1、一举一动都被量化打分“班级优化大师”App在全国中小学广泛使用。据该App开发运营者广州视睿电子科技有限公司提供给半月谈记者的信息显示，“班级优化大师”App自2016年上线以来，目前在全国覆盖学生超3000万、教师超380万，教师点评学生的留言约80亿条。在“班级优化大师”中，老师可通过电子触摸屏和软件，在上课时段对学生表现实时打分，加分项包括“举手回答问题”“积极思考”“按时到校”“集队快静齐”“小组数学(语文)课堂第几名”等，减分项包括“没有完成老师交办任务”“没有登记作业”“周一不穿礼仪服”等。老师给学生加分或者减分，学生可当场看到，并且会推送给学生家长。不少学校老师明确要求家长使用“班级优化大师”，及时了解孩子在校表现。广东省广州市荔湾区一所小学家长告诉半月谈记者，2022年10月，老师明确在班级群里面通知：“班级优化大师”的加扣分评价，请家长每天查看，及时了解孩子在学校的情况和表现。广州市海珠区家长也反映，今年2月开学后，孩子班主任在群里通知，新学期运用“班级优化大师”进行班级管理。半月谈记者上网发现，多地家长在互联网社交平台吐槽、投诉该App：“好好的孩子被分数划成三六九等”“还嫌孩子压力不够大?家长不够焦虑吗?”……一位网名为“小椽de世界”的家长将App截图转给泉州市教育局，截图上全是孩子的扣分：追跑打闹扣1分，没交作业扣1分，上课有小动作扣2分，上课走神扣1分，疏于思考扣1分……短短两天，孩子被扣了近10分。他在微博上说，孩子因此厌学，不想上学，觉得学习无趣。多名家长向半月谈记者诉苦，在App上的评分、排名跟加入少先队、三好学生等评优评先挂钩，家长被要求每天查看，孩子非常紧张。有的老师把App加减分累计情况实时向学生公布，让一些减分多的孩子“很伤自尊”。一名小学生道出对该App评分排名的不满：“今天当着全班同学的面被扣分了，感觉很不好意思，别的同学还会嘲笑我。”还有不少家长说，孩子一回到家就会问起自己当天被扣分是不是爸妈看到了。有的学生很担心自己扣分、排名落后会让老师不高兴。2、评价标准不科学，收费受质疑华南师范大学教育科学学院教授陈先哲说，一些学校借助教育App对学生进行所谓全过程成长记录，并跟学生的评价档案结合，看起来挺科学，但这些做法容易增加学生心理压力和家长教育焦虑，不利于教育发展。除了对分数、排名不满外，引起家长学生不满的还有评分标准本身。不少家长吐槽，该App评价标准不科学。有家长反映，因为孩子中午不午睡、坐姿不正确被扣分，质疑“这是要把学生管成傻子吗”。有的老师是1分、2分地加减，有的老师则10分、20分地加减，打分全凭主观，没有客观标准可言。另外，“班级优化大师”这款App还诱导家长交费查看排名。半月谈记者登录App看到，家长用户如果不付费只能看到自己孩子的加减分等简单情况，而支付39.9元年费后，可以看到孩子在班级中超过多少名同学，App还以第一、第二、第三、第四等“梯队”形式展示孩子排名情况。支付39.9 元年费可查看详细排名有家长质疑，虽然没有通知交费，但老师一通知，家长不敢不用。如果大多数家长交费，App运营企业靠该项业务每年能获得大量收入。3、严禁打分排名，加强过程监管和规范教育部三令五申，禁止学校、教师对学生成绩进行排名，也明确要求教师不得公开学生成绩和排名。2019年教育部等八部门联合发布的《关于引导规范教育移动互联网应用有序健康发展的意见》则明确规定，对要求统一使用的教育App不得向学生及家长收取任何费用，推荐使用的教育App也不得与教学管理行为绑定，不得与学分、成绩和评优挂钩。广东省教育部门相关负责人说，关于学情的收集、反馈，很多学校没有人力物力去做，但是一些学校觉得在有必要的情况下，可以引入教育App来做。但前提是不能收费，不能有强制性，不能与成绩、评优挂钩。如果班主任在班级家长群中提出让家长安装使用与学情相关的教育App，且存在诱导收费行为，肯定是违反规定的。广州市荔湾区一所使用“班级优化大师”的学校告诉半月谈记者，发现家长投诉后，已在学校叫停使用该App。也有老师告诉半月谈记者，自己因其他老师推荐而使用该App，学校尚未有统一规范。广州视睿电子科技有限公司产品设计人员说，“班级优化大师”只是一个工具，怎么使用由老师决定。有的老师设定很多加分项，主要用来奖励学生;有的老师设定很多减分项，用来管理学生。目前市场上的教育类App不止“班级优化大师”这一款，存在的排名问题比较类似。中国教育科学研究院研究员储朝晖认为，基于互联网等技术手段对学生进行管理和评价，目前技术上不成熟，使用程序、规范上也不成熟。在这种情况下，学校在推广应用时一定要避免让学生被工具简单操控。另外，尤其要警惕相关企业钻空子，以科技为名，把生意做到课堂上。家长呼吁，监管部门对中小学校正在使用的教育类App进行全面排查，严禁使用排名类App;加强对教育行政部门和学校推荐使用App的监管;对现有的应用如何进入校园进行倒查，对其中可能存在的利益输送和腐败问题不能姑息。
