种工作，除非自小耳濡目染，视为当然，否则，丈夫于某天突然不告而别，普通女人谁能忍受，不气得七孔生烟？ 忍者世界中，有四项基本戒律：不准滥用忍术（只能用在公事上）、舍弃一切自尊（逃命要紧）、必须守口如瓶（即便为此失去性命）、绝对不能泄露身份（这是最基本忍术）。忍者活跃的时代，大致有三：十一世纪末至十二世纪末的源平时代、十三世纪的南北朝时代、十四世纪中旬至十五世纪末的战国时代。而战国时代也可以说是忍者「百花齐放，百家争鸣」的时代。 忍者又分为「上忍」、「中忍」、「下忍」。「上忍」，又称「智囊忍」，专门策略作战整体计划。「中忍」，是实际作战时的指挥头子，当然忍术也得超群出才行。「下忍」，又称「体忍」，相当于现代的特殊部队，在最前线实际作战的忍者。彼此之间等级关系泾渭分明，「下忍」对「中忍」唯命是从，「中忍」对「上忍」俯首帖耳。 以下是有关忍者装备简略说明： 【装束】 忍者通常在新月或阴天夜晚潜入敌方城楼与宅邸，如果全身黑色装束，轮廓反而会更显突出，因此，基本装束颜色是深蓝。碰到月明星稀的夜晚，便换成灰色或是茶色装束。有时候外面是灰色，里面是茶色，万一遭遇敌方追击，可以在途中将装束反穿过来，利用颜色错觉逃脱险境。另外，深蓝色可以防治毒蛇、蚊子等虫子侵袭，这是用含有铁分的天然染料染成的布料。美国开拓民发明出的牛仔裤，目的与忍者装束一样。 至于内裤，当然是日本传统的兜裆布（一条细长白布）。只是，忍者的束法同一般人不同，长度也比较长。他们将兜裆布从脖子缠到胯下，最后绑在腰际。如此，可以随时从脖子后抽出兜裆布，当做绷带或绳子应急。上衣里头有许多口袋，放一些不能淋湿的火药、缝衣针、救急药（包括安眠药、毒药）等；腰带里头则放一些日用杂物。手套与绑腿，通常藏着一些暗器。 【武器】 为了蒙混国境关卡守关人员的审问，忍者在旅途中，通常是农夫打扮。因此，所谓的忍者暗器，往往是改造自农具、日常必需用品、园丁道具等。这些武器，大多是自己发明铸造，只有自己深知其用法，因而在旁人眼裏看来，跟一般日用品没什ueab7分别。这也是忍者武器失传的主要原因之一。 现代人从各种忍术秘本中，所得知的忍术武器，主要有七种：手里剑（syuriken）、撒菱（makibisi）、忍刀（sinobigatana）、吹矢（hukiya）、忍杖（sikomidue）、手甲（tekkoukagi）、水蜘蛛（mizugumo）。「手里剑」是飞镖，刀尖涂有剧毒。「撒菱」，是逃走时撒在身后的一种菱形武器；凡是凹凸不平，能够刺伤双足的东西，例如天然石头、干燥果实、铁器等，都可以拿来代用。「忍刀」，附有一条长约三公尺的绳子，翻越城墙时，可以当踏脚工具，再利用绳子收回；刀鞘，临危时可以当潜在水中的通
