Today I wish to share with you about one of my favourite TV shows Survivor. It is broadcast on ATV World Channel at 10 PM on every Saturday. It is a reality game show with 30 people being sent to a remote place like a jungle. They are divided into tribes and will pete in some challenges. The losing tribe will vote to send one of its members away from the game. The last person standing in the game will bee the winner and claim a huge cash prize. I find the show very exciting. I have learned something new from watching the episodes and I find it a fun way to learn to speak English. 　　Deep in the Amazon forest, thousands of people still live in isolation from the rest of the world.　　In a recent press release, the Brazilian government confirmed the existence of another isolated tribe of about 200 people living in the Vale do Javari reservation. “五一”期间，一条振奋人心的消息在从化传开：北星路通车了！这是从化交通基础设施建设和城市扩容提质的重要里程碑，也是统筹疫情防控和经济社会发展的重大胜利。路，是拉动城市发展的大动脉，也是连接乡村富民兴村的金丝带。作为粤港澳大湾区生态核心区，从化近年来不断完善“一核两翼三带”总体空间布局，优化城市交通路网。经过四年建设，“一桥两路”（ 从化大桥及从化大道、北星路）相继建成通车，全面拓宽城市“骨架”的“三纵三横”交通网络逐渐形成，释放老城区发展新动能，推动老城区焕发新活力，打开从化城乡融合发展新空间。疏解老城困局，谋划城市发展新活力城市发展，交通先行。自明弘冶二年（1489年）从化建县以来，中心城区经历了花县横潭村、马场田、旧牛岗数次变迁，但中心城区发展一直囿于26平方公里的老城区，城区拥挤、交通不畅，综合服务功能落后，成为困扰中心城区发展的掣肘。中心城区面貌，已经与穗北生态功能区发展和大湾区美丽乡村建设不相适应。为了打破老城区的发展瓶颈，从化撤市设区以来，新一届区领导班子开展了一系列深调研、大讨论，确定全力建设“三纵三横”路网，以路网建设拉开中心城区发展新格局。谋定而动，举棋落子。作为“三纵三横” 路网重要组成部分的“一桥两路”建设有序推进。据悉，“一桥二路”项目是从化中心城区“三横三纵”交通布局的关键，是从化区明确一核两翼三带总体空间布局中，“一核”扩容提质的战略重点。2015年底，从化大桥正式动工建设；2017年9月，从化大道、北星路同步开工建设。连接从化城区东西走向的交通要道北星路，与纵贯从化城区南北主动脉的从化大道、从化大桥，为疏解老城区发展困局打开新路。“我们计划每年集中主要力量推进一至两条道路建设，花几年时间完善从化城区交通路网格局，推动城区自南向北有序发展。”在从化大道、北星路动工仪式上，从化区负责人描绘了发展构想。在各方努力下，“一桥两路” 建设捷报频传。2018年9月，从化大桥正式通车；2019年9月28日，从化大道、北星路首段通车；北星路于今年“五一”期间实现通车……从时间节点上看，从动工建设开始，大约每隔一年时间就会取得阶段性成效，“这些成绩群众都看得到，是实实在在的，说明我们的领导干部和各方建设者谋发展是求真务实的，干事创业是卓有成效的。”面对交通设施建设的成效，市民刘小姐如此评价。打通了路网，也打通了城市发展大动脉。从规划上看，北星路工程为城市次干路，道路全长4.37公里，东起河滨北路，西至旺城大道，是连接从化城区东西方向的重要道路，红线宽度为30米，双向四车道，设计速度40km/h，项目总投资约5.82亿元，是从化区重点建设工程项目。而从化大道工程为城市主干路，长4.5公里，南起G355线，北至规划环城北路，是贯穿从化城区南北方向的主动脉，沿线设有3座下穿隧道，红线宽度为60米，双向八车道，设计速度60km/h，项目总投资约20.57亿元，是广州市“攻城拔寨”重大项目。值得一提的是，从化大道往南直接与街北高速连通，往北与北星路交汇，使城区融为一体。“这两条道路，直接打通了从化中心城区与外界快速连通的通道，实现了广州北部交通枢纽战略性外引内联，使从化交通优势更加凸显，城区能级进一步提升。”从化区规划部门表示。不仅如此，从化区还在加快北星路、从化大道建设的过程中，同步推进城市更新，全力打通相连的“毛细血管”，使中心城区功能品质不断提升，发展活力不断增强。老城扩容提质，打开城乡融合新窗口随着“一桥两路”建成通车，将推动从化中心城区有序向北拓展，由原有26平方公里拓展为55平方公里，为老城区陈屋、田边村、街口村等堵点难点片区升级改造腾出了空间，为青苔坑沿线水环境综合整治开启了有利条件，为中心城区谋划高铁、城轨项目建设提供的契机和可能。这是具有重大战略意义的城乡融合项目。打开了交通的“任督二脉”，连通了外部资源，也激发了内在活力，更打开了城乡融合发展的新窗口。 从外联功能来看，从化大道通过街北高速、大广高速直通广州中心城区，为人流、物流、信息流、资金流、技术流等发展要素双向流动提供了便捷通道，为从化建成广州北部枢纽型网络城市重要交通节点，打造“外联内畅”交通网络提供有力支撑，还最大程度地发挥地铁十四号线的辐射带动功能，使从化更好地融入粤港澳大湾区的发展。从内引功能来看，从化大道、北星路建设与城市更新同步推进，打通了沿线的“毛细血管”，解决了老城区拥堵、乱建诸多等问题，为经济发展提供了空间。一方面，通过这“一桥两路”，把海塱商圈、东风商圈、旺城商圈连为一体，促进中心城区与周边片区空间一体化发展，强化中心城区辐射力，也为文化娱乐、公共服务、商贸商业、总部经济发展提供了平台，使“一核”的城市功能更加完善、能级不断增强。由北星路、从化大道往周边延伸，更将新开花谷、艾米稻香小镇、西和万花风情小镇、西塘童话小镇等串点成线，为我区打造全省乃至全国乡村振兴示范区，推动城乡融合发展提供了重要的“美丽廊道”。另一方面，坚持道路建设与城市更新同步推进，通过既破又立的发展路径，解决了制约城乡融合发展的瓶颈问题。目前，随着北星路建成通车，河滨北路与旺城片区的联系更加顺畅，沿线的街人线、街麻线等节点已实现连通。同步推进的还有污水管网建设，将进一步提高城市污水收集率，推动从化污水工作水平不断提升。此外，“一桥两路”也是从化近年来拆迁量最大的项目，整个推进过程平稳有序。从化大道、北星路沿线还有多个旧改项目也正在同步推进。笔者从从化区规划部门获悉，从化大道、北星路沿线的三多旧改、向阳旧改、东风旧改等项目均在有序推进。其中包含在三多旧改中的纪念碑老旧小区改造项目已完成，解决了周边设施落后、交通拥堵等问题。向阳旧改、东风改造项目也取得了显著成效。其中，东风旧改与广州地铁十四号线位置最北、规模最大的东风地铁站重围重合，总投资额70亿元。目前，从化大道东风地铁站段已开通，而地铁站周边的改造工作也在有序开展当中。“以前，这里违建很多，村庄面貌落后，生活环境差。通过地铁站、从化大道的建设，拆除了一大批违建，实现了还绿于民、还路于民，我们出家门口就可以搭地铁，出行更便利了，生活品质更高了，生活在这里的群众，真正从村民变为市民。”面对东风村的巨变，群众无不交口称赞。更大的变化还在未来。根据改造规划，东风村将依托便利的交通条件和优越的生态条件，打造成“生态智城·滨河新区”，吸引总部经济、高端商业进驻，成为城乡融合发展的示范。打造品质城乡，构筑幸福美好新家园通畅的道路，一头连接城乡发展诸多资源，另一头则连通了人民群众的获得感幸福感。从化区委区政府实现民之所盼，将“一桥两路”征拆的两大安置区，合理规范规划建在沿流溪河两岸的美丽生态地，满足人民群众对美好生活的更高追求。除了安置小区之外，从化大道、北星路周边还规划了青少年宫、学校、商业楼宇、公共服务等配套设施。未来，随着道路的开通和相关设施建设的加快，将吸引更多发展资源进驻，推动城市功能和生活品质不断提升，让美好生活家园更广泛地惠及人民群众。一桥两路，老城区新活力之路，城乡融合发展新路，百姓宜居宜业幸福之路。近几年来，在从化区委领导下，各级各部门和广大干部群众戮力同心干事创业，积极探索广州超大城市乡村振兴之路，奋力建设幸福美丽生态之城，加快建设全省乃至全国乡村振兴示范区，推动城乡融合发展迈上更高水平。未来，随着路网的畅通，城市的蝶变，一幅幸福美丽生态之城的美好画卷，正在流溪河畔徐徐展开。本文来源于汽车之家车家号作者，不代表汽车之家的观点立场。
