国外研究现状 (1)一兀判别法Fitzpatrick在1932年用单个财务比率，研究发现判别能力最高的是股东权益/负债和净利润/股东权益f=}l;此外Secrist在1938年只利用资产负债表比率(balance-sheet ratio)这一个指标，比较倒闭银行与正常银行之间的差异的研究Beaver在1966年以Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxen在30个原始财务比率中寻找出最具区别能力的财务比率及其分界点，他选用了二分类法，突破性的发现了对财务失败的定义不仅仅限十破产，还包括债券拖欠不履行，银行超支，不能支付优先股股利等;离经营失败口越近，财务指标的信息含量越高，误判率越低，预见性越强。 (2)多兀线性判别法1968年Altman利用线性多兀区别分析法(LMDA)建立区别函数，即Z计分模型。克服了单变量模型中不同指标对同一公司分析得出不一致预测结果的现象。对进一步研究财务风险预警产生了深远的影响。 (3) Logistic模型1977年Martin认为Z计分模型，只能判断样本公司是否发生财务失败危机，无法衡量其发生危机的概率。目_假设条件多，难以满足。为此他以Logistic回归分析法建立企业财务危机预警模型，最后发现25个财务比率中只有6个指标具有较强的预测能力。 (4)类神经网络模型Odom&Sharda1990年在Z模型5个变量的基础上，使用类神经网络构建模型预测企业破产。研究表明训练样本有100%的判别正确率，保留样本失败类企业为81.75%，保留样本正常类企业为78.18%，可见类神经网络具有较强的财务预测能力。 (5)其它统计分析方法除了上述提到的研究方法外，有人尝试使用新的研究方法进行研究，也有人尝试使用新的变量进项研究，都取得了相应的成效。如Ohlson在1980年构建了Probit模型; Kim和 McLeod,Jr在1999年通过专家决策的方式构建了线性和非线性的破产预测模型，研究发现非线性模型的预测效果较好;2000年Fan和Palaniswami也对企业破产进行预测，利用的是支持向量机((SVM)的方法;同年Ga lindo和Temayo利用统计学和机器学的方法对银行信用风险进行评价等等。 外国的研究成果为我国企业财务风险预警和预防研究建立了基本的理论框架和方法体系。但外国预警方法的定量研究是缺乏定性分析。此外,由于法律的国家,如政治环境,经济发展是不同的,他的一些发现可能不适用于我国的企业,所以需要结合我国的实际国情,发展现状、行业特点的预警方法,如修改,形成了我国企业财务风险预警系统。 1.2.2国内研究现状 1、关于财务风险理论 我国从20世纪80年代末或90年代初开始进行财务风险的相关研究。余绪缨教授编写的《公司理财》一书，认为财务风险是企业资本结构差异造成的企业支付本息能力的风险，企业财务杠杆系数越大，企业财务风险就会越大。如果企业没有负债则认为不存在财务风险。学者们把这种风险称为筹资风险或债务融资风险，也将其看做狭义的财务风险。汤谷良教授在《论财务风险管理》著作中对财务风险的定义，认为“财务风险发生在企业筹资、投资、收益分配等财务活动中，各种不确定性因素的作用，会使企业的实际收益与预期发生负偏离的可能性”。人们将这一定义可看做是对狭义财务风险的拓展。财政部的向德伟博士(1994)细致全面的分析了财务风险产生的原因，向博士认为“财务风险是一种微观的风险，是企业经营风险的集中体现。 2、关于财务风险预警指标与模型运用 吴世农、黄世忠第一次提出了分析企业破产的指标和预测企业破产的模型。1996年周首华等提出了F分数分析模型，融入了现金流量指标，弥补了Z模型的不足。陈静在其一篇实证研究论文中使用27家被特殊处理和未被特殊处理的公司为对比样本，分别对这些企业进行了线性回归研究和单变量研究。单变量分析中，在负债比率、流动比率、总资产收益率、净资产收益率这4个财务指标中，她发现流动比率和负债比率的判定准确率最高。陈静在多兀线性判定分析中，发现在公司被处理的前3年能较好地预测公司财务困境的是由负债比率、净资产收益率、流动比率、营运资本资产率、总资产周转率6个指标构建的模型。宁宇之则认为企业财务风险的预警方法有两种，一种是指标分析法，通过计算企业流动比率和资产负债率预警企业财务风险:另一种是概率法，通过计算标准离差和标准离差率来预测风险的大小。肖艳(2004)将传统财务指标与现金流量指标结合进行财务预警分析。实证结果表明这样的预警指标提高了Logit预警模型的预测准确率。 2001年中国证监会北京证券办针对上市公司年报中披露的有关信息设计了上市公司风险预警系统，提出用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法来判断公司风险程度并将其做为分类监管的依据。定性指标中包括管理层人事变动及抵拆担保事项等五项风险;定量指标主要包括资金风险、投资项目风险、关联方占用风险、对外投资风险等五类风险。此风险预警系统根据上市公司年报中的相关信息及以上指标，对监管的上市公司得出风险程度并划分成A, B, C三类。但是该风险预警系统中同类重复指标较多，导致较大复计算量，目_该预警系统中所给出的风险判断标准过多依赖主观经验;而且此风险预警系统不适用十非上市的国有企业风险预警的管理要求。
