tem.INI要加载诸多VxDs。FileSysChange指明是否禁止Windows在运行的DOS应用程序每次创建、删除或重命名一个文件时都告知文件管理器。其缺省设置是on。你可并列地打开文件管理器和一个DOS窗口，用DEL命令在DOS窗口中删除文件管理器显示的一个文件，就可以看到这种效果。FileSysChange=on，被删除的文件将会立即从文件管理器窗口中消失；FileSysChage=off，该文件直到文件管理器重新显示时才会消失。FileSysChange=off在某种程序上可以加快Windows的运行速度。PerVMFiles指明Windows为每个虚拟机分配的文件句柄数+CONFIG.SYS中的FILES的值，也就是Windows为每个虚拟机分配的文件句柄数是PerVMFiles与FILES相加之和，其缺省值为10，即可找于10+FILES个文件。可以修改PerVMFiles的值，但由于Windows是基于DOS文件系统之上的，因此不能超过同时打开255个文件的限制。对sys
