最近，小红书创始人瞿芳有点“忙”。4月14日，瞿芳上榜《中国企业家》杂志发布的“商界木兰”榜，两天后，#小红书现9.5万篇烟草软文#的话题空降微博热搜。 根据北京市疾控中心发布的《2018年互联网烟草营销数据监测报告》，烟草营销信息在中国互联网平台上仍然大量存在，小红书更是被媒体直接点名。4月16日之前，在小红书APP搜索关键词“烟”或“女烟”，会出现满屏的烟草营销文章。被媒体曝光后，小红书于当日晚下架所有有关烟草的“种草文”。 “种草”一词最早流行于美妆论坛与社区，买东西前上小红书浏览“种草笔记”已经成为当下很多年轻人的购物习惯。从素人心得到明星入驻“带货”，小红书“种草笔记”斩获不少女性用户，甚至有人感慨：“爱上一片草原，就怕兜里没钱。” 而如今，这片草原里掺进不少带毒的“假草”。 只是换了个“马甲” “2018年1月至6月共抓取烟草广告和促销相关信息51892条，烟草新闻7289条，烟民讨论47304条。”这是《2018年互联网烟草营销数据监测报告》中的数据。 此外，监测还发现，一些主要面对女性的导购分享平台上存在大量烟草营销信息。女性和青少年群体正在成为烟草营销信息的主要传播对象。与传统广告形式相比，互联网平台上的烟草营销信息更多使用软性植入的方式，有更强的隐蔽性。 除了隐蔽性，这些烟草广告还打着情怀牌并宣扬伪科学信息。4月16日之前，小红书的烟草“烟雾弹”一直在平台公开存在着，“情怀”也是其惯用的手法。 “看过《春志明与春娇》的都知道，他俩抽烟认识的，我印象深刻的一幕是：当时香港禁烟，香烟价格都要上调，那一晚志明一家一家地买光了绿好彩……”文章和电影产生关联后，用户就会有几分代入感，至少会好奇一下。 在小红书上，搜索香烟排名第一的种草笔记是一款39元的电子烟，“就像口红一样追求不同色号，喜欢吃糖什么口味都要……我入了四个味道……荔枝味真的是甜甜少女本甜了……”几百字的笔记，极致地挑动人们的购物欲。这篇笔记在被删除之前，有1730人点赞，1780人标星，111人留言。 在小红书上，关于电子烟的专题有2656篇笔记，累计491.6万次浏览。电子烟之外，平台上也有多篇传统烟草的推荐文章，在一篇“适合女生抽的烟系列”的推荐文中，首页图片上摆放至少上百种传统烟草。 2015年新修订的《中华人民共和国广告法》第22条明确规定：“禁止在大众传播媒介或者公共场所、公共交通工具、户外发布烟草广告。禁止向未成年人发送任何形式的烟草广告。”但这些都未能阻止小红书平台的烟草软文不断滋生。 事发后，小红书回复称，他们反对任何形式传播烟草，并在第一时间核查所有信息，下架所有提及烟草的笔记。本刊记者随后登录平台后发现，虽然搜索“烟”“女烟”等关键词后显示“没有找到相关内容”，但将关键词换成“不含焦油”及“雾化能量棒”后，前者出现了649篇笔记，笔记包含电子烟笔记和传统烟，后者出现92篇笔记，基本以电子烟为主。烟草软文换了个马甲，小日子仍然过得滋润。 #小红书代写50元一篇# 小红书的创始人瞿芳，一直倡导帮助大家“找到全世界的好东西”。在初创期，小红书的定位是海外购物分享社区以及电商购物平台。如今，小红书的Slogan已经换成“标记我的生活”，直呼要做一个UGC内容分享社区。 不过，这些内容是否真为用户的自由意见交换，却并不能保证。今年的3月14日，国际消费者权益日前一天，小红书便以#小红书代写50元一篇#的话题上了热搜。本刊记者采访了几位小红书忠实用户，他们都不约而同地表示，对这种类似于广告的“种草笔记”早已心知肚明。有人甚至说，“现在都是在小红书打广告啊，商业化是必经之路，要不怎么赚钱。” 小红书采集用户私信这一业务，可以筛选全平台数据。“你需要的客户类型都可以挖出来，打招呼等对方回复，确认是活跃用户后推送广告，0.5元一条，以图片的形式展示，3000条起发。”这位工作人员告诉记者。以护肤品为例，代写之后在平台以关键词“补水”“美白”“抗衰”搜索排名前4位，价格是4500元。 不过，你有张良计我有过墙梯。上述负责小红书推广的工作人员告诉记者，3.15之后，风声确实紧了很多，但依然可以刷数据，“3.15小红书上热搜，抓了一批我们刷数据的工作室，现在是白天接单深夜刷”。 刷数据的结果就是用户很难看到自己想看到的真实“种草笔记”，只会感觉眼前是满屏的广告。拥有一万粉丝的小红书用户王肉肉告诉本刊记者，“广告越来越多，以前玩小红书单纯是想分享一些好东西给志同道合的人，现在不怎么发东西了，因为首页上都是广告，别人不会看到我的内容。” “套路”笔记和智商税 诞生于2013年的小红书，经历6年的飞速狂奔，成长为一方领域的独角兽后，渐渐地变味了。 2018年，小红书完成3亿美元的D轮融资，由阿里巴巴领投，腾讯、真格基金等多家机构参投，估值已经超过30亿美元。小红书的一系列数据都很耀眼：截至2019年3月，小红书用户数已突破2.2亿，日均笔记曝光30亿次。小红书用户们很多都表示，“种草笔记”就像烟草一样，会让人“上瘾”。 瞿芳在最近一次分享上提到，小红书到今天仍能保持高速增长的核心竞争力，是因为小红书一直把“人”作为社区运营的核心。 不过，瞿芳提到的“人”已经从曾经的素人变成了明星。2017年4月，明星林允率先转型在小红书成为美妆 时尚 博主，直播如何画眉，展示染发失败的素颜照，记录泡脚心得，摇身一变成了接地气的邻家女孩。随后，范冰冰高调入驻小红书，创下千万粉丝的纪?录。 截至2018年6月，小红书上经过身份验证的大小明星超过150位。明星的入驻，让小红书爆红，迅速收获很多用户，也收获更多的广告。 在王肉肉看来，小红书广告越来越多，应该是从一些明星入驻后开始，“我们很想看明星平常用什么东西，但90%都是广告，代表人物是范冰冰和林允”。她也会时常收到小红书笔记优化等业务推广的私信。 经常使用小红书的陆明也告诉本刊，她会经常在平台搜索鞋子、包包及穿搭美妆，“我会看完去淘宝买，不会直接在小红书上买，因为之前看新闻说有假货”。最近，她发现小红书上的广告实在太多，“有些种草文点进去发现就这一篇文章，这个人没有其他分享，所以碰到这种根本不会买他们说的东?西”。 陆明还发现平台上一些大V一条视频走天下的现象，“同一条视频，小红书上发，抖音上发，快手上也发”。她也吐槽了明星们的“种草文”好多是广告，“本来以为拉近了和明星的距离，但是很多情况下只是换了个方法看他们的广告”。 在小红书，除了广告泛滥、违规，还充斥不少假货。在媒体报道中，有用户购买了假口红、包装极其简单的名牌腰带，他们同小红书平台沟通后，都遇到退货难的问题。 有观点指出，对于像小红书这样主打真人UGC的平台来说，如果平台标榜的真人UGC都是商家们的付费广告，虚假种草成为常态，那么小红书赖以生存的根基就受到严重的挑战，种草笔记也就会渐渐沦为“套路”笔记和智商税。这样的小红书，还值得大家“种草”吗？ 出自2019年第11期《Vista看天下》 长按二维码，阅读整本杂志
