Freudenberg)在《职业心理学》杂志上首次提出了职业倦怠(burn-out)这个词语。他认为，职业倦怠是指个体在体力、精力和能力上都无法应付外界的要求而产生的身心疲劳与耗竭的状态。随着1980年第一届国际职业倦怠研讨会的召开，职业倦怠成为个专业名词流行起来。人们开始发现职业倦怠并不只是一个研究领域的问题，而是每个人都有可能遇到的问题，甚至是整个社会面临的问题。随着社会竞争的日趋激烈，应激情境的不断加剧，应激成为引起职业倦怠的首要因素。 “应激”源于物理学术语，它是生活中普遍存在的现象，一般指机体对内外环境中各种刺激的非特异性的反应。适度的应激是维持正常身心功能的必要条件，但是强烈的应激或持久的慢性应激会打破人体的平衡状态，导致倦怠及身心疾病。教师是多应激的职业，教学工作本身就是一种应激情境，所以教师尤其容易出现职业倦怠。近年来，随着社会的发展，我国的教育体制随之发生了诸多变化，教师所面临的压力逐年增大，出现职业倦怠的教师人数逐年增加。教师职业倦怠主要表现为：第一，情感枯竭。情感枯竭一般表现为减少和断绝与学生的联系以及丧失对于教师职业的热情。例如，教师减少与学生接触，甚至尽力远离学生，不理睬或拒绝了解学生。第二，成就感降低。教师的职业是使学生获得知识技能的同时得到情感的发展，为社会培养有用的人。教师一旦发现从自己的职业中获取的成就感较少时，就会放弃所有努力，绝望而被动地忍受着痛苦，这在社会心理学中被称为“习得性无助”。教师倦怠的结果，无论对于个人还是对于他们的工作都有许多消极不利的影响。体验倦怠的教师很可能个人生活质量下降、常旷工、工作不求进取、耗费大量时间寻求新工作。在健康方面，倦怠的教师也有许多表现，如身体不适、失眠等。由于教师的工作对象是学生，学生便是教师倦怠结果的最终受害者。导致教师职业倦怠的因素是多方面的，概括起来主要可以分为外在环境因素和内在心理因素。外部环境的改变需要一个长期的过程，是复杂而且难以控制的。那么，作为教师，较为现实的就是改变自己的认知。从教师自身来看，应对职业倦怠的策略有以下几点：其一，关注工作的兴奋点。对于出现职业倦怠，许多教师所持的观点是，教师这一职业太枯燥，每天总是从事着相同的工作，日复一日，年复一年，难免不倦怠。这种观点看似合理，但是仔细推敲一下却存在问题。尽管教师每天从事的都是教育教学工作，然而教育教学本身是极具创造性和艺术性的，不仅教学内容和方法是动态的，而且所面对的学生也是有血有肉有情感的，在这充满活力的教学环境中，每一天都不可能是单一重复的。因此，我们教师就应该善于发现新的兴奋点，以此来刺激自己的精神、唤起自己的情趣和热情。从这一点来讲，作为教师，千万不要作茧自缚，只关注生活中机械重复的一面，而忽视动态变化、生动活泼的一面。其二，提高学习意识， 充实自己。不少教师出现倦怠心理是由于不适应课程改革的新理念以及学生发展的新特性。换句话说就是不能很好地接受并适应社会的变化。因而通过学习来更新自己内在固有的认知结构，以最大限度地减少不适应是当务之急，也是行之有效的方法。其三，增强自我效能感。自我效能感是指对自己工作是否有效的一种主观体验，能够对自己的努力结果产生实际的感受，是使自己不断受到鼓舞、保持乐观的工作态度的重要基础。增强自我效能感的途径主要有以下几点：第一，要学会称赞自己、奖励自己，要多关注自己成功的点点滴滴，哪怕是一丁点儿的成绩，也要积极地进行自我肯定。从一定意义上讲，人是为了肯定而活着，有外在的肯定：同事、朋友、领导、社会等，这种肯定是有限而短暂的，因而是浅层的；有内在的肯定：即是自我肯定，这是一种持久而强劲的肯定，是人的生命永不枯竭的动力，因此它是一种根本的生命元素。为自己喝彩，你就会发现每天的你都是全新的，这样你就会增强工作的效能感。第二，重新调整期望值，也就是给自己确定一个适合自己实际情况的工作目标，避免因目标不切合实际而导致无谓的挫败感。第三，注意从多种积极的体验中去积累和增强自我效能感。其四，克服不合理信念。不合理信念对于心理的健康发展有着明显的消极影响。如果头脑中的不合理信念太多，就会产生严重的社会适应不良。教师通常都有着强烈的责任心，对于自己要求非常严格，对事认真，这些都是优点；但是从另一个角度上讲，具有这些人格特征的人却容易出现不合理信念。在教师中存在较多的是下列三种不合理信念：第一，完美主义倾向。人都在追求完美，希望自己健康、漂亮、有才华；希望工作顺利、有成就；希望生活平安、幸福、富裕，这种心理是可以理解的。但是，我们也应该清楚地意识到，过高的希望和不切实际的要求就是幻想和空想。总抱着不现实的目标生活，苛求自己、苛求别人，其结果只能招来无休止的烦恼。第二，寻求绝对公平。追求公平是人类共有的理念，没有对公平的追求，就没有社会的进步。但公平只是相对的，现实生活中就没有绝对的公平。去寻求绝对的公平，就必然会遭遇更多的挫折。第三，以偏概全。以偏概全有很多表现，比如，在自我评价时，把自己的优点或缺点扩大化，不能客观、全面地认识自己；有的因有一些成绩而居功自傲；有的因有一些才干而恃才傲物；有的因一次失误而自怨自艾，把自己看得一无是处……评价别人时，也倾向于夸大别人的优点或缺点。这些都会影响自己的心情以及行为。其五，丰富文化生活。丰富的文化生活可以极大地改善一个人的心态、调节一个人的情绪。无论工作多么忙，都应该善于忙里偷闲，参与一些有益身心健康的活动，培养自己的业余爱好，在多彩的生活中增强自己的生活乐趣。生活的情趣可以对职业心理产生积极的影响。其六，多与他人交往、沟通，找他人倾诉、宣泄，倾听别人的工作感受和经验是非常便捷的克服职业倦怠的方法。其七，做自我放松训练。放松训练是以一定的暗示语集中注意力、调节呼吸，使肌肉得到充分放松，从而调节中枢神经系统兴奋性的方法。它能够降低中枢神经系统的兴奋性，减少由情绪紧张而产生的过多能量消耗，使身心得到适当休息并加速疲劳的恢复。最初应当接受正规的放松训练，掌握正确方法后，便可经常进行。工作疲劳时在办公室或回到家里，生气以后,坐在汽车上，开会的间歇……只要是有空可随时随地进行， 把它纳入自己的生活轨道，成为保持身心健康的朋友。

首先，先把害处给你列出来吧！省的你开坏了车，还要怨我... 说是烧轮胎，当然这个烧的最厉害！有多厉害呢？形象点的比喻就是：烧轮胎的过程中，轮胎每一秒钟相当于你正常驾驶的1000公里的消耗量！！一条全新轮胎，可以在2分钟之内磨到漏出钢丝直到爆胎。因为要用到刹车，所以玩这个还特别损耗刹车皮，尤其是驱动轮，基本上是跟着轮胎在磨损，刹车皮还好，不是多贵，但是离合器就不便宜了！因为烧胎要高转速猛丢送合器，否则车子会一下子死火。估计一下自己的理合器吧，快磨光的话，就别玩了，因为烧离合器也非常明显。对于发动机的损坏也是有的，毕竟车子猛松开理合的时候，因为车子还是原地不动，就像是憋在那里的，还有就是注意水温，因为车子没有运动起来，水箱就没有那种特别好的冷却效果，玩时间稍微长一点的话，水箱比较容易开锅。基本上的危害就这么多，还有些例外的情况，比如水管或是油管由于压力过大而暴裂、损坏驱动轴等等也是经常的...由于在烧轮胎的过程中车子没有循迹性，会出现前后左右摆动，而且容易失控造成意外危险，所以，要确保不要在繁忙、人多的地方烧胎，还有被别人投诉、被条子抓到也很倒霉，总之，要注意安全！ 前驱车或是后驱车都可以完全做到原地烧胎，但是4WD的车子就比较难，不过4WD可以做到原地转圈烧轮胎。前驱或是后驱手档车比较容易玩这个，做法是踩离合器，挂1档，右脚脚尖踩一半刹车，同时用右脚的脚后跟轰油门，轰到4000转；这个时候左脚迅速送开离合器，右脚继续踩着一半刹车轰油门，而且一定要保持高转速一下一下的继续轰油门。这样车子就开始烧轮胎了。马力太小或是扭力太小的车子很难做出来。面只是1档，也可以松油门、踩理合尽快换2档来烧胎，然后还是重复刹车和油门一起踩。用2档玩的话，车子烧离合器更严重！！最好是改装后的离合器才可以。 4WD的原地转圈的话，就需要教大场地，用1档，打歪方向盘，高转速猛起步，转圈的同时继续轰油门，而且要有节奏的轰。 自动档的车也可以做烧胎，以前试过的 FD3S RX7的自动档烧胎，由于车子马力还可以，所以，还算是不错。操作上容易多了：自动档要拉到最低档上，然后踩一半刹车的时候轰油门，只要转速上到4000以上，车子马上就可以了。但是一但转速掉下来的时候，也会死火！还开过一个 V8 4.0排量的 美洲豹（JAGUAR）烧轮胎，因为是 V8的引擎，所以扭力特别大，非常容易烧胎！！跟FD的做法一样，5秒钟内轮胎烧出来的白烟就可以把整个车子包围起来！爽！呵呵。所以，马力或是扭力越大的车越容易烧起来，还有就是轮胎越小也容易磨起来。 前驱车的话，可以借用手刹辅助。 烧胎过程中，车子左右摆动可以用转方向盘来协调车身方向。车子要是原地转圈或是失控的话，直接送油门和刹车就可以马上救回来。 烧胎给人的感觉是为了做秀，不过，正规的0-400的比赛之前都要这样热轮胎来提高抓地力。 在专业赛车里，比如专业漂移车辆或是0-400的直线竞速车大多有一个电子开关，可以直接控制后面的查速器和前后刹车力度，打开或是按着这个开关的时候车子给油就可以直接磨轮胎烧胎了。 Burn out跟漂移并没有什么关系，对车子没什么要求，对技术也没什么要求，但它酷！它帅！它危险！（容易被警察注意到）。。。所以奉劝大家，玩之前三思。
