一辆车是由无数零部件组成的，主机厂主要负责组装和核心部件的研发，而零部件的生产，更多还得依赖汽车供应商。一个成熟的汽车市场，主机厂和供应商的实力往往是成正比的，比如德国有博世、采埃孚、大陆，日本有电装、爱信精机，美国有李尔、博格华纳，正是因为有着这些国际一流的汽车供应商作为支撑，德系车、日系车和美系车才得以屹立于世界汽车行业的顶端。再来看看国内汽车市场，主机厂的数量非常多，但供应商体系却很落后，真正有实力的中国汽车供应商少之又少，被大家所熟知的也就福耀玻璃和宁德时代了。福耀玻璃是国内最大的汽车玻璃供应商，市场份额高达70%，而宁德时代则占据了国内一半左右的动力电池市场，福耀玻璃和宁德时代无疑是中国汽车供应商的门面。其实，中国最大的汽车供应商既不是福耀也不是宁德，而是一家叫延锋的企业。延锋是一家主要生产汽车内饰的企业，除了汽车内饰之外，延锋的业务范围还包括汽车座椅、汽车电子、被动安全配置、外饰以及汽车轻量化等等，目前已经成为全球最大的汽车内饰企业。在《美国汽车新闻》发布的2019全球汽车零部件配套供应商百强榜上，延锋排名第15，营业额（2018年）为145.06亿美元，以绝对的优势领跑中国汽车供应商企业，就连捷太格特、巴斯夫、博格华纳等国际知名汽车供应商也都位居其后。跟很多中国汽车供应商一样，延锋的业务也主要集中在国内市场，上汽系的上汽大众、上汽通用和上汽乘用车便是延锋最大的客户，此外一汽大众、东风神龙、风神汽车、长安福特、北京现代、奇瑞汽车等主机厂也都大量使用延锋的产品。延锋生产的汽车音响、门内板、方向盘、保险杠、汽车座椅在国内市场的占有率均是第一，由此可以看出延锋在国内汽车行业强大的影响力。很多人认为汽车内饰以及周边产品的技术含量很低，延锋的成就没有什么好吹嘘的，不过大家也别小看了汽车内饰，这其中涉及了环保性、智能性、舒适性、安全性等多方面的考量，其实还是具有很强技术含量的。汽车内饰和汽车玻璃一样，它们的技术门槛确实都很低，但门槛越低的行业，竞争反而会更大，能做到行业第一，必然有着过人的本领。当然，延锋在发展的过程中也暴露出了很多问题，除了汽车内饰之外，它的很多产品其实是通过跟国外供应商合资的方式来生产的，比如跟安道拓合资生产座椅、跟伟世通合资生产音响、跟法国彼欧合资生产外饰等等，很多技术都来自外资方，跟上汽、一汽这些主机厂的经营模式很相似。由于缺乏技术主导权，延锋现在只是大而不强，跟福耀玻璃和宁德时代这些掌握核心技术的供应商比起来，延锋还差了些火候。延锋能够代表中国汽车供应商跻身于全球前列，的确值得我们肯定，与此同时，我们也要清楚地认识到，延锋取胜的关键是市场规模，而非技术实力，这也是我国所有汽车供应商面临的问题，中国想要诞生像博世、电装这样的顶级供应商，还有很长的路要走。现在延锋也正在努力转型，希望延锋能够早日成为全球顶级的汽车供应商，为中国汽车发展提供强有力的保障！本文来源于汽车之家车家号作者，不代表汽车之家的观点立场。
