【 #工作总结# 导语】当工作进行到一定阶段或告一段落时，需要回过头来对所做的工作认真地分析研究一下，肯定成绩，找出问题，归纳出经验教训，提高认识，明确方向，以便进一步做好工作，并把这些用文字表述出来，就叫做工作总结。 考 网准备了《流动人口工作总结三篇》，供大家参考! 篇一 　　一年来，我镇的流动人口管理服务工作，在县业务部门和镇党委、政府的正确领导下，坚持以科学发展观统领该项工作，紧紧围绕控制人口过快增长，提高出生人口素质这一主要任务，继续抓好《流动人口计划生育工作条例》的贯彻落实，加快建立和不断完善“依法管理、村民自治、优质服务、政策推动、综合治理”新的工作机制，全面提升高质量的工作水平，为构建和谐罗悃创造良好的人口环境。 　　一、流出人口管理工作概况 　　1、流出人口统计工作 　　截止6月30日，全镇历年来流出总人口7193人，18周岁以上育龄妇女2045人，持有有效《流动人口婚育证》1439人，育龄妇女持证率92、22%；已婚育龄妇女1730人。流入人口1355人，18岁以上育龄妇女420人，持证378人，已婚育龄妇女364人，对流入人口均已全部验证，验证率100%。 　　2、流动人口*、验证工作 　　镇计生办专门明确一名计生干部负责本项工作，并由该同志负责对村计生员进行流动人口*、验证相关知识进行培训；从而使每一位需要外出务工的人员从申请→签订流动人口管理合同书→办理《流动人口婚育证》的这一过程所需的*材料都很清楚，这样既方便了群众，又减轻了工作人员的负担。对流入人口，严格按照规定进行验证，并及时与户籍地联系，掌握流入者的婚育情况，把其列为本镇村民同服务、同管理。使*率和验证率均达100%。 　　3、流出人员个案及跟踪管理工作 　　对每一位流出人员的档案进行整理、归类、归档，便于随时查看和更新材料。同时，特别对未婚和持《服务证》或《生育证》的育龄妇女进行跟踪管理，严密监视他（她）们的婚育情况。确保无一例出生漏报、迟报和错报。 　　二、存在的问题 　　1、对外逃对象，特别是双女外逃对象的现居住地点不够清楚； 　　2、对未婚育龄人员的管理和服务工作做得还不够好； 　　3、对出人员在政策宣传方面做得不够； 　　三、下步工作打算 　　1、进一步加强对外出未术对象的跟踪管理，紧紧抓住第一手资料，实行分管领导→驻村干部→村两委→村计生员层层签订责任状，一级抓一级，摸清外逃对象的现居住地址，以便同当地计生部门联系，尽可能地消化手术库存。 　　2、对未婚人员进行分类管理、分类指导和分类服务，不断加强干群感情，使该项工作的各项指标得以全面完成。 　　3、利用节假日、下组和前来办理《流动人口婚育证》的时间，向外出人员宣传《中华人民共和国人口与计划生育法》、《贵州省人口与计划生育条例》、《流动人口计划生育工作管理办法》和《流动人口计划生育管理和服务工作若干规定》等有关计划生育、流动人口等法律法规。使他（她）们履行好自已的责任和义务，为做好流动人口管理和服务工作奠定坚实基础。 篇二 　　xx年，在镇党委、政府的领导下，在市卫生和计划生育局的指导下，五眼泉镇以全面落实国家《流动人口计划生育工作条例》、《湖北省流动人口计划生育工作办法》为重点，紧紧围绕“强基础、促平衡、创特色、上水平”的总体思路，完善“统筹管理、服务均等、信息共享、区域协作、双向考核”的工作机制，狠抓流动人口计划生育管理网格服务工作，不断提升管理服务水平，全面完成各项考核任务。 　　一、领导重视，组织健全，责任明确 　　一年以来，镇党委、政府高度重视此项工作，坚持党政一把手亲自抓、负总责，把人口和计划生育工作作为提高人口质量、提升生育文明的重要举措来抓。成立了以镇党委副书记、镇长牟阳同志为组长，分管副镇长王柳同志为副组长，派出所所长、计生办主任、各村(居)书记主任为成员的领导小组。纳入全镇的整体目标，对11个村、1个社区、辖区的物管、工地等单位实施目标管理，签订目标责任书。镇计生办工作人员实行分片包干，分级负责，切实做到领导到位，认识到位，工作到位，资金到位，保证工作的顺利进行。 　　二、政策落实，强化服务，夯实基础 　　1、流动人口做到家底清、情况明。 　　今年，通过日常巡查、定期检查和临时抽查等方式，充分发挥村计生专干、组级信息员的作用，开展全方位的管理工作，要求镇联村的各级领导常下去走访，做到家底清、情况明。目前全镇流动人口登记上册2078人，育龄妇女流出918人，流入1人，已婚育龄妇女流出785人，持证人数785人，*率达100%。流动人口综合服务率达91%，流入人口登记率达100%，流入已婚育龄妇女“三查”率达100%。 　　2、网格化管理做到无疏漏。 　　作为一个山区乡镇，广大人民群众在农闲的时候大多选择外出务工增加家庭收入，因此流动人口较多，这也给我们的工作提出了更高的要求。在工作中，实施了覆盖全镇的流动人口网络化管理。一是建立领导牵头，镇、村、社区、派出所、劳动等共同协作的“流动人口计划生育网格”化服务管理体系。明确具体网格服务管理责任人12人(计生专干)，信息采集员66人(组级信息员)，以包村、包社区、包小组的网格化管理方式，落实每个人员的具体责任，做到流动人口网格管理的全覆盖。 　　二是提升流动人口网格化管理水平。在加强日常培训的同时，我们还采取“请进来”和“走出去”的方式，提高网格服务管理责任人和信息采集员的计划生育政策法规、业务知识水平及具体工作的能力，使采集员对具体负责的小组的流动人口的情况做到了“家底清”、“流向清”，保证了流动人口信息采集的质量。三是做好信息共享，区域协作。建立完善流动人口数据库。 　　通过村级计生专干和组级信息员及时收集上报的信息，结合流动人口“暖冬行动”、专项活动、月度报表等时机做好流动人口清理登记;通过公安、工商、卫生、城建、企业等相关部门收集信息，建立流动人口信息通报制度;通过书信、QQ、微信、湖北省流动人口PADIS对接平台等收集流动人口信息。对于流动人口常住地与现居住地计生部门取得联系，及时掌握动向，从而达到户籍地和现居住地共同管理，实现流动人口管理在流出地之间的无缝链接，以信息化建设为依托，实现信息交流，提高流动人口计划生育服务管理效率。 　　3、数据平台彰显功效。 　　随着社会的发展和计生工作要求的不断提高，流动人口的管理也进入了信息化的时代。完善PADIS系统，更是考核工作好坏的关键。在时间紧、任务重、人手少、网络不流畅等的条件下，镇计生办想方设法，完成系统的录入，目前已录入流动人口2078人，登记入库率100%，流出已婚育龄妇女人口785人，*率100%，系统数据准确率达到98%以上。 　　三、抓好流动人口均等化服务管理 　　一是流动人口“三查”服务正常开展。鉴于全镇流动人口较多，且流动性大。因此我们积极取得市计生服务站的支持，在春节流动人口返乡期间，集中开展两次免费孕前优生健康检查和生殖健康普查，有68对夫妻参加免费孕前优生健康检查，多数返乡育龄妇女参加了免费生殖健康普查。 　　二是充分发挥各级计生协会的作用，结合各个纪念节日的宣传主题积极开展各类主题活动。在暖冬行动、协会活动日、7.11世界人口日等时期，计生协会认真组织开展了幸福舞起来广场舞等活动，参加人员达500余人次，免费发放药具200支，宣传资料500多份。三是发挥阵地建设作用。定期更换计生橱窗的内容，同时采取发放宣传手册及致流动人口一封信等多种形式向流动人口宣传流动人口计划管理办法、政策，进一步营造宣传氛围。 　　四、搭建载体，创新举措，计生工作人性化 　　转变原来单一的管理，从多角度、多方位，立足于对流动人口优质服务出发，推行人口文化引领，人性化关怀服务为抓手。一是提高服务理念，创新服务效果。为了探索流动人口服务的新方法，更好地为流动人口服好务，镇计生办和计划生育服务中心联手，对全镇的育龄妇女从技术服务、药具发放、人员培训、信息咨询、优生优育指导、随访服务、生殖健康等方面进行跟踪服务，在不违背相关法规政策的前提下，加强思路创新拓展工作方法。 　　二是加强开展流动人口基础工作，不断提高流动人口计划生育服务管理和服务水平，镇计生办按照要求定期组织计生业务工作的检查和考核，镇计生办工作人员分批到各个村(居)检查，流动人口相关基础资料及流动人口计划生育网格化管理的信息采集。我们分别在每个村抽查20人，进行实地走访询问，检查流动人口信息采集工作，并对所有的有效联系方式进行不定期抽查。 　　因为流动人口流动性大，流动人口管理工作是一项系统性工程，其繁重而巨大的工程量，需要很大的物力和人力来保障，受一定条件的制约，在措施及制度的落实上还有不足之处，对流动人口的登记、*、回访、联系等工作也还有落实不扎实的地方。尽管困难再大，我们仍然有信心、有决心把明年计划生育和流动人口管理工作做得更好。 篇三 　　20**年我社区大力开展流动人口计划生育工作，在湖熟街道计生办的正确指导下，结合社区工作实际，狠抓流动人口和计划生育管理工作现将工作总结如下： 　　一、网格化管理，筑牢服务根基 　　龙都社区现有流动人口303人，其中流入人口299人，育龄妇女127人，已婚育龄妇女107人，流出人口4人，已婚育龄妇女2人。 　　按照“任务相当、方便管理、界定清晰、责任明确”的实际情况，加强服务网络建设，社区计生专干每季度对公安新增流动人员上门进行核对，确保信息准确并及时录入流动人口信息平台，对网格内的各类管理对象底子清、情况明、信息全。 　　二、立体化联动，实现综合治理 　　加强与公安部门的协作，严格落实《流动人口婚育证明》查验制度，每月一小查，每季一大查，并登记建档。按照“谁用工谁负责，谁受益谁管理”的原则，要求建设施工单位先查验婚育证明，后签订劳动合同。社区与流入已婚育龄妇女签定计划生育实施合同;与房屋出租户签订房屋出租综合管理责任保证书;社区与驻区单位签订计划生育管理双向服务协议书，进一步稳定低生育水平，为广大流动育龄群众提供计划生育优质服务。 　　三、均等化服务，生育生活零差别 　　将流动人口纳入社区服务体系，做到了流动人口与常住人口计生同宣传、同服务、同管理。对新婚流动人口提供个性化新婚咨询服务;对即将怀孕的流动妇女提供优生、优育、优教服务;对流动老年人群提供心理关怀、生活扶持;对已婚流动育龄妇女提供免费技术服务 　　四、做好返乡流动人口服务工作 　　对返乡流动人口及时进行走访，进一步完善档案信息，对未建档人员及时纳入管理，掌握第一手的流动人口信息资料，为返乡服务对象开展一次免费B超、尿检服务，为检查中发现疾病的育龄妇女免费提供技术服务和咨询指导，实行动态跟进服务，提高社区流动人口数据库质量。 　　20**年我社区流动人口计划生育工作虽然取得了一些成绩，但离上级的要求还有差距，有一些困难有待解决，总之,社区流动人口管理工作任重而道远，尽管困难再大，我们社区全体人员都有信心、有决心把流动人口管理工作做得更好。
