说起八段锦，我也是从去年开始练习的。说起为何要练八段锦，还得从去年的过年时说起，亲戚家的二胎姑娘刚出生，我们这边的习俗是要过去看往的。过去看往小姑娘的时候，中午刚上一年级的大姑娘回来了，吃完午饭后就找小度播放第三套广播体操，因为她们刚开学不久，广播体操还没学好，老师让孩子们回家后好好练习。亲戚家的大闺女很上心，回家就练习了，午睡时间也占用了，我们好几个大人看着她练习，心血来潮也跟着一起做操。谁知道这几个80后的叔叔阿姨居然跟不上小学生的节奏，人家扭屁股的时候我们还在做上一个动作，一套广播体操下来就累得不行了。回家后觉得自己的身体素质也太不着调了吧。虽然好几年不能自由跑步锻炼身体，但是在家的时候也会特意走路散步锻炼身体啊，怎么能连一套广播体操都做不下来呢。回家后也找小度播放广播体操来练习，真的做不下来，太自卑了。休息的时候看着小度继续播放视频，后面就出现了广播体育总局出来的“八段锦”视频，看了一遍，觉得自己也能做到吧，又跟着做，发现这些动作都能做到，但是呼吸跟不上。接下来的几天就有空就练习一段八段锦，发现这套操不仅锻炼身体，还能锻炼气，感觉像是练气功一样。练了几天，感觉很好，比跳广场舞或者做广播体操后身体轻松，后来就一有时间就练习，慢慢地练习了发现自己脾气也变好了，哈哈，慢动作也是有好处的。对于八段锦是从母亲那里了解到的，因为母亲上了年龄后腰腿不好，医生建议她练练八段锦，后来因为一些身体原因我也开始练习上了八段锦，刚开始练时，练完浑身酸痛，教练说那是长时间不运动身体产生的乳酸，坚持个两三天就会缓解，练习一套下来12分钟，我一般要练个3遍，周身舒畅，脖子明显舒服多了，当然这个要长久的坚持才会对身体产生跟长远的有益的帮助，老祖宗留下来的好东西太多了，我辈定要好好的汲取发挥他的价值！八段锦起源于宋代之前，是历代养生家和练习者共同的智慧结晶，历经千年，长盛不衰！练习八段锦好处多多！练习八段锦，可以强筋健骨、美体塑形，可以调节改善神经系统、心脑血管系统、消化系统、呼吸系统，还可以随时随地练习，锻炼起来非常方便，甚至竟然是广播体操的雏形。这一代年轻人，说实话真的很不容易，竞争压力大、工作压力大、买房压力大，加班是常事，很多年轻人的身体都处于亚健康状态。年轻人喜欢是应该的，是值得提倡的。八段锦共有八节，分立式八段锦和坐式八段锦，男女老少皆宜，可以强筋健骨，延年益寿，简单易行，属于一种健身、康复气功，国家体育总局推广练习和教学。有兴趣的赶紧搜搜跟着练起来吧！

说起八段锦，我也是从去年开始练习的。说起为何要练八段锦，还得从去年的过年时说起，亲戚家的二胎姑娘刚出生，我们这边的习俗是要过去看往的。过去看往小姑娘的时候，中午刚上一年级的大姑娘回来了，吃完午饭后就找小度播放第三套广播体操，因为她们刚开学不久，广播体操还没学好，老师让孩子们回家后好好练习。亲戚家的大闺女很上心，回家就练习了，午睡时间也占用了，我们好几个大人看着她练习，心血来潮也跟着一起做操。谁知道这几个80后的叔叔阿姨居然跟不上小学生的节奏，人家扭屁股的时候我们还在做上一个动作，一套广播体操下来就累得不行了。回家后觉得自己的身体素质也太不着调了吧。虽然好几年不能自由跑步锻炼身体，但是在家的时候也会特意走路散步锻炼身体啊，怎么能连一套广播体操都做不下来呢。回家后也找小度播放广播体操来练习，真的做不下来，太自卑了。休息的时候看着小度继续播放视频，后面就出现了广播体育总局出来的“八段锦”视频，看了一遍，觉得自己也能做到吧，又跟着做，发现这些动作都能做到，但是呼吸跟不上。接下来的几天就有空就练习一段八段锦，发现这套操不仅锻炼身体，还能锻炼气，感觉像是练气功一样。练了几天，感觉很好，比跳广场舞或者做广播体操后身体轻松，后来就一有时间就练习，慢慢地练习了发现自己脾气也变好了，哈哈，慢动作也是有好处的。对于八段锦是从母亲那里了解到的，因为母亲上了年龄后腰腿不好，医生建议她练练八段锦，后来因为一些身体原因我也开始练习上了八段锦，刚开始练时，练完浑身酸痛，教练说那是长时间不运动身体产生的乳酸，坚持个两三天就会缓解，练习一套下来12分钟，我一般要练个3遍，周身舒畅，脖子明显舒服多了，当然这个要长久的坚持才会对身体产生跟长远的有益的帮助，老祖宗留下来的好东西太多了，我辈定要好好的汲取发挥他的价值！八段锦起源于宋代之前，是历代养生家和练习者共同的智慧结晶，历经千年，长盛不衰！练习八段锦好处多多！练习八段锦，可以强筋健骨、美体塑形，可以调节改善神经系统、心脑血管系统、消化系统、呼吸系统，还可以随时随地练习，锻炼起来非常方便，甚至竟然是广播体操的雏形。这一代年轻人，说实话真的很不容易，竞争压力大、工作压力大、买房压力大，加班是常事，很多年轻人的身体都处于亚健康状态。年轻人喜欢是应该的，是值得提倡的。八段锦共有八节，分立式八段锦和坐式八段锦，男女老少皆宜，可以强筋健骨，延年益寿，简单易行，属于一种健身、康复气功，国家体育总局推广练习和教学。有兴趣的赶紧搜搜跟着练起来吧！
