香港测出9款婴儿奶粉有致癌物质，都有哪些奶粉上榜？

2021年1月29日，国家市场监督管理总局发布关于5批次食品抽检不合格情况的通告，其中 与脂质相关的竟然占据了两项：1）乙基香兰素和香兰素食品添加剂超范围使用于婴儿（0-6月龄）配方奶粉中；2）饼干过氧化值不符合国家标准（氧化较为严重）。 每每发生这种涉及婴幼儿相关产品违法违规的事情，无不牵动着全中国人民的心。 在我国的食品安全国家标准中， 婴儿配方食品 （infant formula）适于正常婴儿食用，其能量和营养成分能够满足 0-6月龄婴儿 的正常营养需要。 较大婴儿和幼儿配方食品 （follow-on formula/follow-up formula）是指以乳类及乳蛋白制品和/或大豆及大豆蛋白制品为主要原料，加入适量的维生素、矿物质和/或其他辅料，仅用物理方法生产加工制成的液态或粉状产品，适用于较大婴儿和幼儿食用，其营养成分能满足 正常较大婴儿（6-12月龄）和幼儿（12-36月龄） 的部分营养需要。 《食品安全国家标准 食品添加剂使用标准》（ GB 2760-2014 ）根据国际标准和国内生产实际情况，在充分风险评估的基础上，规定了可以在婴幼儿配方食品中使用的7种脂类添加剂，就包括香兰素、乙基香兰素、香荚兰豆浸膏（提取物），上述三者可按具体规定用于婴幼儿配方食品中，其主要功能是抗氧化剂、乳化剂及改善风味等，该标准一般规定了添加剂的使用上限。 针对香料在婴幼儿配方食品中的添加，需要特别注意的是《食品安全国家标准 食品添加剂使用标准》（GB 2760-2014）规定较大婴儿和幼儿配方食品中可以使用香兰素、乙基香兰素和香荚兰豆浸膏（提取物），最大使用量分别为5 mg/100 mL、5 mg/100 mL和按照生产需要适量使用，其中100 mL以即食食品计，生产企业应按照冲调比例折算成配方食品中的使用量；婴幼儿谷类辅助食品中可以使用香兰素，最大使用量为7 mg/100 g，其中100 g以即食食品计，生产企业应按照冲调比例折算成谷类食品中的使用量； 凡使用范围涵盖0-6月龄婴幼儿配方食品不得添加任何食品用香料。 因此本次通报所涉及Karicare的产品不合格，存在违法违规行为。对于添加香兰素这一物质，早在2012年也有类似报道，当时婴幼儿配方1段奶粉主要涉及的美赞臣、惠氏、雅培等8大洋品牌均发生过类似的违规违法行为，源于科学 养生 ，2012年10期。 《食品安全国家标准 饼干》（ GB 7100-2015 ）如下：其中 过氧化值（以脂肪计）/(g/100g)规定该数值不超过0.25 。推测出现该问题主要有以下几点：1）储存不当；2）饼干包装时未充分充氮除氧或饼干包装单元内未放置除氧剂，导致饼干内油脂氧化；3）饼干制备过程中用油质量把关不严；4）油脂与该饼干中的其他组分相互作用，加速了该批次产品氧化。 关于香兰素及乙基香兰素是什么物质，添加是否有危害等问题，大家可进一步阅读相关的文献：关于香兰素的科学解读[J].饮料工业,2016,19(02):80.，如需要可私信联系我即可。

据香港媒体报道，香港消委会在昨日（8月17日）举行了记者会，公布最近婴幼儿奶粉以及香脆零食的检测结果。其检测的15款密封包装婴幼儿奶粉均含有污染物氯丙二醇，并且这15款奶粉中有9款含有可致癌的环氧丙醇；另外77款香脆零食样品中，有70款含有致癌的丙烯酰胺。那么香港测出9款婴儿奶粉有致癌物质具体是哪9款、能不能买？据了解，长期食用的过量氯丙二醇（3-MCPD），会损害肾功能或男性生殖系统。而在含有氯丙二醇的15款密封包装婴幼儿奶粉中，氯丙二醇含量最高的是“BELLAMY"S ORGANIC”，每公斤就含有120微克的氯丙二醇，如果按照建议的份量喂婴幼儿，那么会超出欧洲食品安全局的建议摄入限量。但是有专业人士表明，雀巢公司进行体外模拟条件进行实验时，发现了氯丙二醇的转化率不高，这就表明氯丙二醇不一定会对人体造成危害；并且有来自德国研究报告表明，其检测的30个奶粉样品中，有不少样品氯丙二醇含量都超过了世界卫生组织订的标准，很可能奶粉含有氯丙二醇是很普遍的问题。 同样，这15款奶粉中有9款奶粉含有致癌性环氧丙醇（C3H6O2），分别为“雪印思敏儿初生婴儿奶粉”、“meiji Infant Formula”、“惠氏爱儿素大豆蛋白婴儿奶粉”、“雀巢超级能恩婴儿奶粉”、“美赞臣安婴儿初生婴儿配方奶粉”、“惠氏 S-26 GOLD SMA”、“惠氏 illuma Infant Formula Milk Powder”、“A2 Platinum”、“雅培爱心美婴儿豆奶配方”。其中环氧丙醇含量最高的是雪印思敏儿初生婴儿奶粉，每公斤含有29微克，但是这种致癌物质的含量都是低于欧盟规定的（每公斤50微克）。 综上所述，以上被检测出含有氯丙二醇的奶粉不一定就会危害婴幼儿健康，而且致癌性环氧丙醇含量是符合欧盟标准的。另外像美赞臣、雀巢以及惠氏等这些大品牌奶粉，它们的海外旗舰店客服都表明自己家的奶粉生产设施都遵守国际安全指引以及内部严格质量标准，并且奶粉符合本地相关的法规要求，所以消费者们不用太过于担心，可以正常购买。

Tangshan city is located at the east part of China and it is the neighboring city to Beijing and Tianjin.
