meta是用来在HTML文档中模拟HTTP协议的响应头报文。meta 标签用于网页的<head>与</head>中，meta 标签的用处很多。meta 的属性有两种：name和http-equiv。name属性主要用于描述网页，对应于content（网页内容），以便于搜索引擎机器人查找、分类（目前几乎所有的搜索引擎都使用网上机器人自动查找meta值来给网页分类）。这其中最重要的是description（站点在搜索引擎上的描述）和keywords（分类关键词），所以应该给每页加一个meta值。比较常用的有以下几个： name 属性 1、<meta name=Generator contect=>用以说明生成工具（如Microsoft FrontPage 4.0）等； 2、<meta name=KEYWords contect=>向搜索引擎说明你的网页的关键词； 3、<meta name=DEscription contect=>告诉搜索引擎你的站点的主要内容； 4、<meta name=Author contect=你的姓名>告诉搜索引擎你的站点的制作的作者； 5、<meta name=Robots contect= all|none|index|noindex|follow|nofollow> 其中的属性说明如下： 设定为all：文件将被检索，且页面上的链接可以被查询； 设定为none：文件将不被检索，且页面上的链接不可以被查询； 设定为index：文件将被检索； 设定为follow：页面上的链接可以被查询； 设定为noindex：文件将不被检索，但页面上的链接可以被查询； 设定为nofollow：文件将不被检索，页面上的链接可以被查询。 http-equiv属性 1、<meta http-equiv=Content-Type contect=text/html;charset=gb_2312-80> 和 <meta http-equiv=Content-Language contect=zh-CN>用以说明主页制作所使用的文字以及语言； 又如英文是ISO-8859-1字符集，还有BIG5、utf-8、shift-Jis、Euc、Koi8-2等字符集； 2、<meta http-equiv=Refresh contect=n;url=http://yourlink>定时让网页在指定的时间n内，跳转到页面http://yourlink； 3、<meta http-equiv=Expires contect=Mon,12 May 2001 00:20:00 GMT>可以用于设定网页的到期时间，一旦过期则必须到服务器上重新调用。需要注意的是必须使用GMT时间格式； 4、<meta http-equiv=Pragma contect=no-cache>是用于设定禁止浏览器从本地机的缓存中调阅页面内容，设定后一旦离开网页就无法从Cache中再调出； 5、<meta http-equiv=set-cookie contect=Mon,12 May 2001 00:20:00 GMT>cookie设定，如果网页过期，存盘的cookie将被删除。需要注意的也是必须使用GMT时间格式； 6、<meta http-equiv=Pics-label contect=>网页等级评定，在IE的internet选项中有一项内容设置，可以防止浏览一些受限制的网站，而网站的限制级别就是通过meta属性来设置的； 7、<meta http-equiv=windows-Target contect=_top>强制页面在当前窗口中以独立页面显示，可以防止自己的网页被别人当作一个frame页调用； 8、<meta http-equiv=Page-Enter contect=revealTrans(duration=10,transtion= 50)>和<meta http-equiv=Page-Exit contect=revealTrans(duration=20，transtion=6)>设定进入和离开页面时的特殊效果，这个功能即FrontPage中的“格式/网页过渡”，不过所加的页面不能够是一个frame页面。 以上是常用的几个meta属性，有个人主页的朋友不妨在你的主页中加上它，效果可是不一样的。

越南可以去玩的地方实在是太多了，所以下面的这些攻略算是比较详细的，但是是属于比较广泛的攻略，越南的小城市可能会和这些有一点点的区别。不过大家还是可以看看这个攻略，对大家是有帮助的呢。出行准备提前购买好机票签证手机钱包护照(最好打印一两份或者在自己邮箱里存一份)相机(由于不是专业摄影师，带上佳能的小卡片机跟手机就OK了)充电器移动电源驱蚊水换洗的衣服(很多时候是没有时间洗衣服的，所以我会准备好足够的衣服换)护肤品小样防晒霜晴雨两用伞一次性拖鞋(东南亚国家很多酒店，尤其是青旅，会要求拖鞋进入室内，有的时候地面非常凉，所以带一双一次性拖鞋对于我来说，是非常有用的)舒适的鞋U型枕(城市之间要坐很多趟车，对于我来说是很有必要的)签证淘宝代办，价格大概是380左右，大概寄出加寄回一周内。也可以办理落地签文件(这个当天就可以拿到，因为是发到邮箱里，适合比较急的驴友们)越南的签证跟其他东南亚国家不太一样，一个月的有效期，但是办理的时候就要确定签证有效开始的时间，如果你办理的开始日期是10月10日，9号你是不能入境的，只能10号以后，11号，15号入境都是可以的。如果有效期是到11月9号，就算你是11月8号入境，9号也必须得出境。所以建议买好机票确定好时间后办理签证。我办理的是当时做活动，339包顺丰，相当划算。现金越南盾国内银行换不了，国外用人民币兑换据说非常不划算，一般都是用美元兑换或者直接ATM提现。因为我是提前一周买的机票，也没有准备换大量的美金带在身上，只换了大概100美金，另外带上了华夏的储蓄卡(当天第一笔取现免手续费)除了第一次找不到想要找的提款机，随便找了个提款机扣了一点当地手续费，汇率也在1:3400,后来在越南取了3次现金，汇率都是1:3500，非常划算。(建议取款银行上面贴有银联标示，VietinBank,ACBBank已亲测，无手续费)切记国外银行是先出卡，再出钱，别忘记拿钱了。本人第一次取钱以为自己取消了，结果忘记拿钱，还好下一个取款的人很好的把钱送还给我了。(有时候确实也为自己的粗心捉急)越南货币真的是0超级多，动辄一两万，有时候还容易给错钱，最简单的方法就是直接忽视后三位，再除以3差不多就是人民币的额度了，比如10,000直接简称为10千，忽略千，除以3差不多就是相当于人民币3.3了。所以之后我的攻略中只会出现10千，20千，不会出现10,00020,000哦。交通工具可以选择南宁坐火车到河内，论坛里已经讲的非常详细，我就不再写了。虽然是过夜的车，但是半夜是没法好好睡觉的，因为会过安检，要把自己的行李全部带上，而且当时我查了去南宁的机票也要好几百，所以还是选择定的机票。机票我有在天巡，携程跟淘宝上查，价格相差不大，淘宝去啊要便宜一点点。转机有2种，1个是去广州转机，南方航空联程，还有一个是香港转机，国泰航空联程。如果有签证跟机票，香港是可以呆7天的(不过联程机票中间间隔的时间不会很长，估计可以逛逛东荟城就不错了，有的机票中转时间是20个小时，可以去市区转转)越南的openbusopenbus在越南的旅行中真是不可或缺的交通工具，以sleepingbus为主，可以睡着到下一个城市，还是相当不错的。多数车上都有wifi，新咖啡在攻略中出现的次数非常多，差评也很多，其实我到了越南，坐过一次futa，其他全部坐的是sintourist新咖啡，感觉挺好的，没有想象中那么差，可能是新咖啡换车了，车上是没有厕所的，所有座位除了第一排会比较短，睡起来不太舒服之外，其他的位置是差不多的，建议还是不要选择最后1排的座位，因为会怕晕车。futa的车也很好，本地人坐的会比较多，wifi还比较快。还有一家hahncafe也是比较有名本来想要尝试坐一下的，没找到机会没法做对比。交通费用1.南京往返胡志明(中转香港)1902元2.越南国内openbus胡志明-美奈sleepingbus(futa135千sintourist139千都会送到酒店)美奈-大叻sittingbus(sinhtourist99千hahncafe130千新咖啡不送酒店)大叻-芽庄sittingbus(sinhtourist99千hahncafe130千但是据说是sleepingbus，没有坐，无法考证)芽庄-会安sleepingbus(sinhtourist219千)会安-岘港sleepingbus(sinhtourist89千只有一个小时路程，建议坐巴士才10千)3.openbus合计人民币183元岘港-胡志明捷星航空267元+15kg行李托运费40=307元4.越南的的士选择车身38383838，或者38272727这2种比较正规，不会绕路，11千起步，大车会贵一些。5.胡志明机场到范五老街可以坐152,5千一个人，比较大的行李也要算一个人的价格哦，直接可以坐到滨城市场。半个多小时就到了，其实跟坐的士没差。酒店因为这次是一个人出行，所以大部分我住的都是青旅，环境还不错，手机agoda软件可以即时定房间，支付宝直接付款。townhouse50位于胡志明1区的滨城市场，旁边有一家超好吃的法棍店，环境不错，床铺非常干净，59元/女生宿舍单床位(含税含早餐价格)夜晚的小帅哥前台英文超棒，白天的前台比较势力一点，反正定什么都很贵，不过你要是去问路还是非常热心的。townhouse5065元/女生宿舍单床位(含税含早餐)两天住的同一个房间价格不同，不要问我为什么，我也不知道，我是住一天定一天。可能是汇率问题，也可以直接walkin，前台价格是11美金，我临走的时候给我优惠到9美金，可惜我得换酒店了。不要在前台定openbus，价格非常贵，自己去公司定135千，这里定600千。SaigonYouthHostel40元(含税含早餐)，位于胡志明1区范五老街，传说中的背包客一条街，比较热闹，吃喝玩的店很多，但是据说骑摩托抢包事件频频发生，虽然我没有遇到过，但是还是要注意安全。这家房间比较小，一般，但是干净程度还可以，另一家胶囊酒店也比较推荐HongKongKaitekiHotel，挺有意思的，一格一格的比较私密，卫生间也比较大。男生胶囊跟女生胶囊是分开的不同楼层，有电梯这点非常方便。也是差不多50多一格，不含早SunriseResortMuiNe位于美奈，强烈推荐，海景房，泳池，才人民币155元/间(含税不含早)因为住的太舒服了，其后2天也是住的这家，链接地址网页链接TrungCangHotel-ManagedbyTheSinhTourist位于大叻，如果坐新咖啡是直接在这边下车的，这家是新咖啡旗下的酒店，所以坐新咖啡的车非常方便，离春香湖很近，大叻市场也很近，没有预定直接walkin，6美金一间房含税不含早餐，8美金含税含早餐。比起很多青旅还要划算，所以直接定了这家。其实大叻很多民宿环境都非常好，建议直接过来砍价，有的房间很棒折合人民币也才80元不到。TabaloHostelNhaTrang位于芽庄，42元/女生宿舍单床位(含税含早餐)离新咖啡步行要5-10分钟左右，周围很多好吃的，青旅是新的很干净，难得是还有电梯，除了床位还有单人间，据说也不错，我没有机会体验到，值得一提的是，前台的美女们英文都很棒LongLifeHotel55元/四人间单床位(含税含早餐)位于会安，古镇附近，离新咖啡也非常近。还有游泳池，门口不远有一家裁缝店是我问过会安最便宜的做奥黛的地方，最低是30美金一身，衣服+裤子。预订链接网页链接FuntasticDanangHostel7美金/女生宿舍单床位，位置还是比较远，但是是在一个夜市的旁边，晚上可以转转，离大叻火车站比较近，也可以步行去bigC超市。一般推荐。另外有一家DanangBackpackersHostel也很不错，我去看了房间，可惜已经入住了第一家，一路很多酒店都是不错的，70多可以住单间，150可以住江景房了。MiLinhHotel80元/间(含税不含早)位于胡志明新一山机场附近，走路可到机场，因为飞机半夜到达，第三天又是早上飞走，所以定了机场的酒店，比较方便。周围有百盛，还有很多小店可以吃东西，咖啡店很多，大概价钱10千左右，折合人民币3块的咖啡。。。出入境卡1、越南出入境卡进入越南通关时必填的“出入境卡”，通体是没有一个中国字的,只有越英文对照!从入境卡开始，按着从上到下的顺序，我们来说一说如何填写：第一行：全名：(按照护照上的英文名填写)填写的时要注意姓与名之间要空一个，要用英文大写字母第二行：性别：男女这个就不用多说了吧，自行对号入座，在男、女后面打勾就行了第三行：国籍：中国当然是填CHINA啦第四行：出生日期：日月年(注意顺序哦，基本上按护照上的填写就可以了)第五行：出生地：按护照抄第六行：护照号：按护照抄第七行：护照签发日期：按护照抄第八行：职业：根据个人情况填写，例如OFFICER第九行：航班(Flight)/船(Vessel)/汽车号码(car···)，就是你以什么交通方式来越南，例如航班的话填上航班号第十行：在越南的地址，就是你到了越南之后住在那里，可以填写酒店的地址，也可不填第十一行：有无同行的儿童，有的话要填上儿童的姓名、出生日期，也可不填写或填写NO旁边从头开始第一行：出/入境的目的：横着看分别是商务、佣工、会议、探亲、新闻采访、旅游、学习、其他，可随意勾选第二行：你是否有发热、咳嗽、哮喘、腹泻、呕吐或黄疸这些症状?YesNo就不说了吧，大家都认识的第三行：填表时间：日月年第四行：本人签字，签中文名字就可以了最下面的就不用填写了那么以上入境卡就填写完毕了，下面开始出境卡的填写：第一行：全名：(按照护照上的英文名填写)填写的时要注意姓与名之间要空一个，要用英文大写字母第二行：性别：男女这个就不用多说了吧，自行对号入座，在男、女后面打勾就行了第三行：国籍：中国当然是填CHINA啦第四行：护照号：按护照抄第五行：护照签发日期：按护照抄第六行：航班(Flight)/船(Vessel)/汽车号码(car···)，就是你以什么交通方式来越南，例如航班的话填上航班号第七行：是否有托运行李?第八行：是否携带相当于7000美金以上的外币?(否则不填)第九行：是否携带超过1500万越南盾?(否则不填)第十行：是否携带超过300克黄金?(否则不填)第十一行：是否有临时性输入/在输入物品或违禁品?(否则不填)出入境模板如果是【国籍(Nationality)】时应该写Chinese;如果是【国家(Country)】时应该填写China。Chinese与China填错不影响入境(不要拼写错误)，但我们应该告诉你正确的!2、越南海关申报表中国公民入境越南时，需要在入境口岸填写一式两联的入出境申报单(英越文)，其内容包括入境、海关、动植物检疫等内容，第一联(白色)由越南边境口岸存留，第二联(黄色)由入境者保存，以备出境时检查。3、海关申报入境时如携带7000美元以上(2万元人民币或其他等值货币)、300克以上黄金等必须申报,否则出境时,超出部分将被越南海关没收。国内团组出访,如团费交由专人携带，入境时应申报，或者分散保管，否则出境时超出3000美元部分将被越海关没收。外国人出境越南时可免税携带香烟200支、雪茄烟50支、烟草250克、酒类1公升。越南海关禁止入境者携带易燃、易爆、易腐蚀、剧毒、放射性、有异味物品、各种黄色书刊、影碟、未经检疫的动植物及武器等入境。4、注意事项1)和多数签证不同，越南签证的有效期和停留时间重叠计算。如：签证有效期为1月1日至1月30日，而游客在1月28日进入越南，也必须在1月30日离境。2)枪支、炸药、鞭炮;各种麻醉品、毒品;各种黄色、反动的书刊、影碟;烟(随带的除外);古董;未经检疫的动植物，不允许入境。3)中国国家公务员不能将其工作证件带入境。4)贵重物品入境需如实申报。5)大件越南红木家具不允许带出境。6)单价超过5000元的照相机，电脑，手机等贵重物品在入关时应该申报。7)未有海关许可证，旅客不能带出各种宝石或古董。8)需要在签证离境期限之前离开，否则会被罚款，还可能被勒索。9)出入越南境内的游客带有K黄金、白金、银等贵重首饰，特种照相机、摄像机、专用电子产品必须同海关申报(得到免检权的游客除外)。5、卫生检疫在通过与越南接壤的陆路口岸入境越南时，除了要提供有效签证外，还要有《国际预防接种证书》(即"黄皮书")。坐飞机越南航空口岸入境(如直飞越南某城市)，则不用此证明。坐国际列车也不用办理，只有坐国际大巴或自己前往口岸的游客需要出示黄皮书。黄皮书可以在各地的出入境卫检验检疫局办理。没有也没有关系，因为这基本上已成为越南边境官员收小费的借口。越南的卫生检疫工作人员会开价200人民币的罚款，但不用理会，在递交护照时，在护照里夹上10元或20元人民币就可以了。6、陆路口岸中国有三个国家级口岸可以通过陆路过境去越南。1)云南河口可以从昆明乘坐大巴车到云南红河州河口县，经过海关检查，过了口岸就是越南的老街(LaoCai)。这个口岸非常受欢迎，中越之间有一座桥连接，过桥费10,000越南盾。口岸距老街火车站3公里远，这段路程可以搭摩托车，费用5000越南盾。老街距河内340公里。你可以在老街火车站坐长途汽车前往河内。坐长途汽车到河内约需53,000越南盾，车程10小时。2)广西凭祥南宁有直达河内的国际长途汽车，在广西凭祥友谊关换车。经过海关检查，过了口岸就是越南的谅山省(Langson)，接着越南大巴司机会把你载到越南河内，过关后到河内车程约3小时。3)广西东兴你可以从南宁坐大巴车到达东兴。这条线路很快，过了境就是到了越南的芒街(MongCai)。从芒街可以乘坐长途汽车或水翼船至下龙市和海防市游览下龙湾。防坑1、不少走陆路进入越南的番友遇到边检强行收小费的情况，当你遇到这种情况时请一定不要顺从，至少你得争取一下，抗拒一下，不能惯着他们。遇到这种情况时你可以假装听不懂英文或者是装傻。当然也可以跟他讲讲理。2、所有的东西都需要讨价还价，小到10,000盾的咖啡，大到100,000盾的出租车。刚到越南的第一天我们买到过2万盾的咖啡，后来最便宜是8000盾(加牛奶的)，还有2万盾的甘蔗汁，而坐在旁边吃饭的时候，甘蔗汁只要5000盾。3、千万注意美元和越南盾要说清楚，越南人经常是简缩的说钱数，比如10,000盾，他们一般说tenthousand或者说ten，但千万不要以为所有的ten都是tenthousand，有些时候到了记账他们会说ten是tendollar，这样的话就相当于19,000盾，差了快一倍了。另外越南人的英文口音简直...，thirty和thiteen很难听清楚，这个就差的更多，建议拿个计算器给他们比划，若非必要不要直接拿现金出来比划，他们拿现金比划是可以的，你拿着现金他们是会直接从你手上抢过去的，然后自说自话的把钱就找给你了，一句话，钱到了他们手上，再想讨价还价把钱拿回来的可能性是很小的。使用越南盾时一定要小心。下图左边一列是1000，2000，10000，右边一列是100000，50000，20000，10万和1万都是绿色的，有可能你还没有来得及数清楚几个零钱就被抢走了，被抢走了就是一点办法都没有的。4、兑换钞票。这个里面陷阱也是多多，强烈谴责胡志明机场，因为看前人的攻略说机场汇率是最高的，所以老早做好准备在机场把美元全部换掉，可是胡志明机场趁着我们凌晨2点到机场，无人竞争的关系，居然要收3%的手续费。我本来是计划全部换掉的，钱都给他们了，然后想想不划算，要收回100多美元，他们居然不给我我给他们的美元，而是在一堆美元中淘出几张了给我，这下我还担心是假钞呢，于是迫不得已在机场把美元全部换掉，这就是血的教训啊，钱千万不要先给他们，否则什么事情都会发生的。在河内我们也碰到了传说中的事情，用人民币在路边和黄牛兑换的时候，他们会把10000当成100000找给你的，一定要非常小心，先把他们的钱数清楚，再把自己的钱给他们。在越南，美元可以用的地方相当多，旅行社，旅馆，车费、买东西、甚至租车费都可以用，在越南消费的大部分都可以用美元解决，而人民币基本没有地方收，即使收给的汇率也是超级低。我们去的时候美元最高汇率大概看到过19000，最低看到18000甚至17500，一般用现金换绝对没有手续费;而人民币的汇率听说最高的有2850，我们只换到过2750。另外一点，越南不像香港和泰国到处都有换钱的地方，越南比较少看得到exchange，换钱一般都是在银行，黄牛也不是那么常见。建议一半换越南盾，一半留着美元最划算，通常换800-1000人民币的越南盾，留100多美元应该是没有任何问题的。5、当你不熟悉的时候去外国人多的地方，在越南基本可以做到看哪家店外国人多就去哪家店，不用担心被杀猪，在范五老街我们早上能够看到明码标价的小摊咖啡、法棍和粉，吃到过全越南最便宜的椰子(6000盾)。6、越南机场有各种各样的出租车，不过为了不被敲诈，你最好从酒店直接预订一辆车。乘车时，你不必付通行费，所以如果你的司机要求你付通行费，你可以直接回绝。此外，越南的司机基本都极不注意交通规则，坐车时你要随时提醒司机开车时不要讲电话，因为开车讲电话很可能导致司机取错车道而多耗汽油，这就意味着你要多给车费，最重要的是，开车讲电话还存在安全隐患。
